Love this resort. Central to the party area

Great place to stay at Cancun

The customer service was bad from the start, and almost every staff member seemed bothered when asked for help. Food was the same all week and also not great. The only positive is the location close to the clubs.

Loud music - impossible to sleep, elevator wasn’t working, poor quality food, renovation Stuff is friendly. Thank you.

I liked the location What I didn’t like was the Breakfast buffet no bacon or sausage waited long time fot omelette

Rooms are tired and dated. Level of service in serious need of improvement. I had to wait 20 minutes just to ask the front desk a question.

Room was not available for us when we arrived and it cost us two days from our vacation to solve the issue.

Venustiano and chef and staff were very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you had all you needed to have a pleasant stay

Close to the Party

Room is honestly not what it seems. Old. Smell of chemical cleaning, not pleasant at all. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. White painted walls is zero nice. Very good ubication. Nice lobby. Shower and bathroom not good at all. Very dissapointed overall and its not cheap. Sea view is more garden and pool view with a strip of sea

There were no air conditioning in hallways very hot mold inside of the bathroom my toilet was very old and ended up breaking which left my bathroom getting flooded so had to switch my room none of the staff couldn’t understand me because they didn’t understand English. It started raining on second to last day and started dripping inside of room. I would never recommend this property to anyone STAY AWAY.

Beautiful beach and access to local shops. Room needed upkeep.
