Room clean Staff great Amenities - limited (i have been to hard rock, princess and royalton) they were superior. Transportation from and to Airport sucks. New destination tours have poor management. They are incompetent. I think Riu should consider finding an alternative.

The food was fair to poor quality in the restaurants. The buffet at night, Don Roberto, was horrible. You need to stand in line and wait for all the other restaurants, no reservations. Hotel itself was fine, pools are wonderful.

Very nice facility, well kept and great service throughout! RIU provides free transportation from the airport and back, and make sure you use it as the taxi companies will try to rip you off at $150 for a one way fare to any resort. The bars have premium drinks upon request such as Patron, Beefeaters, Tanqueray, Absolut, etc. Beach and pool service is available all the time. The food was excellent everywhere we went. Our room was great with a ocean view and well kept by the staff. We would definitely visit again.

Best all inclusive hotel in cancun hands down. Shows every night . Food is amazing. Probabaly the softest sand on the beach. Nice pool. Don’t go anywhere else. Just go to this one

Rooms spacious and good looking but maintenance needed example fan making noise bathroom door leak when you take a shower shower heads are dirty bathroom doesn’t have exhaust fan bathroom toilet does not have convenient handle to flush instead you need flush only from top of the tank and it’s very hard.

Absolutely beautiful property. Very clean. Wide variety of food choices. Only thing lacking for us was things to do in the evening. Wish there was a disco or pool table, although we were able to walk next door and use RIu Cancun.
