Decepcionado en esta ocasion. No me dieron la habitacion que solicite y las toallas estaban raidas. Dissapointed this ocassion since I was not given the room i booked and on top of that the towels were falling apart.
I was in Cancun on business where the location of this hotel proved most convenient for our use. The rooms are clean andthe check-in process was fast. The hotel is located in the Plaza Las Americas mall which is very convenient, thers is a supermarket besides the mall and lots of restaurants for dining. I would stay here again for the simple facts the value was great, location very convenient for all Cancun applications.
Due to our flight home being cancelled by Air Canada we stayed here for 1 night. It was attached to a mall and the room was basic and overall it served the purpose. It has a small restaurant. The breakfast buffet was decent.
With a one-night stay, I can say that this is a very good option for business purposes, not for holiday. Staff is very Kindle and helpful, rooms are well organized and AC works OK. In my opinion, there could be a little more channels on TV. Gym and pool are on the top of the building. One suggestion to lobby staff is that when you recognize that it's the customer's first day, show them how to use the elevator with the card, I was thought by a girl inside the lift. In my case, Wi-Fi didn't work a lot. In the very positive thoughts about the hotel is the location, plaza las Americas offers you all kind of options to be busy such as Restaurants, Starbucks, cinema and shops. Don't think is a good option for big families.
Well I did like the location of this place stuck on the back of a big shopping mall. It was easy to catch a bus and get about.Taxis were outside the main door. The hotel zone was easily reached. I was not looking for a party, all inclusive resort. The hotel was older and some repairs were underway. The room I had was spacious with everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I was deceptioned. I went there with my family and the rooms were very small and unconfortable. The air conditioner can´t be regulated and either you freeze or you melt. The parking is located far from the lobby and it´s a hassle to carry the luggage.
If I could give zero stars, I would. No HOT WATER even though we spoke with 3 different managers of various shifts over 1 1/2 days. Then had to argue for money off our room when we checked out! DO NOT STAY HERE.
This hotel is a hotel which I recommend for a one night stay but not for a family trip. The place is really nice, the wifi doesn't work. This, out of the 2 other hotels I went to on this trip, is the only one with blankets. This is a really corporate hotel, for work, but it still is nice. With its rooftop pool and bar, even a fitness area, this is really good. The flat screen tv has many channels, one tv per room, it has sports and other stuff. Really cool hotel for a one night stay.
The location of the hotel in combination with shopping center is perfect and with many restaurant opportunities in the center and nearby. Further, it gives good opportunity for early morning jogging/run to the nearby waterfront area - you can do a 5-10 km tour.
We got a VERY reasonably priced night at the Fiesta Inn, and the hotel itself was quite nice. Couple issues, first, there is really no parking and we had to drive around the hotel a couple of times to find a place to park, then even for a short stay to drop off bags had to pay $10 pesos to park. Second, I understand the whole ECO FRIENDLY thing, but hot water would be nice. I ran the shower for 10 minutes trying to get something more than 70° water... Cold showers were not on my agenda. The staff was very courteous, and there is certainly plenty of restaurants around, albeit, they are all tourist trap type places and all large international chains. We took a cab to the Downtown Hotel district, and were able to get there from around $40 pesos, so it was very convenient. We didn't really like Cancun as a whole, it's really not our speed, but this was a very affordable way to see/experience Cancun while still being safe and convenient.
