Beautiful hotel and excellent service!! The food was great! The people were amazing! The views of the hotel were extremely beautiful!! Highly recommend!!

I like that it's not crowded, provided the exclusive ambiance and maintaining the elite atmosphere. Restaurant, pool, spa, concierge and front desk staffs are very accommodating and friendly. One of the few DOWNFALL was the LIMITED RESTAURANT options available FOR LUNCH. They do not serve food by the main pool, breakfast buffet closes at 11AM and the other restaurant does not open til 12:30 leaving guest with pool side dining (cheap bar food - tacos, wings, burgers) or room service option (which is not ideal if you're outdoor enjoying the sun) DISAPPOINTED with the BEACH ACCESS- it's covered with 10-15 feet of seaweed across the entire beach and it was not ideal to anyone to attempt to enter the water. We booked a tour to Isla Mujeres and was able to swim at the ocean there but not from the resort.

The property is all ocean front...the staff is do friendly and the service is outstanding.

The atmosphere and the designs of the place was peaceful and modern. The location is far away from other activities or downtown. However, they do have a stand to hire tours and activities for a charge and the necessary transportation to get to the different locations. Staff is friendly and the food is very nice. A lot of fun food but also healthy options.

I liked the rooms and pools. Dinners were very good two of the three nights. The refrigerators in the rooms kept nothing cold, least of all beer. There were ice machines but only the ones on the ground floor were turned on. There were no ice buckets in the rooms and after requesting one, it took about two hours to arrive. At one of the pools, it was impossible to get a cold drink unless there was ice in it. Bottom line, it seemed not to be ready for prime time.

We just returned from a six night stay at this resort and here is a list of concerns and compliments. Our room was # 1003 in Serenity swim up ocean front 1) first few days our air didn’t cool room down to below 80 degrees after texting Eduardo he did immediately send a repair person to check and adjust themostat we got a little relief till heat of day but temp would rise until sun crossed Biulding . Nothing like coming in from the pool to cool down and air isn’t working 2) on the second day air still not working good our doorjam falls out out lol and ac went completely out . Management said chill water system was down . Go to take shower and temp goes up and down like a roller coaster. 3) we book a excursion thru the Aquaworld Rep by the long pool and that was our biggest mistake ! It was the dreaded Catamaran trip from Hell ! Everything promise isn’t reality and on top of that affer paying for our round trip transportation we got abandoned at the marina 20 miles away . After paying for a taxi to return us to resort we asked for reimbursement of the $77 we had to pay another company and neither the resort or AQuaworld apologized or offer to give us this fee . I will say this resort can be a 5 star resort with a few changes and repairs. Food ,Drinks,Service and location are awesome ! Felicitas was the Best !!! Eduardo did a good job too! In closing fix a/c in room 1003 and fire Aquaworld rep near pool .

This hotel has only been opened less than three months, we were the first guests to stay in our room. The room was lovely, not overly spacious but modern and fresh. Some thought was put into the design with plenty of storage, a makeup area in the bathroom, lighted safe, easy to use temperature controls and the wi-fi worked well all throughout the resort areas.The poolside decor was modern as well with various sitting areas. Two large pools with swim up bars, both beautifully designed. I don't go to an all-inclusive resort expecting great cuisine however I was impressed by the dinners we had, beautifully presented and delicious. Champagne and chocolate strawberries were sent to our room for my birthday, even though I never told them it was my birthday, so someone was paying attention to the info on our passports during checkin. The entertainment was not the best however this resort was not at full capacity being so new and I am sure as the season progresses and more people hear of this lovely resort they will increase the entertainment venue. This resort is not a crazy spring break type of resort but we still enjoyed ourselves. (We are both in our 60's but young at heart) This resort sits next to the Moon Palace, with beach inbetween. My only complaint....the trash on the empty natural beach on both sides as it takes away the beauty of the beach, however the beach at the resort cleaned daily with a tractor. Our weather was not the best but certainly wasn't the resorts fault.

Solid four start resort. Above average foods for an all inclusive resort but we felt that they were missing the opportunity to be better. They can improve their over all food experience around the pools and the beach. At this moment, you have to order foods and have to wait for a long time to get the foods around the pool. Mid day food options are limited. No active grill station or paella station were seen during our stay. Room service was not our favorite. Hot foods came Luke warm consistently. Also, I want people to be aware that this is not the place if you want to swim in a beautiful blue ocean. This isn't a hotel's fault obviously. But please know you won't get blue oceam here. Their pools are amazing though. All of their rooms seem to have amazing view of pools and oceans. Their room is great. No complain there. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel was fantastic. Not the best beach in Cancun, but still nice. The pools were great. The staff and the food were tremendous. The spa was excellent. Still some construction going on, but not obtrusive at all.

Beautiful hotel (the parts that were not under construction) and beautiful views but is not as advertised in many ways. 1) hotel room shower leaked into the room and began to pull the ceiling down. the pillows provided should only be used as decorative music. 2) no nightlife to speak of, no day time activities, no requesting music. Was told at the “night club” limes that they would not take music requests, they would only play melodies that resembled elevator music 3) no daytime activities despite being given an hour by hour activity calendar upon arrival. “Cooking class” did not happen and the managers and staff seemed they weren’t aware it was even scheduled No daytime pool games, no pool music other than what some people were allowed to play quietly on their personal blue tooth speakers 4) restaurants for night meals overall had good food. 5) no alcoholic beverages before 11am! Don’t even consider having a mimosa by the pool in the morning. Also, will not allow you to have a bottle of champagne in the room. Overall, if you are looking for a spa like view that has more rules, curfews, and restrictions than a juvenile detention center this is the spot for you. Otherwise, pick one of the many other resorts that allow you to pick either relaxation OR fun and follow through with planned activities. Or at least have music!

Brand new hotel, awesome staff and the best service. It’s not completed, however service makes up for it. I will definitely revisit once the resort is complete.
