The facilities were excellent, but staff reaction to some issues caused us major unpleasantness

food was good. rooms was outdated. FYI, there is no bathroom door as the bathroom is an open floorplan concept.

Doesn't look to me as a 4 star hotel. Very small and old room, the room was cleaned only when I called for them to send somebody, almost never was asked if I want something to drink while being in the lobby, pool or the beach. The AC was making a horrible sound and they sent somebody to fix it after 3 days after we complained. The food was good, but nothing special. I will never return or recommend Riu.

The property was great! The wildlife was exciting to see around the property. All inclusive was a first for me so I enjoyed that. Had trouble with the room refrigerator, they fixed one problem but not the other.

They seem to be out of specific Foods occasionally fruit was no good

We loved the RIU Yucatán! There were monkeys in the trees and the property/ food was great! The staff was so friendly! Especially Falcon :) he kept our drinks full the entire time. The beach had some seaweed but they clean it up daily. Overall, we had a great time!

Dated property. Our second stay and it is showing it’s age. Staff very friendly. Property is clean. Shows nightly were good.

They had top shelf liquor and they were so friendly.

Upon arrival i was able to check into my room 2 hours early, i received the room i requested (5000 building). I am not a picky eater, the food was good, drinks were cold. Employees worked very hard to make everything function. Beach area was cleaned everyday of seaweed, they did a great job. Beach was excellent, just enough shade, or full sun. I did not use any of the pools. Everything was close by, not far to walk. Covid testing needs improvement but that was not RIUs fault. I would visit again.
