The room was very clean, the staff were all very helpful. The food was excellent -- however the buffet food was the same daily and there was no buffet option for dinner which is different from other resorts we've stayed at. Lots of snack options throughout the day like ice cream, the coffee shop, and the pool-side grills. All the pools are very clean and well tended to. The sand on the beach was lovely but the swimming space at the beach was quite limited and shallow but still nice.

Every time my party of 8 would go the restaurants it always full. One of the restaurant didn’t have our reservations & instead of trying to make an accommodation they suggest that we go to another restaurant which was unacceptable. Would not recommend this resort at all.

Aside for the weather not being great, the resort had nothing planned for indoor activities if the weather wasn't great. They could have had an indoor pool or heated pool for anyone to use and not just 'exclusive' members. Also, we waited forever to get our room cleaned ..even tho we indicated that we wanted that service and the food and drinks were lacking...not great quality at all. You had to pay extra for better food and top shelf liquor. What's the point of being all inclusive???Also, the private beach was not cleaned so there was dead seaweed everywhere and it smelled.
