The staff really made this a great experience. They provided great service and made my family and I feel like VIPs. That said, I do encourage caution for people who have mobility issues. The main buffet area has a ramp to go to the dining tables, but the primary way to be able to access the food is using stairs. Noticing that made me notice that the doors on the bathrooms across from the cafe are round knobs that could be hard for people to push open. None of these were deal breakers for us, but I do think people with mobility issues may want to be intentional about requesting rooms closer to elevators and create a plan that lets them maximize eating in places that are more accessible.

This is our 2nd time at Grand Fiesta. Everything was perfect, except the service at the Steakhouse Restaurant. We made a reservation at 7pm (we were told that's the perfect time to watch the show, they have a tango show usually around 8.30pm). So we came at 7 (6 people), had a nice dinner, we were done by 8pm with our food, so we got some ice cream and coffee and were waiting to watch the show, when the manager of the restaurant came and asked us to leave, because they had other people waiting for the table. We were told by the host there was no max time we can be there, however the manager was very persistent and ask us to leave. It was very frustrating. Not a good way of treating your customers who comes almost every year.

Second time here. Excellent service and location. The Hibachi and Steakhouse are great. The main buffet, beachside and outdoor dining spot by the beach food quality all declined from last stay a couple of years ago.

This hotel is old compared to other properties and yet the price is the same when you compare to RUI or Dreams for example. From the minute we went into the room the room was damp which is understandable in humid weather however our entire bedding was wet. We were So miserable on our entire stay. I dreaded going into our room. We asked for the sheets to be changed the first night but it was only replaced with more damp sheets. Let me ass we never left the balcony door open as they were staying we may have. The pillows and mattress over time had already soaked in the damp air so no point in new sheets. Pillows smelled awful. My whole family slept in robes. We had two rooms and our room had an old ac system and we had difficulty turning it off. Imagine with wet sheets and cold air blasting all night. It’s always convenient to do all-exclusive but the restaurant food at the hotel was not the best. Felt like you were eating at a buffet with all the free restaurants inside the hotel. Pool was nice but no jacuzzi and no entertainment at the pool for guests. Not a very lively hotel. Ocean was nice. Service and people were great however I would not choose to return here.

Food options were very good, the bed was very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Internet access worked great. The activities didn't work out at all. Most of them were not run as scheduled and that was pretty disappointing to my 12 and 15-year-old daughters who wanted to do things like volleyball and bracelet making.

Great hotel. Check in process is super slow. Food was amazing. Drinks even better. Dinner on the beach was wonderful. Pool was great. Pool activities are not widely advertised or promoted.

Great spot

Overall great experience. The check in process was not great and it friendly. I was checking in three rooms. Also they could have done a better job explaining all the facilities etc. The buffet was okay. Not too many vegetarian options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Too much contamination with non vegetarian food. It would be ideal to have a separate section with vegetarian and vegan food. Surprised there was no guacamole at breakfast or lunch. Every morning there was a Japanese breakfast section. No Donut station, limited juice options. Extra charge for fresh coconut water but good they had them at the bar. Great location. Great Mexican and Italian restaurants. They had vegetarian menu and they were very friendly. Carlos at Italian restaurant was great. Indian chef Vasant was great. We requested few items to be made and he had them made for next days lunch. Cafe was great as it had fresh handcrafted coffee options and ice cream station was just perfect. Good flavor. We will definitely return to this spot.

As VIP Access , I prefer there's more service will come with the stay, like Spa, Yoga, and Gym. but these all extra charge. so we didn't actually join any of these . but everything else are fine, service are excellence, food service personal think there's not enough of choice or maybe will need to improve.
