We very much enjoyed our week at the Haven. The food was excellent, our personal butler Nacho was exceptional. He consistently went above and beyond our expectations. At this time of year the beach was walkable but you could swim in the Gulf due to seaweed. We would definitely come back.

Everything was great from the pool area to the staff. We were part of the serenity club, which gave us access to all parts of the hotel. I didn’t know that till I got there, but that’s one of the perks of purchasing the swim out suites. There are tons of dining options and if you like shopping, there’s a shopping outlet. That’s really close to the hotel but it will require a taxi or some type of transportation to get you there the only thing that was unfortunate about the hotel, which was due to mother nature Was the seaweed issue due to the weather. It created a damp musty unpleasant odor outside, which included many mosquitoes and bugs flying around the hotel resort.

Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying here and we upgraded to the king with a swim out. It was perfect. The bathroom was large and the bed was super comfortable. It did get hot at night so maybe bring a fan. Also mosquitoes are bad in October so bring bug spray

Everything was fine, the food was very good, the rooms were very clean but you could feel the dampness in them, the pools were clean and there were a lot of them, parties in the club every evening until 2 a.m. The only downside was the dirty beaches due to saragassum algae.

Hotel was fabulous. Check in and check out were absolutely appalling. Standing in a queue for 40 mins in the heat to check in is not ok. Equally as poor check out. Absolutely everything else at the hotel was exceptional, such a shame the front desk is so bad.

The property surface level is nice but it needs a serious overhaul. For an all inclusive of this caliber and price there should not be any visible issues but there are many all over the property including inside the rooms. I don’t expect perfection but things I raise should be addressed not put off and brushed aside. For example the ice maker had an alarm that was beeping every second or two and was doing so for 4+ hours when I first checked in. The staff should have done something about this before I called. After I called it took hours for them to take action. This became a recurring issue for the majority of my week stay. For a luxury property asking luxury prices this should never be an issue. All of my neighbors had the same issue but were more embarrassed to raise it. Also the last two days they had a convention which essentially took over the entire property and make us and all the people we meet feel like we were no longer important and the convention people were the clear priority. For example we had to make reservations for our dinners which honestly isn’t a big deal just more of an annoyance for a relaxing trip. But we show up to our reservation and the nice couple In front of us were being told sorry your reservation is being cancelled and we cannot honor it which was due to the convention folks getting their spots and they are just out of luck. Then they told us the same story. The worst part was they never came to the reservation.

A beautiful resort with amazing staff. My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time. There were a lot of people our age (mid-to-late twenties) and just enough to do to keep us going. The smell in the area was a bit unpleasant, but not enough to warrant a lower score, given the staff's attentiveness and the resort's beauty. Make sure to bring bug spray, though! Lots of pesky mosquitoes.

I loved the staff and the resort so much. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Pat was our guide for the whole trip and he was such a genuine guy :-)) And having said that, the hospitality is top notch and the food and amenities are great too. I’m glad I made the right choice.

The resoet was fabulous. Seaweed was a problem but the pools were fantastic! Service was amazing!

Spa is a gimmick, everything else okay! There are so many good properties in Cancun, this was just not up to the mark. The Katsu ( Asian) restaurant the food is exceptional but the servers and waitresses and waiters they are very rude, unprofessional! Never visiting the resort again.
