What an amazing resort, and I've been to many in the Yucatan, that call themselves 5 stars, and this one stands out. First - it is beautifully laid out and designed. If you don't feel like walking the golf cart take you everywhere. The pools, the rooms, the services simply amazing. Everyone one there is to make your stay truly amazing. I will be back for sure.

Maria, our concierge during our stay was pivotal in making this a relaxing stay for us. She set up all of our dining reservations and checked in with us every day to check if we needed anything. Pablo the Teppanyaki chef was superb and very entertaining. The host on the La Trajinera was superb and made us feel very special, I wish I remembered his name. Would definitely return to this resort next week if I could!

This property is huge. It is well kept. I personally like walking but it’s nice to know and see the trolleys constantly running. They even have ferries available. Maria is absolutely the GOAT in hospitality. She is amazing.

Overall the stay at Grand Palladium was okay, the room smelled like mold and was very humid. Even with the doors closed it was hot, we complained about the Air conditioning and they came to fix it but moments later the AC was blowing hot air again. The sheets on the bed were damp and stained. The food was subpar but edible.

We really enjoyed our stay, staff was very and welcoming. Maria from expedia contacted us before our arrival and helped prepare a surprise for our gender reveal with balloons and a cake. The food at the restaurants was really good, especially the Mexican and Japanese restaurants, they also have activities for kids and adult. Our toddler enjoyed spending time at the baby club as well. Overall the room was clean and comfortable

Maria, my Expedia concierge on site was wonderful. I was surprised when I arrived on site that I even had a concierge, but it was a smooth experience throughout. she helped with reservations, activities, and overall made sure i was having a good time. highly recommend

The property was kept clean at all times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to move around the resort with the golf carts and boat service. The specialty restaurants were great. I enjoyed Bravo the new restaurant.

One of the best vacations ever! Upgrading to the two-story suite was worth every penny. Our butlers Tarek and Jimmy were absolutely outstanding, always two steps ahead and making our stay unforgettable.Best Buttlers Ever! At the beach, Freddy took care of our bed every day and was a wonderful person to talk with, while Antonio served us daily with sparkling water for me and fresh water for my wife—true professionalism. The spa was amazing: Mariano gave me a strong, therapeutic massage after workouts, and Elvia gave my wife the most relaxing treatment. Maria from Expedia quickly fixed our VIP issue and even arranged free massages. El Gaucho and the Mexican restaurant had the best food and service. Truly a perfect stay! Can't wait to be back!
