The ocean view was perfect. Since the hotel has auto black out drapes you can lean over press the button when you wake up and look at the beautiful ocean. The spa was incredible. Expensive but worth it.

Overall satisfied-The only downside during our stay the resort was infested by mosquitoes. Our room had a leak on our first night coming from the AC vent, mosquitoes inside our room every time we ask to service our room-i believe they leave the room open the whole while they were cleaning the room.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The service was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The only downside was the shower—the water pressure was very weak, and it took a long time to get hot. Aside from that, the food selection was great, and the spa was absolutely amazing and enjoyable. I’m already planning my next trip here. Such a beautiful place with wonderful people!

Absolutely incredible! Best. Resort. Experience. Ever. If you are trying to decide where to go for your all-inclusive vacation, look no further. This is the place! From the moment we arrived, we (regular people) were treated like royalty. We were greeted with cold cloths, sparkling wine, and helpful guidance. We were celebrating a milestone birthday, and we communicated that to staff throughout our stay with incredible results. That initial amazing treatment and level of service continued throughout our four-night stay. Every interaction with staff was warm and responsive. Each day brought a new unexpected kindness. Every restaurant did a superb job of recognizing the celebratory event and adding personal flair to our experience. This experience exceeded expectations that we didn't even know existed. Came during low season beginning of September and the hotel felt empty which was great. There was still activities for kids and adults to join. The staff was very accommodating. The only 2 things we disliked were 1. hotels food/ although drinks were great. 2. Water smell was awful. Taking a shower didn’t make you feel fresh and clean because the water smelled like sewer.

I love love this Resort !!!!!

It’s definitely our favorite Resort . We live here in Mexico .. and it’s by far one of the best!I love the Spa! I love the restaurants I love the rooms! I come here to ReLAx! Unwind! And eat! If you haven’t stayed here … you definitely need to put it on your Bucket List!

Absolutely perfect ! We love coming here !! We line in isla Mujeres but we come here to take a mini vacation away from home! Love the rooms ! Love the bathtub and all the restaurant choices!! Thank you!
