We had no hot water the 24 hours of our stay and they did not seem interested in fixing it. The place is cold at night, so the cold water was not appreciated given the price we price we paid. The restaurant has odd hours. Some of the desk staff are great and some are not. One young woman was the best I have encountered, but one young guy seem disinterested.

0 star on everything hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures, the room dirty not updated, old, ac didn’t work for two days, something was on the beds because I had red little spots on my legs and hands, very bad service in receptionist. The only resin I have a 1 star is the location the beach is amazing with amazing views that’s all. If they update this hotel it will be amazing.

The room was horrible, sheets and robes were dirty, the faucets and lamps were filled with rust and mold, bathtub was filthy. Requested a change but the alternative was just as horrible and was costing more. My sister was becoming sick from the mold so we booked another hotel and requested a refund after a back and forth dialogue with the hotel manager she agreed to refund the money directly to expedia. We informed expedia of the situation sent proof of the correspondence including signed paperwork issued by the front desk staff at the directive of hotel management. To date we have yet to receive the refund and all we are getting is run around!

We had a canceled flight and this property was only 10 minutes from airport so we chose it. We were very impressed with the staff, the pool and the beautiful beach location. The waves were very big here but the beach and water were beautiful. The beach chairs probably need replaced but other than that beach was great! Pool was large and clean, pool bar was small but bartender got drinks out quick and they were good. Not fancy but good value for the money. Our bed was AWESOME! We have stayed in Cancun/Playa/Tulum/Isla Mujeres probably 20 times and unlike 90% of the beds we've had this bed was extremely comfortable. We had a lower level pool front room with steps that went right out to our pool cabana. The room also had a 2 person jetted tub that we didn't use. The water pressure and hot water were also great and not always very good at other resorts. For the money this place was amazing. I don't know that I would want to stay more than a few nights as there isn't a lot of food choices or entertainment nearby and the resort is pretty minimal but I would highly recommend for anyone needing a night or two on a budget.

The view from our room was excellent. The hot tub was nice. The pool was gorgeous even if it’s the only pool. It’s quiet and safe but far away from main activities. It feels that you can get bored easily. They have only one restaurant. We stayed one week but if you have to stay there I would recommend 3 or 4 days max. I’m t’s not the atmosphere of a resort but it’s cheap so if you want to save money, it’s the place. If you want to have fun, look somewhere else.

Overall the hotel looks nice and clean however we arrived at 1am and walked into a room with used tissue paper and an underwear drying from the previous guest not mentioning the room was on the noisy part of the hotel and no balcony. We were then changed to another room with clog sink and toilet, it was fixed after reported. Then water from the upper guests washroom stated to droop on us while seating at toilet, was also reported and up to the moment we left no one had fixed the issue. As a smoker, I do look for hotel with designated areas and as per description "Designated smoking areas" I decided on visiting this hotel, happens that we only find out it is 100% free of any kind of smoke and vape when did our check in. On the other hand and other than the lady at check in, everyone was very friendly and attentive to make sure we were having a pleasant stay. The restaurant have some good options for breakfast and snacks, also excellent smithies. Hope you have a better room experience if decide to visit Cyan Cancun Resort & Spa!

We got there and our room was dirty their was dirty underwear in our room, we asked for a different room obviously! and next room was even worst! Room was right by hi way and motorcycles and cars flying all through the night couldnt sleep and our bathroom was leaking water through the roof we told them about the leaking and nobody came to fix it restaurant was almost out of everything that we wanted had to eat out of resort all trip! Was a terrible experience worst ive ever had in Mexico

Would I stay again yes the room served it’s purpose and the view made up for its flaws. My Room was clean ,comfy bed -great ocean views. They provide you with 2 bottles of complimentary water. My room had a bit of an oder,toilet didn’t flush well, room could use updating a little outdated.Most of the staff were nice the ones selling excursions where the nicest. Restaurant didn’t offer a variety of food options.Same options daily. A convenient store across the street and not expensive. Outdoor pool was clean.Bar only available in the restaurant other bars were not open.Area was safe and quiet,13 min from the airport.Restaurant in walking distance.Buses run all day.
