Beautiful property. Only downside for my family was walking to get to restaurants, and amenities, they do however have golf carts to transport you between buildings. Sometimes the wait times are a bit long, and when it’s sweltering heat outside, everything feels longer

Food isn't great, drinks are okay, and it's too big for staff to manage all guests. There were several times I ordered room service, and it either took too long or they didn't bring everything I ordered. Even at restaurants, they took FOREVER to bring our food, and half the time they didn't bring out our entire order. The pool water in the kids water park is disgusting - it looks brown! Not a place I recommend if you want any sort of relaxation or beach time. The beach is stinky and nasty - they didn't get the nice section of the beach, for sure! Also, don't be swayed by hte resort credit - you can't use it on anything meaningful. Out of $500, we could only use $165 of it at spa, and only had choice of one type of massage. Resort credit is a scam!
