Our 3rd time back to Excellence Playa M. We are so happy AGAIN with this stay. Food was amazing. Pools were great. No upsales or annoying presentations. We RELAXED. The staff is amazing and truly they provide the best service from any Hotel/stay we have ever experienced. From the front desk helping accommodate a better room since my pregnancy has made it difficult to walk, all the way down to room service. Just AMAZING.
