What an amazing resort, and I've been to many in the Yucatan, that call themselves 5 stars, and this one stands out. First - it is beautifully laid out and designed. If you don't feel like walking the golf cart take you everywhere. The pools, the rooms, the services simply amazing. Everyone one there is to make your stay truly amazing. I will be back for sure.

Great experience thanks to Maria our VIP concierge. Booking through Expedia gave us the perk of her advanced service. Everyone was super helpful but Maria stood out as she put together the perfect room and the perfect spa packages and dinners for our family. We truly felt like VIPs and can’t wait to return to this fab resort DO NOT MISS THE SPA - and get as many hydrotherapy sessions as you can. I never wanted to leave!!!! Everyone works hard to make you happy

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this resort experience was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. Three out of five people in our group became sick for more than half of our stay, and the only common factor was the food and drinks at the resort. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into days of stomach issues—something no guest should have to deal with. The automatic lights in the room were a nightmare, constantly shutting off even while I was using the restroom. Waving my arms in the dark is not my idea of a luxury stay. Getting around the resort was just as bad. The property is huge, yet the shuttles were unreliable, rarely stopping for checked-in guests, and often displaying “check-in/check-out” signs that meant they wouldn’t pick anyone up. We were dismissed multiple times, leading to long, exhausting walks in the heat just to get food or meet our group. The buffet hours were extremely limited, leaving no food options for hours if you didn’t have a reservation. When it was open, the food was mediocre, not fresh, and many stations were left unattended, which is especially concerning given how many of us got sick. Room service was no help, with hour-long delays for basic items. On top of that, the resort feels almost entirely catered to weddings, with blocked-off sections and constant disruptions that make regular guests feel like an afterthought. And if you’re hoping for nightlife, there is none. The resort becomes completely dull

My stay was wonderful the hotel was beyond my expectations. Big and modern facilities, amazing variety of food and drinks. Expedia upgraded my stay and gave us a VIP room with ocean view and a welcome gift! I was very impressed. The service was exceptional everywhere, always with a positive and nice attitude. I can assure this is one of my best experiences in an all inclusive resort in the world.

I want to start by saying that the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms, the restaurants, the pools, and the beach — everything is gorgeous. The staff treated us incredibly well, and I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about them. I only have great memories with the staff. I can’t remember many names, but I do remember that Jorge took great care of me at the pool — he was amazing. The only issue we had was that my friends and I got sick on our second day. We were a group of five, and three of us got sick during the trip. I’m not sure if it was the water or the food. I’ve never had a stomach bug before in my life, and this was my first time. This was also my third time in Cancun and nothing like this had ever happened before. Even sick, I tried to enjoy as much as I could. Unfortunately, things like this happen. I don’t want this situation to take away from how beautiful the hotel is or how wonderful the staff treated us, because they truly went above and beyond every day. I just hope the hotel can look into what might have caused this, so future guests don’t go through the same experience. Besides that, everything else was perfect, and I would love to come back one day when I can fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

This is my fourth time staying at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and I keep coming back because I love how beautiful the resort is and how great the staff treats my family. We stay in the Family Selection side because of the great amenities it offers to families. We love The Nest Restaurant (exclusive to family selection) because the proximity is so convenient and they have a kids club on site that is super helpful during meals. Also, the staff at The Nest were so great to us during our stay and always made us feel welcomed. We especially loved the noche de carnes at the nest, food was so good! We loved the Family selection pool because of all the activities they offer and the attention to families. Throughout our trip, Expedia concierge Maria checked on us daily and assured everything on our trip was going great. Really appreciated her attention throughout our trip! Shout out to our butlers, Sebastian and Felipe for being amazing and helping us book all of our dinners! Shout out to our favorite golf cart driver, Oscar. Thank you for taking us to and from our dinners and being so great and patient with us! I love this place and can’t wait to go back!

It was a great stay. We booked though Expedia. When we first arrived I asked to be be upgraded to a different room and they were more than happy to do so. We stayed in the Loft. Wow! Very impressive! We went to the buffet the first night. Not that great. The food was not warm and we ate something that gave us both a stomach bug. We had to go get some Pepto at one of the shops. $23. For Pepto. The service around the pools mostly catered to the party life next to the bar. They barely came around to the other side of the pool. The boats are cool and a fast way to get around. So I would say all in all. This place is a 4 star out of 5 Cleanliness 5⭐️ Staff 5⭐️ Food 3 ⭐️

La habitacion es muy comoda y grande, buena vista , muy buen servicio e instalaciones.Recomiendo el restaurant la Boheme , no tanto el italiano Tentazione.Excelente el mayordomo Felipe muy servicial. El buffet en Isla Blanca es mejor que en Poseidon.Buen servicio de playa y piscina

The hotel was beautiful but some of the staff was rude, the room was hot and very humid change rooms on half of or stay and still the same (every thing was wet and sticky). Don’t think I would stay again.

The resort was great! When we arrived we had an Expedia concierge that was provide that was to us because we booked through hotels.com. Her name was Maria Teresa and she was amazing. Whatever we needed we just contacted her and it was taken care of. We were blown away by the attention we received that others we were traveling with did not. Definitely would love to go back and absolutely would book with hotels.com.

Must stay at this resort was phenomenal! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were good and there was a lot of nightly entertainment for the adults. Housekeeping did a excellent job with keeping the room clean. Everyone was very kind on the resort. I will come back :)
