As a person of Mexican descent you will not enjoy yourself.

It was our second time going there it was lovely. The food is always very good and the service is excellent.

Room was very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Food was great but better plan on spending most your time at the buffet. Making reservations at the other places was almost impossible. They would say they were full but when you walk by ALL of the different places to eat none of them were ever full. It’s almost like they consider their restaurants full at 50% capacity. Their shuttle service inside there property was horrible. Lastly, the reason why I booked was because of the so called $600 room credit. This was very misleading and I consider it a scam. It’s not a resort credit it was a pathetic coupon book. Example coupon $35 off a $180 massage or $10 off a purchase of $100 or more. Basically if you spent $6000 extra you would probably get their $600. I don’t consider that a resort credit. We had a group with us and all of us had the $600 credit. Everyone was pissed.

My husband and I stayed at Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso in July, 16-21. It was our second vacation at this wonderful hotel since July 2017. Room. Our room was in Building 71, Ocean Front Corner Suite, second floor, and I just loved the corner suite! I used jacuzzi on the balcony almost every night, and enjoyed the fantastic view of the dark sky and the moon, while listening to the waves and sounds from the adjoining jungle. Upon arrival our wonderful butler Victor fulfilled all of our requirements in no time. The mini-bar was restocked according to our desires, besides, Mauro was really kind and attentive to check and make sure we had everything we wanted weather it was a bottle of champagne for later at night, or mineral water and beer. Beach. The beach is very nice – white sand and lots of sunbeds and excellent beachside service. The seaweed was bad, besides, the sea was rough all the time (yellow and red flag every day we stayed there). I don’t know how other guests go swimming there – to me, it’s just standing in the water up to my knees, or watching people at the next hotel beach area jump in the waves, but I cannot call it swimming. Oh well, that’s Mother Nature, we were prepared for that and spent most of the time in the swimming pool. Food/Restaurants. All my restaurant reservations which I made a week prior to our stay were immediately approved. The food and the service at Bella Vista (buffet restaurant for breakfast) were wonderful – from seafood, fresh juices

The service was amazing.! The food superb and the friendliest people you ever want to meet.

its a huge property. lots of walking, but they do offer golf cart service.

Food was very disappointing. Toni’s Surf and Turf was inedible. We had a group of 9 people and every meal was horrible. Waiter did not want to be there. Waiter would not let us order one glass of wine had to order bottle. Buffets were not good. Even the Mexican food was not good and we were in Mexico.

Friendly staff , the management was great and respond fast. The only issue me and wife had with the resort is the beach which is full of reefs and debris and inaccessible.

The food was very good and the wait staff attentive

Loved everything. My only complaint would be the service at the Japanese restaurant. It took an hour before the Japanese chef came to our table to make the meal. Also he dropped the flying fork right at my daughter’s plate.

The resort was excellent in cleanliness, food, everything was excellent. The only thing is that they closed the disco for renovation, it was missing the night life.

Awesome hotel. Great place to stay. Don’t have to wake up too early to find seating close to pool. Very relaxing atmosphere. A lot of daily activities. Very clean. Great food

The staff are genuinely warm and friendly, they are inviting and helpful. The hotel is opulent and beautiful
