I been so many time for royalton company. This is the worst one ! The drink taste too watery and food is kind of terrible! I bring my whole family 11 people come to this hotel ! They’re also sooo disappointed too. I felt bad for them. The service was so so , some of the service staff was so rude. Definitely I will not come back anymore for this hotel ! Not recommended!

Was a great trip until our entire family got severe food poisoning. We had to stay in the hotel room for 2 days throwing up every five minutes & it was very stressful because my 2 year old was extremely sick and so was I at thirty weeks pregnant. We have stayed at the Royalton in punta cana and the exact same thing happened to 1/2 of our party that trip. I don’t think I’ll ever book a Royalton resort again.

The resort was beautiful and the staff were all excellent, I forgot his name but the guy that made the omelettes in the buffet was awesome. The only negative was the ocean was brown from all the seaweed.

The staff was all amazing, and we truly had a great time. It was hard to get dinner reservations before 9pm. So we ate dinner late daily.

Room had no electricity for a night and manager and guest services provided no form of compensation. It was 10pm and my family with 2 kids under 4 had to either wait until they were done fixing the room(which they could not provide an ETA) or asked to sleep in the room that was over 26 degrees Celsius with no air conditioning and the technician would come back the follow day to service the room. They did not offer to move us to a different room either.
