We were really surprised with the quality of the food. All the places we have stayed in around Cancun, the food here is superior to any other hotel we have stayed in. The grounds were spotless and all the employees were very friendly!

It was our first time in Cancun and we loved our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was really good! Highly recommend La Joya and the mussels that our waiter said we must try!!!!! The new restaurants downstairs were all really great too. Would love to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite, which was just outstanding. However, even if this hadn't been the case, the hotel itself, the staff and facilities were all great. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others

We love staying here, the hotel itself needs a bit of upgrading, the Spa was fabulous! But most of all the service here is like none other in Cancun. We’ve stayed in Rui’s as well, but here the service makes you want to come back!!! Thank you to Alejandro and Wilberth at the buffet, to Raquel, Carolina and Antonio at the Isla Contoy. Jose at the pool, staff at the Steakhouse, staff at La Joya, all staff they were all so friendly and welcoming!!!!
