It’s hard to begin to describe when there’s so much good things to say. First thing is the property was well taken care off, staff meets you and guides you along your whole process. Us being the first time traveling to Mexico, we were fresh, but them being along every step of the way didn’t make it seem that way. So many options to eat, many options for pools, towels offered everywhere, people polite. Would defiantly recommend to anybody looking for a remarkable time.

Check-in was a bit quirky. We upgraded to a family package, and we couldn't check-in at the front desk. They sent us to a different room (to be special), but that took hours. Many different restaurants, the food is great, drinks are watered down. They beach was beautiful, and the service was top notch.
Mu first time at Palladium and my last, I stay 6 nights with my family and I was not able to booked a RSVP for the Japanese restaurant they said it was booked, the staff is friendly, the distance to get to one point to another is far and the gulf carts are most of the time busy. The cleaning of my room was not that great the first night I have to let them know my bed sheets have stains. I will give this place a 5 out of 10

The food was horrible and was kept in unsafe conditions, without lids, and the same food was reused for several days. One of our family members got food poisoning, which is common based on other reviews. SO GROSS. No excuse for such conditions.
Is not close of what we were expecting, service too.slow, many issues in this resort. Boring environment, nothing feels.like Caribbean vibes
All the personnel everyone was so pleasant especially valentine and Teresa from the lobby bar and mauricio from poisiden restaurant those 3 were the nicest people ever … my only complaint would be no room service with out a fee this would keep me from coming back it was never noted at booking nor the adult only area until we arrived
This is a beautiful property that is very clean and well maintained. There are many activities included. If you have kids, skip archery. The guy who runs it won’t allow the kids to participate even though it’s marketed to all ages. Food is great. The hibachi is excellent! I could do with less “let me sell you a timeshare” though. I don’t mind being approached at checkin but every day a blue shirt employee was trying to sell a massage, a timeshare, etc.

Food tasted the same in every restaurant you go. And due to covid you have to book a reservation 1 day ahead of time. All reservations were booked everyday, only thing that was available was 10pm dinners. Out of my 9 day stay, I managed to book 6pm res one day. Staff only speaks in Spanish, really rare English staff. For some reason there was a lot of people from Spain or whatever they came from so they were getting prioritized, while U.S. citizens were looked down upon because we don’t speak Spanish… but they always wait for my dollars so what’s the catch ? Lol
The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The room was very nice. The food was not good. I’ve stayed and many other resorts and unfortunately the food here is at the bottom of the list.
