My mother and I had a good time here. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. The resort is clean and truly a one stop shop. I wish the beach area was bigger, but other than that, you won’t regret staying here!

Over charge after I bought a package through expiring. Hotel made me pay 320 dollars for their mistake. After I clearly had my kids age 7 and 10 and when we arrived I gave them our passport they did not say anything until we checked out they say that they had our gids age 2 years of age for both. So they over charge us . Do not go to this resort

Super recomiendo este hotel 100 % el costumer services excelente un trato especial te tratan con mucho cariño , lo único que la playa no estaba muy limpia pero muchas piscinas disponibles

Everything was really great about the resort except the beach. The staff were all very very amazing. One in particular Irene worked in the lobby bar was absolutely incredible and deserves a raise. Much love Irene :)
