This is a gorgeous resort. Everything was very clean, staff was super friendly and very helpful. You really never needed to lift a finger. The beach was gorgeous but smaller than we are use to if you are one that likes walking the beach. Only complaint is the nightlife was not good! The Silent Disco was excellent and super fun and the show to showcase the Mexican dances but the bands/singers and dancers to go with those shows was almost comical.

We frequent Cancun annually. The hotel overall was good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the hotel was very clean. The scene wasn’t really what we were looking for with partying going on most nights until 10-11pm. Our final night there some guests were screaming a chant at each other at 3am in the ocean. If you like the party scene I suppose this would be okay for you as they also have transportation to other Riu’s for special parties. The food left much to be desired and we found ourselves eating out more often than not at authentic holes throughout the city. With all that being said the pools were fantastic, the ocean and beach is beautiful with exceptional views of the sunset. We did like that they didn’t allow for reserving pool seating or restaurants as it allowed for everyone to experience all that the hotel had to offer. We would stay again if needed but will be in search of better food and a more relaxed environment for our next stay elsewhere.

This is truly a fantastic Hotel. Beautiful facility, beaches and the staff is wonderful. Food is great, with a super selection with 7 different restaurants. Clean, well maintained. This was our 2nd stay here and we will return for a 3rd next year!! Highly recommend this adult only facility.
