Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was super helpful but majority speaks Spanish and its hard for them to understand english. There was not many options for vegetarian people but staff was able to accommodate. Resort itself is very nice and clean, many dining options. Food was very good as compared to other resorts. This was my first time going to mexico and i had an amazing time at this resort. The entertainment was wonderful, the rooms were extremely clean, the staff was very polite and do everything they can to make sure you are happy and satisfied.
