The resort is amazing the stuff is nice but the bartenders are rude. Everything else is amazing..

Very nice staff at all the dining areas. Very good fresh food. Clean rooms everyday. Windy days brought a lot of seaweed 2 days in a row and the workers were cleaning it every morning to make the beach clean. This resort is very family oriented. So much for kids to do! We loved staying there for 5 days!

The staff in all the common areas were very cordial and accommodating. The primary buffet restaurant was very good and always replenished. I enjoyed my three nights there.

Understaffed in every area. Very late check in, water for hours to get the room, when finally checked in there were no towels in the room. Also bed for our child was not provided. We were charged for 3 people but provided only with 1 bed, our toddler did not eat their food cuz all was very dry and cold, so she was eating the food and formula we brought with us. So we got charged for 3 people but got service for 2. Pools are extremely cold, even kids pool was so freezing cold that not only our child, I couldn’t put my feet in the water, it felt like ice. Asked for bed for our child several times, Called reception and spoke to them in person but till now (tonight is the last night here) we were not provided with the bed. Today needed to check something g with reception and been calling them for over 3 hours, then went downstairs to find out that reason why they don’t pick up because for the whole huge resort they only have 1 receptionist. Management does not care that people here are overworked and that affects the service level, but I will try to bring it to their attention by posting reviews on all platforms!

The property was very well maintained and safe! We really like that people need to check in with security before entering the property. The transportation convenience was GREAT! They already have trusted taxis and private buses they can call. Booking excursions was also fast and easy which was nice.

Beautiful Resort. Compared to other resorts in Cancun, Sensira has the best food. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A big thank you to the following staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The Capitán, Samuel, Miguel, Ever, Dalia, Donefacio, Sergio, Tony, Aran, Oliver, Francisco, Armando, Jesús, Jocelyn and others. The Galerie Des Restaurant is must try. You will enjoy the experience. Many activities available for both adults and children. First Resort I have stayed at where there are no bracelets and no annoying time share representatives. Also, the peanuts at the bar a big hit! Trust me lol We will definitely be back!

The staff was great very helpful with any needs or questions we had. My kids enjoy it as much as we did what a beautiful resort.

The staff at the Sensira was outstanding. They took care of my family’s every need and would go back in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sensor! The food and staff were all amazing! Our stay was during our son's fall break so there weren't many guests. We did enjoy the quiet and peacefulness but there were a few down sides to this. There weren't many other teens for him to interact with so we were his entertainment most of the time. The buffet and snack bars weren't open due to (we only assumed) the low census of the hotel. No one really explained or provided a map of the amenities when we arrived nor told us about the things that would not be available during our stay. Other than the things mentioned above, we would absolutely recommend to other families traveling with children or teens. We would like to return during their peak season again.

Sensira was generally an excellent experience, rooms very clean, facility very clean, excellent food, good entertainment, friendly staff. The negative was: At arrival there's was a tag placed on my luggage, no one said anything about the tag, I thought it was for concierge to deliver the luggage to my assigned room. Before leaving Sensira, I ordered a shuttle for pick up and airport drop off. I removed all tags from my luggage for the airline staff not to get confuse with the previous flight tags. I checked out from Sensira. The shuttle is waiting outside; then a concierge staff comes and removes my luggage from me and tells me I cannot leave until I give him the tag that nobody mentioned to hold until departure. Well, the tag issue became a big issue. Many people were checking in and out. Then, the same concierge staff comes and threatens the shuttle driver and myself to fine US$35 for parking. I informed concierge desk about the issues, they said that's the hotel rule. That tag hotel rule problem was super ridiculous and unnecessary. It's my own luggage in my possession since I checked in the beginning. It's nonsense sense, unnecessary to do that and uncomfortable for a traveler in a rush to get to the airport, to catch an international flight, to basically detained its' luggage and threatening a fine. That was a bad experience, and a bad hotel policy. No more luggage tags ask at checking out. Don't complicate things. Add more trash cans around the hotel.

Overall the property was very nice. It is especially good for families with the water area and Kids Club. The family rooms are nice with the bunk beds, though they are a bit firm. Also these rooms are apparently only located on the Lobby Level and Beach Level. Also be advise there was only a shower option, with families of toddlers bath tubs would be highly recommended in these rooms. Dining: Overall nice, though the buffet closes in between services, so if you have kids that eat before 12pm, you will have to order room service. The beach restaurant also opens at 12/1230pm so there is no in-between options for children. There was a kids friendly food area by the option, apparently that is only open in the evenings as well. Recommend having this available when the main buffet isn't especially for kids.

Excellent resort to relax and get away as two families with kiddos of all ages. The activity options were amazing to keep kids entertained all day and night! The staff were super fantastic! Food was very good, and service was excellent, my only 4.8 vs 5 star is that the restaurant variety was not as good as another local resort experience as the gluten free options were often incorrect once served or just not available (ie, GF ice cream but then served with a cookie crumbles over it or GF Parmesan encrusted shrimp that ended up being breaded shrimp upon arrival). Hard to do, but oh so important for someone with an allergy.

It was a good place for kids, especially 6 to 10 year olds. The place met or exceeded all expectations. Staff was wonderful as was the food. The adults only fancy restaurant was amazing! One the negative side, for day trips to shopping you will need to get a taxi which will cost about $30 each way.

Sensira was absolutely an amazing experience, everything was better than expected, the hotel and grounds are beautiful, clean, modern and you have so many options and activities. The food is amazing, specially the dinner options, we had delicious meals every evening, but even the buffet and snacks that I've found sometimes bland in other all inclusive resorts were great, varied and delicious. But above all the staff is what makes Sensira an absolute joy to visit and the reason we will recommend it to anyone wanting to go to the riviera Maya, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is great, the room was always ludicrously clean, the waiters and bartenders were always fast, made great drinks, offered great recommendations, and always made you feel pampered and looked out for, which I feel is the experience one looks for in an all inclusive. We will surely be back!
