First time staying at Ventus, last time we stayed at La Marina the sister resort but preferred this resort. We paid extra for the room upgrade to a swim up room. Staff were very friendly as usual and service was always good. Food options are good and nice to have a coffee shop onsite with pastries for the morning cravings. Great value for money and we will be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Food was excellent at the buffets and à la cart. There were a ton of options and the quality, freshness and tastes were great. I want to shout out Liliana who made us eggs every morning in the French restaurant. She was so kind and awesome at her job. The rooms were simple, clean, modern and functional. The pools were awesome as well with a lot of options. If you wanted something quiet or you wanted a party there were options. each pool had a shallow area for kids, which was fantastic. There were a lot of great activities such as Pickleball or staff lead exercises such as stretch stretching (shoutout to Raul)! We really enjoyed the taco Fest and the Independence Day celebrations. The effort to decorate and entertain was amazing. Some things that weren’t so great were the beach which was unusable due to seaweed and the smell. Also wish that there were straws available for those who needed them (such as kids). To add to that it would be nice to have lids for coffee, especially when you take it on the go. Overall, a really great resort although there was no beach the rest of it made up for it. Thank you
