This is our third time staying here. I will say it seems to be looking a little rough. They also didn’t have the correct rooms we paid for available. If you’re looking for a good beach, this definitely isn’t it. Seaweed was horrible

This place didn't disappoint! We stayed on the adult side. Drink service delivered straight to us in our pool.

This was our first time doing all inclusive. Staff was very attentive and plenty of things to do. The facilities was a little outdated.

I upgraded to Diamond club because I wanted an amazing full experience. Unfortunately we received nothing but sleepless nights with loud parties going on until 5 am. We called the front desk and our butler to help us with the situation, they were unable to accommodate, not even a room change. We heard excuses after excuses and no follow through. I would definitely take my business else where.

This resort is awesome! The staff was so great and friendly. The different options to eat was nice. The El Dorado restaurant was the absolute BEST! Get ready to be friendly with mosquitos because they are there but they didn’t ruin our vacation at all. A Great Resort!

The property was great and the employees were amazing. Everyone was not only friendly and helpful but they seemed happy and excited to have us there. Outstanding hotel and staff.

Terrible food

Everything was great about the property. We booked an upgraded Diamond club swim out and the service from the hotel was excellent. The only problem was false advertising from Orbitz. In the rate that we got for the Diaomnd upgrade, was included a $600 resort credit. That was completly a lie because that was actually $600 dollars in coupons with the maximum amount of $30 and we were not allowed to use multiple coupons for the same thing. For example, there were a few $25 coupons for massage but you had to book separate massages to use them all. On top of that we had really hard time convincing the lady at checkout to apply the two coupons that we used to the bill. Even more than that, some of the coupons were not even useable. For example, there was a coupon for $25 discount at a beach cabana that was actually free. Or another example, a coupon for discount at C/X culinary experience that is closed this time of year because they need the room for weddings. I am completely disappointed in the Orbitz false advertising of $600 resort credit. This credit was an important factor in the decision to get the upgraded room but turned out to be a scam. I assume that the property does not have to do much with this false advertising because on their website they are not mentioning anything about any credit when listing the price, but Orbitz, on the other hand, put the $600 resort credit just under the total price to influenece my decision.

This was my first time. I liked it very much. The staff was very helpful. Communication was the problem as they speak mostly Spanish and I don't.

Perfect

This is a really good resort. The food and the staff are excellent. I love the Agave Mexican restaurant, the buffet and the Steak house. The Italian restaurant was ok. WE had lobster at the buffet for new years eve. The room could use small touch ups. The beach is OK some seaweed not much. The beach deck needs major repair it was one of the down spots. Overall we would come back to this place.

Property is beautiful The bathrooms by pools were always out of hand sanitizer most of bathrooms were locked so only one or two usable When entering Buffett the hand sanitizer was always empty this bothered me as how many people used the same spoons to pick up food maybe you could have bottles on table or little single wipes on tables Servers were very efficient and we’re at your table soon as you was seated. Food was wonderful
