Good morning, The room = fantastic The food = fantastic Staff = charming, polite, willing to help always I'll have to point out that the Zumba team was perfect Roccio, Isabel, Laura, Athziri, were fantastic and I really enjoyed their classes, they are excellent professionals The only problem is the chairs at the beach. People reserve all the chairs At 8 AM all of them are reserved and people - most of them - come at 11 - 12 AM and even 1 PM I had the opportunity to see that everyday during 12 days. People start arguing with each other, yesterday a big fight almost started.... Dangerous.

Beautiful property. We loved everything about this place. We definitely will be back! Late November temperatures were perfect to visit this place. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time at the disco- mostly dance hits of late 90’s and early 2000 with some EDM and fast Spanish rhythms. We drunk their filtered water with no problems. It is a great place to visit as a couple, family or group of friends.

I didnt like that we weren't able to make reservations at the brazilian restaurant and we were there 5 nights, but no availability. I did like that the staff was very friendly all the time.

We had an amazing day week. Food was delicious and the resort is very well kept and clean. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

Good resort. The food leaves a lot to be desired, as it's not fresh (aside from some of the fresh cut fruit). The supposedly fresh juice includes artificial juice mixed in with orange concentrate and aspartame. The resort is good, service is good, if the food was better quality it would be 4-5 star. We're used to eating real food, fresh and organic when possible. Iberostar food is mass-produced and full of preservatives.

While the resort itself was beautiful, there was no clear divider between regular guests and elite guests. The staff themselves seemed confused of the boundaries at times.
