The building is great, rooms are spacious and well build. But then they did not plan ir right, pools are too small for the number of guests. The restaurants are too small, it is almost impossible to make a reservation to the 2 restaurantes that require requervation, you have to use a website that is poorly developed and just does not work properly, or you have to go to a central desk that usually has a long line (I am talking at least 1 hour wait), and you cannot just go to the restaurant to book a table, they just do not do that. Then there is the hotel location, it is not far from downtown, but you cannot call an UBER, the hotel does not allow them to go in without a guest, they say there are other apps, but they also do not serve the Hotel, you have to take a taxi, that costs almost twice as much. A the hotel that is supposed to be all include has a lot of things that you can pay extra, which is strange and feels like it is a tourist trap. Employees for most part were great.

The food overall at all the restaurants was pathetic. Other than breakfast, nothing else was good. All head chefs in the restaurants need to go back to culinary school to learn their craft. The food quality needed a huge uplift given that this is a Hilton property. The beach wasnt good either. The only two things that were good was the pool and the people that provided the service.
