Staff were all friendly, welcoming and attentive. The hotel was uniformly spotless - even the beach was regularly raked. Seaweed was very minimal (zero most days) and when it appeared was quickly removed. Clear, blue waters were as good as any I've seen. Very low swell, no noticeable tide, so perfect for swimming in. A lot of restaurants to choose from in the hotel. Most were ok, the buffet was above average but one restaurant ("Krystal") was exceptional. Drink service was good. It's the first of many all-inclusive that we'd liked to return to. Nice job!

It was beautiful. The set up of the pools and the resort being right on the beach was amazing

Love that it's such a short walking distance to the beach. Beach is beautiful, clean, no seaweeds at all, powdery sand. Also enjoyed the pool. Restaurants are in a row which makes it easier, though you can improve on the food selections and taste. Staffs are very nice and welcoming. Location is also great, close to pretty much everything

Great experience. Will be back!!!!

Needs to update the rooms

Loved everything

The staff was the best. Every one of them help made the trip amazing

The air conditioning was hard to control, the button needs to press hard and few times to work. 1 of the sink water would not go down. You can hear next room conversations and people taking in the hallway so clear in the room through the wall. That was pretty annoying that we were not able to get some good sleep. Not to mention the Buffets food sucks. Too little selection and they don’t taste good. The Japanese restaurant was the worst! Everything was insanely salty! Tempura shrimp is just regular fried shrimp but the shrimp was super salty. The sushi was the worse I ever had in my life!! I really suggest they would google how to Make sushi. Tasted like rubber! The soba noodle was also super salty. My husband and I literally had a bite of the food and asked to be taken away. This is our 3rd visiting Cancun but first time in this hotel. I would less we pretty much didn’t eat much in this trip which we paid for all inclusive. Last 2 times we ate a lot and the food was good at a different hotel.

Property is very clean. Food was 2.5 stars out of 5. The only staff that was really rude was the one working in the gift shop. She snatched the slippers out of my hands when I didn't want to buy it.

Like: Ocean view and the weather. Overall a friendly, helpful staff from your arrival, to check-in, to wait staff. Dislikes: Food was extremely underwhelming. My wife and I were both sick 4 of our 5 days. Two days we didn't eat at the resort because we couldn't stomach it. The smell of our room and sheets made us feel naucious. It just didn't smell or feel clean. Our sheets has stains on them. The room had used water bottles, glasses, and a USED mask left behind when we checked in. Overall: We were supposed to stay 7 days and moved our flight up two days early so we could leave after 5 days.

The pools were great. I wish there were more activities available on the resort itself. Also wish someone would’ve told us what’s around the resort that’s available it was a treasure hunt. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also wished for better food, food was average.

Location and friendly staff

The resort is taking great Covid precautions and will actually enforce mask requirements in inside common areas. The three infinity pools are gorgeous, and the resort is on a beautiful strip of beach. Just beware the coral and sea urchins - wear water shoes!

There covid policy was great, they did everything they could do to protect everyone, very well handled.

Very fancy, clean and close to the nightlife

Very nice working people. I would like to mention Ismael, he is one of the best workers at the resort. Nice job ISMAEL and thank you very much.

The decor and the design

Staff was great specially in the restaurants, pool and beach area.

It was adult only which was very nice

This resort was absolutely GORGEOUS!! The staff are all on top of things, very friendly even with the covid restrictions of having to wear their masks in 100 degree heat. The location is perfect, walking distance from the downtown, 20min from the airport. Soon as you walk into the lobby you can see the amazing view of the pool overlooking the ocean. Food was great, entertainment was as good as it gets with the covid restrictions.
