All was exciting! Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff is extremely polite and professional! All restaurants provide delicious food. Beach is equipped with sheds and gazebos, and they clean it every morning from sea veggies. Walking along the shore, I find Majestic's Beach the best among neighboring resorts.

We celebrated our anniversary and had a wonderful stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! The restaurants were excellent with a wide variety of food options. The staff truly made our trip special. Silvia and Ricardo did a great job running fun and engaging pool activities, and Irving was amazing at helping us book activities both on and off the resort, including jet skis and a boat tour. Walter made check-in easy and welcoming, and Christian gave us a great welcome tour when we arrived. The room came with butler services and our butler, Adriana, was the BEST! She provided outstanding service and was very attentive and accommodating! Overall, an excellent experience with exceptional service.

Overall it is a very clean, the staff are very friendly and the variety of pools is a great tool. However one downfall was that there was no cafe to enjoy a late night coffee and dessert. You are able to get a coffee right after dinner but sometimes you want to walk around a bit and then enjoy one. That will not stop me from going back again.

Our first trip to Mexico! We stayed at Majestic from Oct 18–25 to celebrate my birthday, and I instantly fell in love with the hotel’s ambience. It actually rained when we arrived, so I got a bit nervous since it’s still hurricane season. But, luckily, it only poured for a about an hour during our first and last day. Food-wise, my personal favorites were the Jalisco-Style Shrimp at El Mariachi Loco and the Beef Fillet at Kabuki (super tender!). We also really enjoyed Mcjestic and Flavors Buffet! The room was beautiful, but a few areas could use refreshing, like the curtains needed a better clean/fixing and some wall paint had chipped, so hoping they are able maintain the property. That said, the mattress and sofa were incredibly comfy, which made the stay feel extra cozy. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff was great. Very attentive and quick to assist. Food overall was not good. Typically cold. Rare to actually eat a hot meal. Electrical in room did not work completely. Phone plug near shower wall on bedroom side caused damage to my charger and phone.

My best friend & I booked this resort for my birthday. Overall this resort was beautiful, views were stunning. Room was very clean, no issues. Our butler Melissa was attentive, accommodated our every need, Sent us daily scheduled events, helped us set up a sky top dinner which was stunning. As far as some other staff members, I feel were very judgmental and rubbed my bestie and I the wrong way. It was very upsetting for us especially because I’ve been to plenty of resorts and the staff never made me feel uncomfortable like I experienced at majestic. Our waiter at the Mexican cuisine restaurant seemed to be annoyed and was very rude. The next night we went to the steakhouse restaurant which the staff at the stand looked me up and down with a attitude and proceeded to tell me that I won’t be able to dine there because I had on beachwear which, (I did not) I had on a floral vacation skirt knee length with a matching top. We were very upset about this.So our last night we went back and I made sure I wore a button up dress so they won’t have anything to say about my outfit. Got in. Seen a female with a mesh see through bodysuit there which was confusing to me because just a few nights before I was denied to dine there because of my outfit which was not revealing at all. The food was delicious though. The steakhouse was the best food we had our entire stay honestly. The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner wasn’t that great I would give it a 5/10.

All of the Amenities were really great and the resort was beautiful! The staff throughout the resort was super nice, friendly and welcoming. My butler, Isaac, made my stay so much enjoyable. He checked in and out with me at the start of his shift and at the end of every night. He was able to provide me with information about restaurants and entertainment for the day which made things easier to navigate. He was super helpful, friendly, informative and was always professional. Also the house keeper did such a great job everyday with cleaning the rooms and restocking what was needed. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation.
