Second time we stayed there and everything was still perfect. From Paola at the front desk, Eduardo at the swim up bar and Victor at the excursions palapa, all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the pools and all of restaurants. The resort is always super clean!

Rooms were great. Stayed oceanfront. Registration was a breeze thanks to Kinverly and Hector. Food was wonderful as were the wait staff. Pool waiters were very attentive thanks JJ and the entertainment staff made the stay so much fun. Ariel Michelle and all the rest. See you all again in a few months. Gracias! One issue the staff at the seafood bar/restaurant tended to ignore women and were a bit rude. No tip for them.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, good food, beautiful grounds and beach. Cold pool. Paid extra for ocean front fiesta room but found out ocean front and ocean view is the same location, only ocean front is on a higher floor. Not sure why I paid $40 a night more than our friends that were ocean view, 3 floors below us. Don't get fooled. All in all, we had a very nice stay.

We loved this hotel. We came here after a week in Puerto Vallarta where the hotel was less than mediocre, so this was a welcome change. We were met in the lobby by friendly and helpful staff and were shown to the check-in counter where the amenities of the hotel were explained to us and we were handed our wristbands. The receptionist explained that we had booked a premium room with a garden view, and then proceeded to try to sell us an upgrade, which we declined. We were shocked, however, when we got to our room. Our garden view turned out to be a view of a rooftop with a building behind it. We could hardly see any vegetation at all. To tell you the truth, I truly think that our so-called premium room was one of the worst rooms the hotel had to offer. When we made our disappointment known to reception, however, they quickly put us in a different room with a true garden view, which we certainly appreciated. The food was excellent. There is an Italian, Mexican, Argentine, and Brazilian restaurant in the hotel. The Argentine restaurant is not included in the all-inclusive and there is an extra charge there. There is also another buffet-style restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a cevichería, a sushi bar, a taco bar and a hamburger, hot dog and nachos bar. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. You could also order many things a-la-carte. The lunch and dinner buffet had a wide variety of good food, but it was always the same every day and the same for

I booked a room with ocean view but was given one with partial view of the ocean and mostly a view of the next hotel construction site. Then comes the 11 restaurants they advertise but 1 is not included in the all inclusive, the problem comes with dinner: nobody ever mentioned that you need to go for early dinners (6pm) or ended been added to waiting lists that went from 45min - 2 hrs which will give 30 minutes to eat because they are closing or once again be pushed to go to the buffet (which wasn't impressive for the amount of money you pay). Positive things are: the friendly staff (except for the manager that didn't do anything to fix or compensate), drinks include premium brands, the hotel pools, spa, room was clean an spacious with comfortable beds and the amazing beach. On a side note: lower level rooms have a small private pool that we can see and apparently nobody ever thought of the possibility of people going for it giving everybody else a unsolicited show (happened to us).
