Lovely, comfortable property. Staff was amazing and always went the extra mile. Pool was so beautiful and fun. Meals were great, especially the buffet! We’ll surely come back!

The walk out pool is the best option if you like privacy. I found that the larger pools could get a little chilly while our more private walk out pools are definitely heated to a degree. The staff are all super helpful and the space feels luxurious and relaxing. I was impressed by the size of the suite, having two sinks and a vanity in the washroom. Food was very good, especially for an all inclusive, the best restaurant in my opinion is definitely the Italian one. Their pizzas are surprisingly good and baked in a proper pizza oven. The pickleball court seemed like a bit of a last minute addition after the sport got popular and is on a random open roof which was scary but at least the grass tennis courts were nice, aside from the fact that it is across from a building in construction. Lots of natural fruits growing around in the compound like bananas and coconuts and we were lucky enough to have 2 freshly picked ones though I don’t think they’re sold there. The beaches are fairly clean but the waves can get a little intense. I’m not a beach person so I was happy with the pool and loungers / hammocks.

First off shout out to Miguel he was an awesome butler !!!!! Very attentive and professional plus actually cared about our experience here. My wife and I absolutely loved it here. We booked a swim out romance suite partial ocean view but upgraded to the serenity full ocean view. Money well worth it and food was good. Other reviews talk about seaweed but every morning they groomed the beach so there is no issue with it. We will be back soon love this place

Here’s a polished, natural review you can use: We had a great week at Haven Riviera Cancun. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with super comfortable beds. The only downside was that you could hear noise through the walls from neighboring rooms at times. The food was very good with lots of restaurant options and plenty of variety. Room service was fast and consistently great. We stayed in a swim-out room, which was amazing, and the pool service was excellent — waiters regularly brought drinks right to us in the pool. A special shoutout to Manny, our butler, who was fantastic. He booked our reservations, answered all our questions, and helped with anything we needed throughout the week. Overall, the resort was very clean, the staff were friendly, and everyone truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely return!!

Excellent, my husband and I had a wonderful 10-day vacation. The room, the restaurants, bars, food, and pools were all great. Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful and clean resort. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our butler Candido always went above and beyond in his service. Jorge at the mixology bar made amazing drinks. Food and restaurants were great. Ask for the fried fish at Vistas they need 24 notice and not listed on menu but so worth it! This resort is listed as 5 star and after my stay I agree!
