We had a great stay. Everything was flawless from beginning to end, but the gift shop was very disappointing. Their return policy is vague, and I was given a hard time when I tried to return 1 item. The shop worker, Veronica accused me of breaking the item, then called me stupid in spanish. It took me over an hour just to get a refund for 1 item. Stay away from the gift shop! Otherwise, the resort is amazing!

Great property with supportive staff. Very kid centered. My kids loved the resort and all the activities and amenities they had to offer. Had some minor issues however the staff were quick to reconcile them and check in with us thereafter. Recommended this place for families. Would be nice if the beach was more developed.

Amazing family trip. Worth every penny! The room pool is cold but such a great relief from the heat. The room was amazing and kept very clean by the amazing staff. Character breakfast was extra but WORTH IT!! The water park is the perfect size and was never over crowded. Overall amazing stay would go again!

Honestly I felt like if you were not Spanish speaking Mexico resident then you were not taken care of. I spoke with several people visiting from outside of Mexico (America, Canada, and Europe) and they all felt the same way. The food was not consistent and very limited on options. The “swim out” pools are completely in the shade and too cold to use. The transportation to the water park/rooms/main lobby because such a hassle with waiting for them to show up (plan for at least 30mins to get a van and get to where you want to go) this became so tiring trying to go from the room to breakfast then walking to the waterpark to try to secure seats before the day visit people were let in at 10am. Very disappointed in the stay and especially for the price.

I didn't end up staying at the hotel due to a conflict with my Expedia booking. Be careful when booking a room for a specific number of people; that part can be tricky. Why would you reserve a room for 10 people if they only expect two to sleep in it?
