Why would I need to leave a review when my vacation was supposed to be canceled. I booked through Orbitz and bought insurance but they said they couldn’t get ahold of the resort for a refund. My husband came down with pneumonia the week we’re supposed to arrive. We had to cancel. No vacation…no refund! No one will return my emails or phone call.

We loved our stay . Staff was really nice especially Esmail (waiter) . He was very courteous and pleasant. Activities around and in the pool were top class. Food choices were good but nothing compared to Cabo All inclusive adults only Riu resort. One of the friends had an accident and bath rob got dirty. 5 star resort charged $15 for dirty bathrob which was truly off putting for that level of resort. This is the reason I gave 4 star !! Thanks.
