Overall the resort was nice and comfortable, however would give it an 8/10 and would not consider it a 5 star resort. It is starting to show it's age and there are maintenance items in the room and throughout the resort that need to be attended to. (i.e. dings in the sink and jacuzzi tub, warped doors in bathroom). We also found that the consistency was not there for service, we only received turn down service 3 out of 7 nights and the mini bar in the room was only replenished either when we called or 3 times while we were there. The front desk informed us it was replenished daily. They forgot to dump the tray in the nespresso machine and replace the coffee mugs, it's just little things, but that's what makes a 5 star resort, the little things matter. Seating on the beach was very limited and what was there was in bad need of repair, along with some of the lounges by the pool, again, showing the age of the resort with lack of maintenance. We did enjoy our holiday but we probably won't return to this resort. Thank you

I recently stayed at Heaven in Riviera in Cancun, and the name could not be more accurate — it truly felt like heaven. The food was excellent, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. By far, this is one of the best all-inclusive adults-only resorts I’ve ever stayed at in Cancun. One of the things I enjoyed most was the atmosphere. The resort feels like it’s tucked right into the middle of the jungle, with the Caribbean Sea stretching out in front of you. The views from the rooms were absolutely spectacular — waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable. I had the best time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway.

Staff was so friendly and kind. Anything you needed was handled. Food was really good. Our room was more than we could have asked for! Property was gorgeous. Our concierge, Miguel, was truly excellent.

Staff here are incredible! Grounds are well kept. Food was good but everyone is subjective. Pools were great! Lots more activities this time and restaurants have been updated. Loved the new snack bar by the main pool!

We had a wonderful time at Haven Riviera! The rooms were nice and the food was good. Dinner was amazing each night. The staff was incredible, friendly, and helpful! Amazing beach cabanas with an ocean view and the pools were great too. We will definitely be going back!

My wife and I had a great time at Haven Riviera. The staff were super friendly, punctual, and always helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the food was way better than we expected. The whole place has a really relaxing vibe. We would definitely come back
