We were there for 3 nights. We left feeling dissatisfied. We had high expectations due to the overall rating, but left feeling that it was overrated. Plus: nice spacious clean room, friendly staff, beautiful pool and beach, nice views from rooms. Ordering food at the pool/beach is much better than restaurant. Negatives: food tend to be cold. Not all restaurants are included in the inclusive package. There is a French restaurant that seems to be empty all the time we were there due to extra $85 USD per person. Seafood restaurant has good seafood, but don’t expect to get lobster or steaks, it will cost $2300 and $1300 pesos extra respectively. Again, the food came out luke warm or cold. Shower pressure is extremely weak. I hope it’s not about conserving water.

9.5/10 experience. Great staff and amenities. Room was clean and a/c was ice cold. Nice beach, great pools. Food was mostly great. Only things that I don’t like was the amount of pigeons all over the tables in the outdoor cafe are during breakfast and the food at the steakhouse was subpar. Everything else was great.

Our room (820) was wonderful and kept spotless by the attentive maids. We enjoyed the high end toiletries and the Nespresso. The staff throughout the resort were amazing and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and pools.

Overall the hotel and service was really impressive. However the last day the sales tried to sell the loyalty card to us, and they didn't make it clear that the whole presentation will take 2 hours and we have to made the discussion of 28K USD in a minute without discussion. Didn't like that pressure

We had to switch room twice. The first room that was given to us overlooked the construction. Second Room wasn't Ocean front which we paid for. We were finally transfered to the correct room the next day.

The toilet flush was broken took them hours to fix it. Once they supposedly fixed it the toilet just kept running. Food was terrible overall. I would not rate this hotel 5 stars. I think it was rated in correctly. Over priced and so disappointed.

The check-in was okay. Despite being a VIP Expedia member, I was not offered any upgrade. I have visited five all-inclusive resorts in Cancun in the last five years, and this one does not meet the standard of a true 5-star resort. Room: Outdated. The rooms are not consistent with 5-star hotel standards. Bathrooms are 1 star standard. Food: Breakfast and lunch were not good at all. The food quality was poor, and we had to wait in line to be seated, which felt inappropriate for a luxury resort. Staff: Excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Dinner: Dinner was acceptable, but reservations were inconvenient. You have to go downstairs and wait in line to make a reservation, and sometimes everything is fully booked. As a result, we couldn’t try all the restaurants we planned. Waiting in line to make dinner reservations at a 5-star hotel does not make sense. Coffee Shop: Only one location with limited options. Beach: Clear and beautiful. Swimming pools: Perfect. Kids club: staff super nice. Activities were good in general. We liked the staff a lot Overall: The resort was okay but overrated. Family friendly. It feels more like a 3–4 star resort, not a true 5-star property.

-Room cleanliness was unacceptable — dirty, stained sheets; closets were dusty and had a noticeable smell; my friend had cockroaches in their room every day. -Check-in and check-out took far too long, with prolonged wait times and inefficient processing. -Breakfast availability was very limited — long lines, crowded entry, and slow seating made it difficult to dine. -Only one pool with very limited seating, plus an overall small buffet section that didn’t match the resort’s capacity. -Overall, would not stay here again due to the consistent issues throughout the visit.
