Loved this resort, clean rooms are all beautiful and food was excellent

This property was everything I love how friendly they were my suite was off the chain .. i love it the only downfall they had was Ac they need another system it didn’t get cool the way it supposed to but other then that I will go every year

This place was a nightmare. We checked in at 4 pm we had two babies and we arrived around 11:30 they wouldnt let us check in before that. The water was filled with seaweed. Every other resort near by breathless and orhers water was beautiful green and blue Transportation took forever to bring us to the resort mind you we paid with orbitz upon arriving

The staff here were amazing, the property was clean and well kept. The restaurant and bar choices were great. The beach however was full of seaweed and the water was brown.

Beautiful hotel, I was lucky to be able to stay in two rooms, a suite and a regular sized room; both were beautiful. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and private beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they were warm, welcoming and helpful. Restaurants were great, with tons of options. There was a lack in options for non-alcoholic beverages, if you don’t imbibe. Overall a nice hotel, where staff goes the extra mile to assist. Enjoy your stay!

While the staff were very pleasant.. The room I booked wasn’t the room I stayed in. The bathroom ceiling leaked the entire stay 4 nights 5 days. I wasn’t offered a change of room, champagne, spa treatment.. nothing. I instead had to complain for 3 days straight before I asked to speak with a manager & even still I was offered nothing. I told the manager that I would need a massage for my partner & i to pacify not rectify the situation. After reviewing the support message he agreed to the massage.

Views were nice. Most of the staff was friendly. Very inconvenient rules that no one mentions. Concierge is a waste in my experience. She was not helpful. I’m on vacation and want to disconnect from phone yet I had to constantly have my phone to communicate through app and watch for click. Must book dinner reservations and be mindful of time all the time. Buffet option closed at 4:30. Strict dress code for dinner. Def not a freestyle vacation. In order to get Bali bed on beach must FIND butler between 3-4 day before to reserve…. Things like that, no one wants to think about on vacation. I upgraded to a Royal Suite and did not feel like I got Royal Suite treatment. No alcohol in mini bar. One night there were vendors and the prices were so overpriced compared to town. Hotel should protect their guest from these thieves. Same item cost 20.00 in town cost 65 in hotel……. Spa was nice (very small) but massage on beach was excellent. They do not have top shelf liquor. Good brands but def not Premium in my opinion. Liquor is also watered down. Food is ok…. Stay away from the “Italian” restaurant (terrible). Not much for the kids to do although they market family friendly. Play area for little ones has odd hours, again your constantly watching your watch. Teens there is nothing. Hard to find ice cream for them. There is no actual kid events. Idk. Resort was pretty… staff nice…. Wouldn’t stay again…… Def plenty of other options. Reminded me on how much I missed cruising………
