They assign you a personal concierge, but they are not there to help you, they are there to sell you memberships and excursions. Adriana was our personal concierge, she invited us to a “breakfast” is was kind of a conference. we did not go, so she said after the breakfast she was going to give us $100 credit. But another concierge that was there mentioned to us that, the $100 credit we were to receive it because we book 3+ nights we expedia (we did not get it). She also mentioned to us not to book with expedia and book in their website, but booking with expedia is a lot better because we got some extra benefits like internet on two devices that the hotel does not provide. I would recommend not to book dI would recommend if Adriana is your assigned “personal Concierge” ask for someone else, she is not going to help you if you dont buy anything from her. The other ones do help even if you dont buy from them.

Everything was really good, The only thing I didn’t like was that our “personal Concierge” Adriana tried to take us to a “breakfast” and because we didn’t go, she didn’t give us some credits that we were to get because we book with expedia 3+ nights.

The staf was wonderful, our room (the second one) was fine, the food for the most part was very good. The resort and pools were clean and the rooms well appointed. The sargassum was horrendous. The smell was overwhelming and forced us to change rooms. The resort does their best to control it, but they’re fighting a losing battle, as is most of the coast.

Food is excellent - variety of options every day. Staff is polite, helpful and professional. Pools were clean and well-maintained. Beach was not good. There was a seaweed season when I was there and the hotel management was doing its best to clean it every day. However, getting into the water and out was not easy because of sharp rocks at the bottom and perhaps corals.
