This was our first trip to Cancun and staying at an all inclusive. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and excellent customer service. The property is well maintained and attractive. We had an ocean view room and enjoyed the balcony. The only negative was that we could hear the noise coming from the AC system from the property next door. I was skeptical of the quality of food at an all inclusive but as very happy with that food. Lunch options were plentiful and we loved the seafood restaurant by the pool. Great fish tacos and ceviche! We had good experiences for dinner at all the restaurants. I had and excellent steak at San Telmo, as good or better than I’ve had in the US. We used room service often and appreciated it was available 24/7 as we arrived late and were vey hungry. One item that could be improved is communication if daily agenda/activities or changes to restaurant availability. We went to the Buffett for dinner and no one which is open until 11 pm every night and no one was there. No sign or info posted. I found a staff member that I domes me that the Buffett was in the theater. We went to the theater and realized there was a Coco dinner show going on. We has no idea that we as going on and would have attended if provided the info. The beach is excellent and our family enjoyed it. There was a lot of seaweed but we worked around it. The whole waves can be heavy as there is no outer reef for the waves to break on. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!
Great hotel and staff. There were more families and kids than I was anticipating but the resort itself was wonderful. One thing to note is that the bars don't open until 11 at the pool which was a bummer
Service wasn’t the best. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and this was communicated at check in without any acknowledgment. I had to call and provide feedback to the front desk manager in order to receive recognition.
Everything was perfect specially the staff they are amazing.

Was not happy with front desk check in personnel. I wanted to upgrade rooms but was given a really hard time.I don’t know if language barrier or what it was but took me 1hr 50 min to check in. There was no sense of direction but confusion. after 16 hrs flight I didn’t expect to be treated like this. What I don’t understand is why manager didn’t come out to address the problem. He kept trying to sell me the presidential suit. I told him it was not in my budget. This could of been avoided with alittle clearity.
All was great! It is a simple resort that was perfect for a family wanting to just chill. Food is a solid good. Not amazing but good. All staff are friendly and great! We went during seaweed season and the tide is high so we couldnt actually swim in the ocean. But it was gorgeous to look at.
A lot of the staff were on their phones and they had a negative attitude. The swim a bar staff they were SOO RUDE!!
Horrible staff. No all mainly the ones trying to sell you a 17k packet to be members and being rude when not purchasing.
I went with my family and it was a fun vacation. Food was excellent with many options.
Nice place just wish there was more entertainment.

We were very disappointed at this resort. The food was ok not lots of options . All the a la. Carte restaurants had an all inculsive menu and another menu with the best cuts and specials which was very expensive. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were very limited . If you care about food the way we care then this place isn't the one . The entertainment is mediocre , they had one show in Valentine's day then after that for the next 5days it was all just a band of one person playing at the bar . We had nothing to do just sit in the lobby like all the guests. They were playing mostly 90 and 80 music very outdated . it was very boring . No activites for the kids . The rooms were ok , needs some renovation . The staff were nice and helpful . We will not come back to this property.
