We enjoyed the pool and clean beaches that weren’t rocky. There are many dining options available in the resort, but beware that the restaurants do not take reservations for dinner so you could end up waiting upwards of 2 hours for a table. The food was ok for an all inclusive, there are upgrades available in the menus for an additional cost. Room service is quick and convenient, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet options as well as the pizza place by the pool. You do have to get up early to reserve pool chairs as they are limited by 8:00am.

Recently stayed for 10 days as an adult family of four. Smaller resort - entertainment by day and night repetitive. Food is adequate - however food served at restaurants in the evening was never served hot. Limited natural shaded areas by pool and on beach, limited availability for lounge chairs unless you claim one by 6:30 am. Would be good for a 4 day stay but would not recommend longer.

It was a nice property but we wish we would have had a balcony to sit on instead of just being able to look out the sliding doors. We loved not having to keep up with room and towel keys. The wrist bracelets worked great.

Fiesta Americana is a great property, very clean. A lot of effort is put in keeping the property spotless. It' not a huge property unlike other resorts which cover more area. My reviews from the time we checked in: Check-in process - We didn't have a great check-in process. We arrived early and had to wait until exact 3pm to check-i. We received a message at 12:30 PM that our room is ready, when we went to concierge, they turned us away saying the message was sent in error. Then my husband went at 2:55 PM, they again turned him away saying it is still not 3:00 PM. They gave us the room exactly at 3:00 PM. This is for the first time ever I met with such rigid check in assistance. There were a lot of families checking in; however, for the front office I could be 10th family; but for me it was my first time in the hotel, very rough experience with check-in staff. We had sent multiple emails way before our travel requesting for two families arriving the same to be assigned rooms on same floor if not side by side. They still gave us the rooms in the opposite towers, which I had to request multiple times to change. The rooms were spacious and clean, there is a lot of greenery in the hotel. Pool area and restaurant is very helpful and friendly. Overall, it is great property, not too huge. It has few great restaurants, only if you manage to get a spot. Buffet spread is not large like other all-inclusive.
