Todo fue maravilloso la atención de todo el personal a nuestra llegada, la limpieza, el olor que tiene el hotel, la comida muy buena gran variedad en el bufet más los diferentes restaurantes que podíamos ir eso sí se debe de hacer reservación con tiempo porque sino no hay. El Spa excelente superb he ido a muchos spas pero la atención que nos brindaron ahí fue personalizada recomendado 100 %. La discoteca nos divertimos mucho en general excelente 😍😍🙌

Moon Palace The Grand, Cancún — Sept 28–Oct 3, 2025 (group of 25, kids 3–11) Beautiful resort with tons for kids — the water park kept them entertained all day and the 9pm after-dinner shows were excellent. Check-in was chaotic (we had multiple rooms) but staff were accommodating and placed most of us in Building 93 (one room was in 92). Food was good — especially Tavola and the Steakhouse — and housekeeping left little treats like chocolates. Heads up: the beach water wasn’t the Caribbean blue and seaweed produced a strong smell, so we avoided the ocean and stuck to pools. Spa was excellent — if you book a treatment, arrive about 1 hour early to take advantage of the complimentary hydrotherapy (sauna, ice therapy, etc.), it was so worth it!!

This was my second visit. Took my friends there for reunion. First time i visited them was 5 months before my second visit. Everything was great. This time it felt like i was visiting a war zone. Building was on horrible shape and nothing was as expected. So many broken items. Water park was working on and off. Took out concern to customer service but truly no luck. I dont suggest going thetr now until they get it back to order again

Overall, the trip was amazing. Resort looks so grand and beautiful when you walk into the lobby. They checked us in pretty quickly upon arrival, offered drinks and hand towels. Very clean rooms and property overall, very kids friendly! Will definitely come back. They also upgraded our rooms to president suite because of our Expedia membership. Quite a bit of options in dining, buffet was so so, the steakhouses were nice. Surprisingly Tapas spot outside buffet is amazing- got to try. We liked how we can also shuttle and enjoyed the other two resorts amenities for free! Water park and lazy river was fun! Unfortunately on our last day there, they had power outage a few times and that lasted for at least 10mins. We couldn’t dine in or play at the arcade room, or enjoy any amenities on our last night because of that. AC was also out and the resort became too warm. Not sure if it was because of the resort itself or something is happening in the area. Otherwise, it was a great visit.

The food was excellent with so many options. There’s top shelf alcohol available but you have to insist with the bartenders to get it. The suites are so spacious and comfortable. All the available things for kids to do are excellent, I just wish they had a kids club you can leave the kids at for a few hours. They have a daycare but only for kids up to age 8, we have a 6 and 11 year old so that didn’t work. Most staff were excellent, but we did have a few very rude bartenders (family pool) and buffet staff at dinner (Grand Buffet). The resort credits are pretty much useless (we got $150 credit but a simple facial at the spa is over $200 plus tax, and merchandise at the shops is super limited and you still pay 18% tax which equals what you would truly pay for the item anywhere else). The entertainment is absolutely terrible aside from the kids events through the day. They do hound you to schedule a timeshare meeting, calling the room as early as 8am. When I’m on vacation I don’t want to be woken up, we just unplugged the room phone! We would return again if we take our kids, otherwise we’d try somewhere else next time.
