Everything was wonderful! But the mosquitoes were unbearable. Ruined the experience a little. More should have been done to control it. Also my room was stuck at 69 degrees and I wasn’t allowed to make it cooler. The whole resort needed to be cooler indoors. But other than that everything was wonderful. The food was the best I have ever had.

This not a 5 star hotel I'll give it 3 star hotel the room too old seeing how much money we paid for this stay. the bathrooms are old the bed the nightstands, just not luxury at all. outside the room: always massive amounts of mosquitoes that will literally attack u as soon as u step outside and bunch of geckos outside the room on the hallway's walls and ceilings at night. another thing is the resort is relatively small, not many floors to get that ocean view, and the rooms are not in the main building as the lobby however it is very kids friendly and the food at the buffet and steak house is good

This resort was a huge disappointment. The property felt much smaller than what is shown on social media, and overall nothing matched the expectations they set. The food was awful the same things every single day with no variety. The restaurants were not enjoyable at all, and there wasn’t even a proper buffet option for dinner. Everything felt repetitive, bland, and disappointed We booked a simple room but asked at check-in to upgrade to a pool room and pay the difference. They told us there were no rooms available, but the whole time we were there we saw many of those rooms sitting empty. That felt dishonest and unfair The worst experience was at the poolside restaurant. We ordered dinner while traveling with two babies (6 months old), and the area was completely swarmed with mosquitoes. It was impossible to eat — I even had to leave with my friend’s baby because her little face was covered in bites. When we asked the waitress if something could be done, her answer was simply: “No, there is nothing to do about it.” This was shocking and unacceptable Overall, this resort was absolutely not worth the price or reputation. I will never return and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Promised at check in a king size bed for all rooms , booked 4 rooms. received only two with king size. we explained one of us is after back surgery and can NOT walk fur from pool or dinning area. DID not consider our request!!! At French restaurant we waited for food 1.5 Hours from 7:31PM to 9:05PM , food was cold , over cooked

Overall we had a good vacation, this was our first trip with our 1.5 year old so our experience was really focused on that. The beach was beautiful, soft sand, and swimming, the highlight of our trip. In general the property was very nice, clean and the staff around the property were great. All of the pools were also great and you could always fine a place to sit with shade. We did have a few things we didn't love though, the first being check -in. I had previously fully completed online check in, including uploading our passports, but they fully re-did everything again by the time we waited in line and finally got checked in it was close to an hour. Next our room, we stayed in a junior pool sweet which on first glance was perfect, just like the pictures, my issues were that

Everything was fantastic! We loved the adults-only pool and all the amenities available. The beach was stunning and well-maintained, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing our experience, while the food was good. We love the 24 hour room service especially for breakfast.

Just got back today, might i say it was beyond my expectation! Had an amazing time, food was great, so many options available, amazing sweet & friendly staff who want to make sure you’re beyond happy & comfortable!! such a beautiful & clean resort, they had a tracker out on the beach every morning cleaning the seaweed, they also were non stop cleaning in general all around the resort which i loved, i also witnissed the staff testing the pools which caught me off guard but made me feel even more comfortable seeing how precise they were. It is a very family friendly place if you wanted to make it a family vacation as well as a quiet & private get away you can spend a romantic time away with your loved one! Definitely worth every star! We booked the two tower room, my absolute favorite room!!!
