Resort was very clean. Pools were great. Our room was a “pure wellness” room with “pure air” and it smelled like mildew pretty bad. There’s even a QR code to scan that shows you how they purify the air in the room. So that was disappointing

AMAZING service. Our Butler Manny handled everything and I mean all of it. Supper bookings, special dinners, perfect stock of our room , he was available to do all the things you normally have to line up to reserve and we had him do it while we lounged. Upgrade to Serenity - butler is worth it! Moises at the serenity pool was outstanding and catered to us. Snacks and meals and all the drinks by the pool - we never waited a minute thanks to Moises . Rooms are great beds are comfy . Cleaned every day , turned down at night. Lots to eat and see and easy to get lounge chairs. This hotel beats Secrets (sorry it really does and I’m a Secrets lover) . Spa was amazing - just everything was spot on. Thank you Manny and Moises! We will be back …

One of the top hotels in Mexico that I highly recommend. The services are exceptional, the hotel is stunning, the food is exquisite, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Room was spacious, staffs were nice. However, I found it over rated when there was only one Mexican style restaurant for lunch, the rest were open for dinner. Food was the biggest issue when everything was salty, especially the Teppanyaki restaurant. No much activities and most of them were boring, I attended a magic show, and left after 20 minutes, not only me, manu people left earlier than me. Some sport equipments were very old, couldn't function well, for example: ping pong tournament, at least provide us a better paddles, couldn't play it properly with these paddles, or asked for extra cost for some activities, kayak tour. Wealther was a little bit windy and cold, but only has one heated pool, so people just lying on the bed the whole day. Moreover, the beach has many ants so we just sat there for an hour and needed to leave. One more thing, it was also hard to get a sit on the beach too. People just left their towel there and came back a couple of hours later. I paid for a decent price but what I received was way lower than that. This is not my first time experience all-inclusive resort but this is the worst
