Overall the stay was average. Good- The resort was beautiful and the staff were amazing. The pools were great! Lots of options for sitting and cabanas (for additional cost). Nice area for kids if traveling with families. Not good - Some of the food was very mid. Could have been better. But there were a lot of options. The sofa bed was terrible. The closets had lights in them and ours wouldn’t close so we had to keep suitcase in front of them at night to block the light.

We stayed 5 nights just my wife and I. It was a fun hotel for sure with a lot of different options for food and activities. The staff when arriving was awesome but disappointed in the staff when we were leaving. Water in the showers smelled and the rust like water came out every morning from the shower head etc. The beach was amazing and the staff for the cabanas were excellent. We enjoyed the lazy River and the downside for food options is you have to book in advance or you won’t have a reservation to eat until 9:00 PM. The buffet is always an option.

Check-in took way too long, and the lobby was hot and uncomfortable. For what we paid, the service definitely didn’t match the price. The mosquitoes were awful — we got bitten so badly — and the flooding from the rain made things even worse. I also didn’t enjoy the food.

We loved this resort! There’s so much to do for all ages. The restaurants were all really good and we especially loved the coffee shop for the iced coffee and sandwiches. The pools are big and clean, the beach is beautiful and all the staff are super friendly & helpful.

en mi opinion en general todo estuvo muy bien, la comida, la atencion de la gente, el joven de expedia mauricio muy bien, pendiente siempre, lo unico que no me gusto a mi particularmente es que el precio que pagamos por el hotel es alto y sin problema pero al menos por ese precio en otros hoteles me dan buen licor, no soy borracho pero me gusta tomar un buen whisky cuando menos un etiqueta roja y no habia con ustedes y cuando se gastaba una botella que habia no tenian otra para ofrecer, del resto no tengo queja todo excelente.

Overall it is a nice resort. We spent an additional $600 to upgrade the food and wine on just 2 nights of dinning for 4 adults, personally if they cut that in half they will sell more. They kept running out of beer and ice on the beach bar. We go to Cancun to hang on the beach, we had to move to the crowded pool just to get cold drinks. Every staff member are nice and willing to help. Edgar Murcia is a wonderful person, look him up for an added touch of VIP.
