The service and attention very deficient, the place is dirty from rooms to the restaurants which have food and debris all over, the beach condition is poor as well. The place is crowded and no staff around to help

Food and service were both very good. We ran into some sea grass issues but the resort itself is amazing.

This is great resort It too big resort and most of the time for even little activity or restaurant you should take golf carts or walk for long time. A lot to do in the hotel with a lot of activities. Not recommend for going to beach since it dirty and has a lot of see weeds. Water is kind of brown. This is the weakest point of this resort since one of the beauty in Cancun is nice and clear beach in hotel zone. Overall it’s great hotel if you are traveling with kids. Water park is great and my daughter loved it. Not an excellent luxury pool(s) but overall it has nice pools. For my next travel I might consider other hotel with better beach in hotel zone area.

Nobody came to clean out tub for 5 days, we called service numerous times so we were not able to use amenities that we paid for. Room cleaning was very poor. Room was on the first floor beside a walking path, too noise and unsecured and lost goes on.

The resort was amazing. The options for food seemed endless and it was all fantastic. But the staff by far outweighed everything! They were so friendly and nice and basically catered to everything we wanted. I can not say enough good things about this place! Highly highly recommend.

Great service, Alex at the buffet, Saul at the pool bar. The staff at the full resort was amazing. Asian Restaurant Gorge 2 of them were great. The food was amazing. The water park is very nice. The bumper cars was a bummer that I couldn’t take 4 year old almost 5 on a double seated bumper car. This is a great place to visit.

It was wonderful to spend time with my family and friends during Spring break !
