Dreamy - Fell Asleep to the Waves

The place is really cute, the view from my room was amazing. I left the screen door open at night, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the sand - I had the most restful sleep. There is no elevator, I was on the 3rd floor, and I had a a couple pieces of heavy luggage they helped me with. There is a Nespresso coffee maker with the pods, I was so happy about that. The hammock on the terrace was comfy.

It’s a great place to stay so close to night life, restaurants, convenience stores, the personnel so helpful and nice, the cleaning lady did little animals with the towels that was cute. Alfredo and Karen did an excellent job! Alfredo went above and beyond! I mistakenly reserved for different dates and he helped me to fix it. He also help us to leave our luggage while we went on a tour. Karen did great as well. Definitely will go back to the place.

I’m glad we chose to stay in this property to explore the beautiful country as it is our first time in Mexico. The staff, especially Carlos (concierge), Karen (receptionist) and Dahlia (housekeeper) are very helpful. Absolutely great customer service! We were in the family room, so it was very spacious for our family. I do believe it needs a little bit of an upgrade in the basement, as some of the floor and wall paint or coat starts to chip. Nevertheless, we still love the design of the rooms, very authentic. What we love best in this property: 1. The wonderful staff 2. Great air condition in the room 3. Very clean pool 4. Security

Great boutique hotel close to the famous Avenida Quinta (5th Avenue). We enjoyed drinks and appetizers at neighboring restaurant, and they served us on the beach chairs. We also had fantastic beach massages at the place right next door. This is not a "beach destination" hotel, as there is practically no beach, but that was not our purpose for the 2 nights stay. I would stay again!

One of the few hotels in PDC that has a waterfront. It has a small beach area with lounge chairs and palm trees and I love the sound of the water crashing onto the shore. It adds to the serenity of the property. Although I did see a person or two in the water, its not really a swimming beach as the propertys beach is created woth a retaining wall of sandbags to prevent erosion. The water during the day gets murky with sediment, especially because of the local fishing charters that dock right off the water. My daighter even saw a 30" wide stingray cruising iff the coastline. There are friendly locals offering services inclduding fishing charters, massages and local trinkets. The property is located a block away from the clubs in downtown PDC but angled far enough away that the sound is barely noticable. Everything is walking distance. Loved the hitel. Everyone is so friendly and I would love to go again.
