We have been to Cancun a dozen times. We've always used Expedia.
This is the first time that we have had Expedia contact/concierge on Planet Hollywood staff. José Luis Pérez and David Albahari greeted us and were extremely friendly and helpful!
We had a group of 15 and they set up a WhatsApp account group chat so we could all communicate with them for whatever we needed. One or both responded immediately every time and they were so helpful for our large group that we couldn't thank them enough!
They made dinner reservations. Cabana reservations. Organized our transportation. And answered every questionwe had.
It saved us so much time and was so easy and we appreciate them so much. Normally you have to go to guest services but José Luis and David were just a message away without having to stop what you're doing to have a question answered.
Their services were free. There was never anything they were trying to sell just extremely friendly and super cool!
José even knew what kind of Monster Energy drink my wife was looking for and no kidding he stopped at a store on his way to work and brought them to us!
We even had a few minor room service issues and they were on it, rattling cages for us, fixing it.
Expedia liaison is an absolute must when it comes to convenience and peace of mind.
The complex is massive the only downside is no rooms on the beach. Its a 100yd walk.
There is main pool, lazy river, Flowrider, younger kids water slide park and ton more.
