The hotel is very unique and affordable. The views of the ocean and pool stepping out from the room are really nice and also like that is walking distance from 5th ave, staff was friendly. Overall, my family and I enjoy the stay.
This hotel was absolutely perfect for my solo trip to Playa Del Carmen! The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was the perfect size, clean, and had kitchen appliances, everything you’d need for your stay. My FAVORITE part of the room was the hammock overlooking the balcony to the ocean view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all of the activities, restaurants, etc. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Playa Del Carmen.. thank you for the great stay!
Parking is a hassell, but overall if you are staying for a short period of time it is a great place!

We loved our stay in Playa, the hotel is really good but the beach has Sargaso, so you can’t really enjoy the beach unless you go somewhere else. Other than that Mr. Lazaro de Security Guard was very helpful, resourceful and very kind to us.
Wonderful room, panoramic views of ocean from front and side. Huge private balcony with hammock and seating area. Good, hot breakfast brought to your room. No other dining on site, however there is a small restaurant next-door. That didn’t bother me because there were many many dining options within walking distance. I like the fact that I could keep the blinds open at night due to the angle and privacy and I could wake up to the ocean in the morning. My room which was oceanfront was a little pricey, but I would stay there again if my budget would allow.
