This is the 3rd stay at this property, well kept, good staff services, decent food varieties/selections in all restaurants.

I did not like how there were small children everywhere. Even by the bars. There should be sections designated just for children. The snack* choices were terrible, I actually got sick, food was undercooked. The Italian restaurant was horrible! How do you screw up pizza?! The entertainment choices were not diverse, no American music, how?! Mostly Americans occupied the resort! Overall just a terrible experience, I do not recommend.

I like the free hydro massages. I like the spa massage i paid for. I did NOT LIKE THE buffet food, TOO MANY LITTLE KIDS AND BABIES in ALL the adult Bar areas. I couldn’t sit at the bar, there were babies EVERYWHERE! Room service ONLY served hot dogs and hamburgers! They have a terrible liquor selection for the All Inclusive. I didn’t know the names. The resort is DARK! And HOT! They need more lights in the hallways and some fans at least. They don’t accept American money so everything must be charged to the room. THEY ONLY PLAY HISPANIC MUSIC! Just ONE BRUNO MARS SONG! The DJ IS TERRIBLE! You can’t use the beach because it is TOO MUCH seaweed. I will NOT be returning to this resort

Staff was very nice. Everything is reopening although this was May 22nd. Not all amenities were open yet one of which was the big theater. With the pools closing at 6 this left only drinking at the beach or lobby as things to do. The buffet was a buffet but the specialty fine dining restaurants were sub par. They tried but fell very short. The selection of wine consisted of choice of color only, white or red! The AC did not work well, could not get the room under 75 degrees so slept on the couch under the fan and it did not help that there were motion sensors that turned the power in the room off completely when gone so when you got back it was swelteringly hot in the room. The beach was covered with seaweed which they were unable to keep up with so the smell was awful rendering the beach unusable. As most hotels have done no straws but the little plastic gloves we have to use at the buffet have replaced that carbon foot print with one much worse. Little gloves blowing across the grounds in the pools and across the beach. Will not return.

Overall - the people that work there were friendly and the concierge team did their best to accommodate restaurant requests. Problems I dealt with either related to process (checkin and checkout took 2 hours each), couldn’t find any bottles of wine for dinner, food had human hair in it. Or a lack of people (only 2 bartenders for 50 customers, couldn’t find bell boy to get bags on arrival, no waitstaff at pool or lounge. The property is beautiful, other than the construction equipment trying to remove rotting sea weed at the beach.

Property was immaculate, staff was incredible, food could use some improvement! It was decent but it never blew my mind.

There was no privacy! Even though I put do not disturb, the staff just walks right in. There was a serious lack of communication between the reception desk and the concierge desk. I was given a free french dinner, and then during check out they asked for $2500. That almost gave me a heart attack! Aly (Alyhandra) working at the concierge desk was a treat. She was extremely polite, well mannered, and respectful. She made our stay worth it! But the invasion of privacy was furstrating.

Fantastic time. Met a lot of people from quite a few different countries. Bartenders kept us well hydrated. The golf cart drivers were a lot of fun. Beach is decent but definitely want to wear water shoes as a lot of coral and rocks. Snorkeling was good but high winds so quite murky. Not the resorts fault for wind obviously. Food was good. I’m not real picky so always found something good. Ate at the buffets and they were good. Rooms clean. We do tip and I hope more people will. Pay is pretty low in Mexico. Less than 10 dollars a day. Good place. We will probably go there again

We loved the lazy river & made sure to go around it several times a day. The spa was very beautiful & relaxing. And we have never experienced a spa like that before. But, although the rooms were beautiful, they were noisy & echoing, and we were on the 3rd floor! Several nights we were woken up at 4am by loud yelling and laughing from people coming back to their own rooms. The rooms were clean & had great amenities, but the pillows were too big and hurt my neck. There were several pillows, but they were all the same. The ladies in the ice cream shop were rude every time I went in there even with a way too early closing time at 5pm, often, they shut and locked their doors even earlier than that. The ice cream shop should be open til 10pm, not 5pm. The ladies in the coffee shop were awesome, always sweet & accommodating! Our concierges, Ruby & Pablo, were friendly & helpful! Our favorite restaurant was the bbq on the beach, but our least favorite was the steakhouse, the food was delicious and the steaks cooked perfectly, but the lighting was terrible. The lights were installed directly above the fan and it gave a strobe light effect all evening that made my friend nauseous. The beach itself was beautiful and the beach volleyball was fun. We also wanted to play bocce ball but we could never figure out where to get the equipment for it & only saw one activity director with people on the bocce ball tracks once, on our last day.

The staff when checking in was no welcoming at all. Stood at the counter for 5 mins without anyone making any eye contact and literally looked

I can notice in your review that we did not exceed your expectations. I would like to mention that we are a familair hotel and not an only adults hotel so the kids are allowed in every area of the hotel (Except the spa and the discoteque). Regarding the gastronomic offer, I consider that we have a big variety of food. We have 8 thematic a la caret restaurants and 1 main buffet where we have a different menu every day. However, all your comments and suggestions have been taken into consideration in order to improve our services. I really hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the near future. I read your recent experience at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya and I can notice that we did not exceed your expectations. I would like to mention that in our website we do not have any information about that it is an only adults hotel...it is a familair hotel and of courswe it could be babies and kids. Regarding the gastronomic offer, we have a big variety in all our restaurants. We have 8 different thematic a la caret restaurants and 1 main buffet with a theme night every day.. And regarding the room service, we have more than hot dogs and hamburguers, in our webapp you can find the menu of room service. Regarding the music, we are at the caribbean and people who comes for a trip here likes the style of music from this zone such as bachata, salsa, etc.. but despite that, we have a great DJ who plays a different variety of songs. Your comments and suggestions have been taken into consideration in order to improve. Despite the inconvenient that you could suffer, I really hope to receive you very soon. Kind regards

All your comments and suggestions have been taken into consideration and send to the correspondent managers in order to improve our services. There are some points that I would like to explain: Regarding the wine, we have a wine menu in all our restaurants and you have a variety to choose red or white and the type of grape. Talking about the seaweed, unnfortunately it is a natural phenomen that we cannot control at all. But we have staff working daily to keep clean the beach and we also have a barrier inside the sea and prevents the entrance of massive seaweed. Despite the inconvenients that you could suffer, I really hope that you can give us anothe ropportunity to not only meet but exceed your expectations. Regarding the bottles of wine, I would like to mention that we have a menu in every restaurant with all the bottles of wine that we have in our property. In every table we have a QR code with that menu. Regarding the incident with hair in your food, and about the slow process for check in and check out, I would like to apologize and of course I will send your comments to the correspondent managers in order to avoid that situation in the near future.
