This hotel is very boring no activities at all , please read reviews before going is very quit not kids friendly , my daughter is 6 years old she was very bored , the food was terrible in another level the breakfast look old from days , I don’t recommend it the only good thing about this hotel was the room

All the staff are awesome. If you want a more private property, this is the best place unlike the usual huge properties where you need to ride a trolley to get from one place to another. What sets it apart from my previous stays in other hotels in Cancun, all of the people are accommodating and patient. There was a hurricane during our stay, but the staff handled it carefully. Kudos to Oscar, Jairo, Jesus, Antonio, my yoga/pilates instructor and other staff! Excellent service and tremendous hospitality!

My daughter & so did a girls trip and had a wonderful time. I felt very safe there and the staff were excellent. The only thing that wasn’t 5 stars was the food options in the main restaurant. They could do better in that area. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!!
