The Staff in the restaurants, bars, and house keeping were great. They took great care of me. The buffet is very repetitive but the a la carte restaurants were great. My only wish is that they had a swim up bar and some more shade. All and all I had a great time for the price.

This was the worst experience ever. Don't go here ever. Smelled like sewage everywhere. There was a pipe in the beach spilling god knows what so nobody would use the beach. The pool was so dirty and gross, it even had vomit in it. The celing was leaking when it rained and part of the ceiling fell on the bed. When calling the front desk for help they would not pick up after they found out there was a problem. I mean this place should be delisted from Orbitz all together, they don't offer anything but inhumane conditions and they don't care at all when you complain. No umbrellas at the pool and the beach, no lounge chairs. For 2 days we walked around in heat and couldn't swim in the beach or the pool. So many terrible things that I can't even remember anymore. They also have racoons all over the resort that poop everywhere. Will never returs and I want to sue this place.

Will never return.

Place was ok, very outdated. Definitely needs some remodeling. It had an awful odor outside. The worst thing about this place was the walking walking everywhere their “shuttle” service never come. Just to get to there buffet it was a 15- 20 minute walk, ridiculous. The place was pretty as far as trees, plants, and nature.

please don't stay here there is a reason they say you get what you pay for and this resort needs to shut down for renovation asap from the leaking roof in every building and the horrible food the nightly entertainment was only 30 min long and barley any English spoken no music playing at the pool it was just like a senior home but even senior like to have a little fun so i wont say that but the the resort is also pretty big but at night time there are no light to see where you are walking we had to use a flash light to get around at night and the transportation just drives right by you and if you don't move out the way u will be hit with a golf cart so just stay safe and book at another resort don't even stress yourself out we stay for five long days and am happy to be home

Just don't go there!

Like: We like that there are many activities. Nightly shows were awesome. Dislike: not very clean. Found hair on bed when we first got there. Old bedding plus not clean made it uncomfortable. Some staff members were nice and some were not. Gift shop staff, some hostesses and the time share staff were rude.

Amazing natural habitat. The sport and entertainment team works really hard and is really good! The servers are very attentive. The trolly is way too slow and doesn’t pass around for a long time. Be prepared to walk a lot. Mexican Restaurant is excellent so is the French and Italian.

The food

Good: The staff is friendly except for the night staff at the lobby. Bad: The pictures look a lot better. There was hair in the shower. The sheets were stained. The food is practically the same option on daily basis. The pool had puke in it, staff member was told five times within a 2 hour time frame only for someone to clean up half of it (they didn’t warn anyone about it or close off the are). The place is big and there isn’t enough Buses to take u from point A to B in the resort. Never again!

Muy bueno en general

I had been here 7 year ago and it was a better experience then. Don't get me wrong it is a beautiful resort, just not 5 stars. The staff was very friendly especially JC in reception and Francisco the waiter. They really need to work on their communication with each other. Ran into multiple issues with the concierge to check in and out, schedule dinners, make covid testing arrangements, and you spend so much time wasted in the concierge wait line. It was so inconvenient The food is good, and the views are amazing. Unfortunately it doesn't live up to its hype. I had to wait 2 hours past check in time for my room to be "ready". When I arrived the maids were still working on it. I then had to wait on the balcony for another 25 minutes until they finished.The rooms are outdated and not well maintained. Mirrors need to be replaced, bathroom haven't had a deep clean in a long while, furniture in room needs to be cleaned or replaced. As for the resort, it's big and they like to add that there are little carts coming every 15 minutes. Those carts focus on all those checking in and out. Otherwise you're walking everywhere which is annoyingly inconvenient. I made the most of it and continuously looked on the bright side, but this is not how I pictured my vacation and I will gladly not be returning.

The pool was nice

Beautiful resort, a wide verity of delicious food. Even though our vacation was only 4 days, we had a great time. Resort was very clean, and staff was professional and extremely helpful. 6 Restaurants and bars all around the resort. Covid19 tests cost $35 USD. And the resort do not have their own shuttle to the airport.
