My family (kids 9 & 12) had a spectacular visit here. The waterpark was fun and super clean. The design was impeccable- we were constantly surprised by the details. My spouse and I ate our weight in insanely fresh seafood. We were very impressed with how this place not only catered to kids, but adults as well. You will forget you’re at a theme park while sipping margaritas at the swim up bar. The staff were incredibly kind and efficient as well.

One of the worst service at the hotel we ever had. We order a special cake with extra charge and was never delivered. They told us last moment. We order it at arrival with days in advance for a birthday. They even wanted to charge for it at the end of the stay. The cleaning staff left our room full door open for hours by mistake.we arrived at hear the tv on the hall. We thought it was the clean service but no one was inside the room We did not received an apology for it. The staff will try to sell a time share like crazy.

La comida es pésima, prácticamente todas son comidas congeladas, nada parecido al servicio de otros hoteles de la zona, y con respecto al personal si les ofrecen regalias por presentarles una membresía POR NADA DEL MUNDO ACEPTEN, te presionan demasiado a pagar $33.900USD por una membresía de 25 años que supuestamente te da descuentos en otros hoteles, una vez que digas que no, olvídate del buen servicio de los councierges, mi recomendación quedarse una o máximo 2 noches en este hotel para que los niños disfruten y después buscar un hotel en la zona hotelera, los que estan al mismo precio del Nickelodeon son 5 estrellas te van a tratar como un rey prácticamente y la comidas por chefs todo de primera calidad y el servicio increíble

The hotel is fantastic, everything is new ,staff is very friendly, the show that they have for kids are fantastic, but the food is not that good and the service for drinks at the park and restaurants it takes a while, I also ask for two life jackets for my kid so they can enjoy the pool in front of my room and they said I need 1 hour and a half, and they never call us back for the life jacket , they apologized for the life jacket.

It was New Year celebration trip and what a terrible New Year party Hotel management prepare for the guests! Never ever again we go there. Stuff is very friendly and ready to help in any way! But the treatment all guests got at the night of New Year it's a shame! We are very disappointed and astonished how the impression of all hard working people could be ruined by management of the hotel. Great place to take small kids! Amazing food choices. But for us big negative sign was no beach at all. You can not swim in the ocean at all.

Fun trip with our guys! We did nearly miss an excursion because we couldn’t contact the front desk for a shuttle to the main lobby which was nerve racking. Otherwise a fun trip!

Title: Overrated for the Price, but Still Good for Kids Honestly, I think Nickelodeon Resort in Cancun is a bit overrated. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good, but the experience didn’t fully live up to the hype. The only major activity is the water park, which is fun, but there should be more variety in things to do. The best restaurant by far is the Ninja Turtles one, and the buffet at breakfast is decent, but the dining at the Yacht Club was definitely not up to par for a resort of this price. I understand it’s primarily a kids’ resort, and I don’t expect a lot of adult activities, but there should still be more options. Not all of the shows were great, and for what you’re paying, I think you could find a better dining experience and more activities elsewhere. The rooms were fine—not anything fancy, but clean and comfortable. The staff, however, were fantastic and very friendly, which was definitely a plus. In summary, while the resort is good for kids, the value doesn’t quite match up to the price. There are other places where you can have a better overall experience.

Hotel Staff lack of energy to go out their way to help. Team Nick Staff in charge of shows and Characters are amazing and talented which saved it our experience. Very good facilities but Hotel Staff should be excited about working for the guest and less interested in selling packages.

The main issue with this property is that they extort money from travelers the minute they arrive. Upon arrival when they confirmed that we booked through Expedia we were ushered to a "special check in area" where we were told that we would have to pay an extra $2,200 for our stay on top of the $5,541.70 we already paid in full through expedia upon initial booking. Friends travelling with us were asked to pay an extra $6000 for their three children staying with them on top of the already paid in full initial booking. There were multiple families arguing with the check in staff on a daily basis about the same thing. Expedia, Nickelodeon resorts and Karisma are all aware of this and have not done anything to remedy the situation. We were told that we could cancel the entire trip outright or pay. It was 6pm, we had tired and hungry kids, we travelling with three other families as we planned this trip a long time ago and we were in Mexico where we couldn't just go back home or find another nearby hotel, especially as we stayed over the new year holiday and many places were completely booked. The resort and expedia are aware that it would be nearly impossible to just move to another hotel which is why they continue this type of extortion. Our total with the added cost came out to $1495 per night for a mediocre resort with no special amenities. I definitely would not recommend staying here. Stay somewhere else and you can buy a day pass for the water park if the kids want.
