My husband and i are in live with this place, second time visiting and already planning a 3rd trip. It was a little different this time with the construction happening in the property, kinda cut the amenities for us and some restaurants were improvised but, food was still delicious and customer service is alway delightful. We can't wait to try the new rooms!

The ongoing construction was a real bummer. Much of the middle portion of the property is under construction and some of the pools are drained and or closed.

The staff was generally kind and helpful. There were a handful that were short with patience and were not very helpful. There was construction to one side which limited the availability of activities and eating options. July season there is a ton of stinky seaweed limiting beach access. Entertainment was legit every day. The buffet was generous, though many favorite items had to be requested to be refilled. The room cleanliness and maid services were amazing. When I ordered room service the person responded irritantly when I opened the door and received the food. They hard sell their memberships package all day at every corner of the hotel.

Huge disappointment, not even close to a real 5-star resort We stayed at Kids Club Princess and it was one problem after another. We booked a room for 5 people — two adults, an 8-year-old, and 3-year-old twins — but they only allow 4, so we were forced to pay extra for a second room. This was supposed to be a special family vacation to celebrate my parents’ anniversary, but we couldn’t even eat together as a family. Trying to get dinner reservations for a group of 9 was impossible — they don’t guarantee you’ll sit together, and we were never able to sit as a family at any of their restaurants. Multiple times we ended up going outside the hotel just to have a real family dinner. The food was mediocre at best and basically the same everywhere on the property. Check-in was painfully slow and the staff seemed to care very little. The night shows don’t even have enough seats for the guests — so expect to stand around or just skip it. To make matters worse, we were scammed by the excursion agency inside the hotel and the hotel did nothing about it. The agency demanded cash for “transportation” and the salesperson pocketed the money. The AC in our room was leaking water all over the floor — my daughter slipped and fell because of it. Completely unacceptable and dangerous for a so-called “family resort.” And these are just a few examples of the headaches we dealt with. Worse vacation ever, will never consider Expedia again.

El hotel es mu grande, me gustó porque tienen muchas piscinas, se puede caminar facilmente. El personal es muy amable, la comida deliciosa, tienen varios restaurantes en donde se pueden reservar las cenas. Hay algunas zonas que estan remodelando y que seguramente en el 2026 estarán disponibles. No me gustó: hay habitaciones y ciertas partes del hotel que necesitan ser remodeladas, el olor a humedad es terrible (en ciertas habitaciones).

I loved the swim out pool in the family club rooms. I like that the resort provides beach toys. I also love the frequent shuttle service and how convenient things are overall. I am sad that the beach was not able to be used and that the resort has nothing on the website to give updates about Sargassum. I also didn't like that the sail boats are only free if you sail them yourself.

I love this resort, the food is incredible and the rooms are spacious and nice, it’s just sad that the beach has so much sargassum, but that’s affecting the whole area right now; The pools are huge and gorgeous, this place is huge though, so be ready to walk (if you don’t want to walk there transportation every 2 minutes everywhere through the resort) we will definitely go back.
