Great hotel. Amenities were great, staff was awesome.

New hotel, Hilton reputation, very friendly and attentive staff, excellent food. I didn't like the guests were able to smoke, the hotel should have a non-smoking policy, they were selling cigars in the lobby...very disappointed about that. I don't go on vacation to inhale other people's smoke.

I did like the customer service they provided, the people and thier good attitude, paying attention to details, as far of the property the should work on keep the beach clean so it be more attractive to go and dive in because is to much seaweed, but over all it was an amazing experience for my and my family.

By far this is our best experience in Cancun! The Hilton has certainly set the bar for the area resorts. Especially been an all inclusive! The activity staff, Angel and Fer, REALLY know how to make the stay fun! Furthermore, ALL the Kids Corner staff took excellent care of our boys with creative and engaging activities! We will def be back! Thank you Hilton!

Check in was horrible couldn’t find our reservations took 1.5 to get it all figured out. Food was good lots of options for each meal. Shower was dirty took 4 hrs to get that cleaned. Staff was great tho very friendly Check out they couldn’t find our reservations again

The staff were so friendly! The restaurants and buffet were incredible and the hotel is very modern and beautiful! The pool areas with the Infiniti pool and ocean view is spectacular. I will definitely be back!

The free shuttle to hotel zone was very convenient! Staff was super friendly and attentive. Also enjoyed all the food options although some were much better than others and drinks weren’t strong enough

Great resort!

We traveled here in March 2022 with our 2Yo son and it was the perfect place for us. The fun pools and constant snacks made everything so easy. Other positives include: smaller hotel size (as compared to some of the other resort-compounds in the area) which made getting around much easier (we didn’t even bring a stroller and were ALWAYS able to secure shaded beach chairs), beautiful rooms, only 20 minute drive from the airport, and very decent food at the a la cart dinner restaurants. Drawbacks for some might include this hotel’s relative isolation (can’t walk to shops or anything), and the real focus on families with young children (there was an adults-focused pool but we didn’t spend time there). We’ve given this hotel 4/5 because it seems that they’re still figuring out how to manage crowds (hotel only opened in November of 2021); there was a small, quickly fixed problem with our check-in and later in the week there was some difficulty getting into the breakfast buffet when the hotel seemed to be hosting a large professional convention. Still, these problems wouldn’t keep us away and we hope to return for spring break next year.

Hotel was new.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The food was great except for the Mexican restaurant at night. It was so weird because during the day by the pool the tacos were so amazing. But the evening for dinner it was the worst. We were really disappointed given we are in Mexico. I think they need more staff to handle the flux of guests. The other restaurants were fantastic. They are really generous with the food available all day and the Sri is were amazing so you definitely get what you paid for in a positive way. We upgraded to ocean view and I’m still dreaming of the sunrise and sunsets from my bed. The ocean view is a must when staying at this hotel. The room is great but the interior designer missed the boat on a few things like double vanity, hooks for the towels after use and perhaps a lounge chair more comfortable for relaxing after pool day and enjoying the room. I feel the comforters should feel more luxurious it was on the stif side. Again because it’s Hilton I’m expecting a little more. But overall I still think they deserve a 5 because it was a beautiful hotel and the staff really worked hard to please the guests. I’ll be back again.

Feels like a high end hotel in manhattan right on the beach in MX

Very friendly staff. Was hoping the culinary options would have had a more authentic mexican experience. However, the food options are too americanized. No different than what I’d get at a Hilton in the United States.

This property is new and clean and has what appears to be all the makings for a great hotel. It’s too new and kinks aren’t worked out yet. Food is average, no spa, no real shop and the restrictions on kinds club are absurd. Pool service is way too slow and the beach area is rocky.

New property. Food quality was AMAZING. Restaurants served awesome delicious food. Cooked to perfection. Service was awesome Flaws... beach sucked! Cancun is known for white sand beautiful beaches, this one completely lacked. Unfortunately couldnt swim in the ocean. They didnt provide masks. They rarely had qny hand sanitizer anywhere. Felt unprotected for covid precautions
