We had an excellent experience!! Great food, beautiful clean rooms, clean hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Jorge was a favorite!! Will definitely come again and recommend this hotel.

Our room stayed damp the whole stay. Our towels, our clothes when we put them on. I've had to wash even our clean ones after getting home cause they smelled like mildew. Slipped on lobby floor and broke my ribs. But staff, pools and beach was great. If not for damp room would have loved it. Now nursing a bad cold. Last two days there very sick with stomach. Boyfriend and I both.

This resort is beautiful but unfortunately I have to give it a poor review. My husband's wedding band was stolen from our room. When we went to the front desk manager to tell her what had happened, she informed us that all we could do was make a report. She also told us that this had never happened before. Five minutes later, when we spoke to the assistant manager, she told us that it had happened before and that the person got their wedding band back. They did an investigation the following day but nothing came from that. We are filing a report with the hotels insurance but we are not sure what will happen with that report. We were having an amazing time at this resort but this put a complete damper on our trip.

Wonderful staff , very nice beach, food was great ,We will visit again

Great all inclusive hotel. Only bad thing is that when you leave your room you have to pull your room key out of its slot which also turns off all electric in your room. This allows room to get rather warm and you are unable to charge any of your electronic devices. Other than that we found it to excellent in every way.

Awesome!!! I didnt want to leave. The staff had great hospitality. My room was cleaned twice a day.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The check-in process could have been a little quicker. They offered us an upgraded room at another Riu hotel up the beach but we arrived later in the day and just wanted to get our room and hit the beach. The beach at this place is great! Excellent sand, plenty of chairs and umbrellas and someone bringing drinks. Probably the best part of the hotel. This is not the spring break, wild party hotel. Feels more like a couple resort, which is what we were looking for, so it was good for us. The room: Our room was a nice JR suite. Our fridge didn't work when arrived, so we had no cold drinks in the room. Also, our liquor ran out in the room even though the mini-bar said that the bottles were re-filled daily. But the AC was cold and the room was clean and comfortable. The food: Not bad for an all-inclusive, but nothing amazing. One restaurant, Krystal, wouldn't seat us without a 45 min wait every night even though half the place was empty, so we never got to eat there. The drinks were not good. Very watered down, poor selection of beer and wine. I understand its all-inclusive, but this was pretty bad. Activities: The shows at night are entertaining and enjoyable. We did an excursion to the Mayan ruins and did some swimming in the underground caves and zip lines etc. We had a great time. Overall, it was a very nice stay at a good hotel. Wish I could say more, not enough space here.

Everyone was overall friendly & met our expectations

The staff was very attentive & friendly, everyone always made sure all our needs were met. We loved the choices for food/restaurants. Already planning to go back this year!

Went for our 20th anniversary. Very satisfied with staff, room and all services and amenities.

View was excellent.......beach was clean....pools were spotless

This place was awesome, views, food selection were all really good. Drinks were great, and they even have bar service (waiters) at the beach. It never took too long to get a drink. This hotel is a little more on the chill side, however, you can access Riu Cancun next door which was really nice. Our friends stayed at Cancun, so we spent most of the day there. We were allowed access to pools/bars/and nightclub. Not allowed to eat at their restaurants, but Palace has a much better selection. The rooms at Palace were very nice compared to the neighboring hotel. Really nice balcony views. For food, Palace has everything from fancy to buffets. Shrimp, lobster, steaks, sushi, all the above. Riu Cancun didn't have all that. Great place to stay, I would come back.

I was there for my birthday week March 12-19th! The staff was amazing and accommodating . The place is clean and modern. The beach is well groomed and beautiful! The pools are spotless! I would recommend this to anyone for sure!

Beautiful Resort and great service!!! Great variety of food to choose from at the buffet and several restaurants as well. The facility is always very clean. Will definitely go back next year! Yes

A+++++++++++++++++ awesome will def go back I miss it already

Our stay was great minus a few bumps. The food was great. The staff was there at every turn to offer up drinks. The entertainment was the same with small variations every night and that was a small let down. Our room was a few floors directly above the stage so it was rarely a quiet evening but we didn't mind as we sat on a large wrap around balcony and listened. I'd stay at Riu palace again.

Hotel is on the beach, has a good variety of dining options and of course lots of tequila. The adults only part, cuts down on the number of spring breakers. This created a more sophisticated atmosphere with fun people to meet and hang out. It was also not as crowded as the other hotels seemed to be.

The food is excellent in all restaurants. Very friendly staff and great service

very good location, facilities, beach and food. there are many shopping stores and bar are around the hotel.the Hotel is more beautiful than others near the area.the sands of the beach is white and nice. there are many fun events there in the swimming pool and hall day and evening.

We came to renew or love for sun, sand, and ocean. This hotel was beautiful, only one resturant BLACK AND WHITE was not up to par. The others we tried were fabulous. The Krystal was our favorite. It was a great 4 days to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. Great beds, showers, and staff. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The entertainment was middle of the road good. We will return.
