This property was Beautiful, the Service Excellent!

The property is very nice with great pools and kid areas. Very stroller and wheelchair friendly. The biggest issue we had is the quality of the food which was overall poor. The big breakfast buffet was the best of what they offer but all the specialty restaurants were very lacking even bad. Plus despite trying hard it’s hard to get tipsy here. We ordered all drinks as “doubles” and did straight shots on the side and it was still hard to get a buzz. That may be good to keep the rowdiness to a minimum but sometimes it’s nice to get a good feeling going without having to try so hard. Keep your food expectations low (really low) and expect to stay a little too sober and you can have a great time at the resort.

Great Family resort. Hospitality was amazing every single worker went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Covid guidelines are followed room was cleaned twice daily.

The resort and the staff our incredible. Food is not good at all. The hibachi and sushi were the best. I would eat that everyday if I could. So if the resort ups the quality of their food this would be a 5 star hotel.

Wonderful staff and very clean and pretty spaced. Surrounding area needs some work - it will be nicer once hotel next door is completed.

The resort is new and the staff and service is excellent. Went to visit the resort hoping to lock it in for my wedding post COVID. Unfortunately, it is located on the side of Cancun where the resorts are literally built on a swamp. The rooms face the jungle. Literally. Bugs, alligators, mosquitoes you name it! The worst part is that driving up to the resort takes at least 10 minutes from the main highway, AND the first thing you see are TWO unfinished construction sites. It looks like you are driving up to a disaster. It's a really ugly eye sore and very unfortunate for the resort. Also, this is not the resorts fault but no guests wear masks. Period. Like we aren't in the middle of a pandemic. No masks inside and out, putting the poor staff at risk. Overall, the resort is beautiful but I recommend you don't visit until 2022...

Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon. We expected so much considering this hotel is new but unfortunately our stay here was horrible. Our room was not ready when we arrived (after specifically informing them of our arrival time) we had to wait about 3 hours to get our room. Once we got our room we noticed the “ocean view” wasn’t the ocean view we had selected when booking, reception said our ocean view was supposedly the “best” the others are “partial ocean view” our room had a long walk way out to look at the ocean but it wasn’t private. Our next door neighbors and people upstairs could see us there was always some guy from his balcony looking down at us every time we went outside to relax and hang out. We had some rain as well due to the hurricane which is understandable and out of the hotels hands BUT water came in under the door which reached up to the bedroom, hair dryer didn’t work we also found out on day 3 that we were missing an information booklet in our room that had ALL the information pertaining to restaurants at the hotel, bars, the spa, the menu for room the only reason we found this out is because after the 3rd attempt trying to order ro service we were told the menu is in the information booklet (staff here doesn’t know anything we would get so many different answers from people here the first 2 nights we were told the menu was on the tv lol) the staff here is also a hit or miss we dealt with some EXTREMELY rude people.
