It was amazing. Everything was spotless. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Shower head was awesome. Staff was so friendly. The two bartenders in the main pool, Enrique and Alma were incredible. They took amazing care of our group. Can’t wait to go back!

This resort was really lovely! The food was actually really delicious, especially at the buffet (which had a billion options). As a foodie you will be happy here.There was a fine dining restaurant included which we really enjoyed as well as the asian fusion place. The steak house was the only place we didn't find too special but there was plenty of other options so it didn't matter. Entertainment was 10/10 as well. Definitely note that the available atm dispensed only USD in 100$ bills so prepare before hand with pesos in Cancún for tips. Very clean. Would 100% return.

Staff was great, spa was wonderful as well, only knock on the spa was found it a little pricey. Paco our Butler went above and beyond with his efforts during our stay. We had the Serenity Club ocean front swim out and was worth every penny spent for this upgrade. Wife and I were both very happy and would recommend and would come back.

The propriety looks a lot older than it is. Buffer very limited and small for the amount of rooms at this resort. Buffer selection especially poor in the evening; if you are unable to make a restaurant reservation and need to go the buffet food is less then average.
