Is not close of what we were expecting, service too.slow, many issues in this resort. Boring environment, nothing feels.like Caribbean vibes

All the personnel everyone was so pleasant especially valentine and Teresa from the lobby bar and mauricio from poisiden restaurant those 3 were the nicest people ever … my only complaint would be no room service with out a fee this would keep me from coming back it was never noted at booking nor the adult only area until we arrived

This is a beautiful property that is very clean and well maintained. There are many activities included. If you have kids, skip archery. The guy who runs it won’t allow the kids to participate even though it’s marketed to all ages. Food is great. The hibachi is excellent! I could do with less “let me sell you a timeshare” though. I don’t mind being approached at checkin but every day a blue shirt employee was trying to sell a massage, a timeshare, etc.

Great properties

Food tasted the same in every restaurant you go. And due to covid you have to book a reservation 1 day ahead of time. All reservations were booked everyday, only thing that was available was 10pm dinners. Out of my 9 day stay, I managed to book 6pm res one day. Staff only speaks in Spanish, really rare English staff. For some reason there was a lot of people from Spain or whatever they came from so they were getting prioritized, while U.S. citizens were looked down upon because we don’t speak Spanish… but they always wait for my dollars so what’s the catch ? Lol

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The room was very nice. The food was not good. I’ve stayed and many other resorts and unfortunately the food here is at the bottom of the list.

Okay the resort itself is beautiful and clean. Rooms are nice. Yes it’s a huge resort and if your room is at the back you will need to do some walking specially at night because it’s hard to catch a cart at night. Food not so good. It’s okay, you can find something to eat at the buffet. But compare to the other resorts I’ve been to they can for sure improve their food quality. Just because you put a stale and brown lettuce on a nice plate doesn’t make it eatable. Salad bar, dessert bar needs some help For breakfast we mainly did omelette just because it was the healthy option, lunch we either skipped or did chef’s pasta and salad if we could find a fresh one. Dinners we tried the steak house, mexican, thai, and Italian, they were all okay. Make sure you make your reservation the first night for all the nights you are there. If you wanna be close to everything, main pool, kids pool, restaurants, buffet, main lobby, theater, cafe call them ahead and ask for building 14. It’s central location and you can always catch a cart or boat for going to the beach Overall it’s a good resort and good customer service

Beautiful property with excellent a d friendly staff.

Such a beautiful resort, the staff is excellent. I would’ve like better tasting food. However is a huge property with lots amenities and things to do

The property is HUGE but very Beautiful. Be prepared to walk a lot or wait for a cart to take you to the next destination. Food was not good at all and we aren’t that picky. Overall trip was great being with our family.
