Great property. 2nd time staying here. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. All the food was so delicious. If you have the option to get access to the Aqua Club lounge on the 5th floor, do it!! It is totally worth it. We went there multiple times per day every day during our stay. They not only have top shelf full bar, but daily snacks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure to see Guillermo there, he took care of us and made our stay extra special. The pools were great and the room was clean fully stocked mini bar restocked daily with whatever drinks you ask for. Didn't try the spa facilities, but the gym area was great. Also there is a starbucks inside the gift shop which was very convenient. Sushi bar with made to order to-go rolls were great for either a pre-dinner or late night snack option. Favorite restaurant was MB, must try their infamous habanero soup in a bread bowl, totally worth the hype and bacon-wrapped filet miñon. Also the cevicheria with beach front oceans views was amazing, we went there maybe 3 times and each time everything we tried was made fresh and was delicious. Also, the Azur restaurant was very good. Went there twice for breakfast (great in the mornings when you want to skip the buffet( and once for dinner, also very good. Not a party vibe at this hotel, but if you're looking for rest and relaxation at a high-end luxury adults-only resort with a chill vibe with excellent food and service, this is the place

The workers were amazing,,service was excellent and very friendly,,the only issue our group had. They advertised no reservations needed for any of their restaurants, however two times, we were told that it would be one to two before we could be seated,, however they were many tables available,,so I asked what about those empty table and they stated they were reserved for the suites,,, and they stayed empty for next hour. They could of served us but instead they left those tables for guest in the suites

Old school updated property. Still some work to do, the food at all the of onsite restaurants was very good. Only two indoor, others open air, very hot. Plenty of pool area and seating, downside, they charge for a lot of the lounge beds around the pool, not so good. The lounge pool with swim up bar, only area where some of the beds are no charge, quiet and shady, our favorite area.

Overall, the property is dated. Pool tiles where coming off, experienced shower leaks flooding the room for 2 days, rude dinner waiter, and food selections could be fresh. . However, the pool wait staff where wodnerful and friendly.

Don't walk RUN! to book this resort! Everything was amazing!! From the room, to the food choices, to the staff etc etc!! Everything was amazing!! It was algae season so the beach would pile up with algae in it but the resort had someone cleaning it up as much as possible. The beach was still amazing outside of that!! Definitely would go again!! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!

The resort was beautiful and everyone was very friendly. The pools were too hot and lots of seaweed the whole week. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a relaxing stay.
