We first arrived early, room wasn't ready (understandable), but we were able to get access to pool etc. Once it was time for check in, room was not ready, they gave us room key and the housekeeping was still cleaning. About 30 min later, it was ready. Everything was fine. Coffee thing in room they charge FYI. A few days later we ran out of toilet paper. I called 5 times. They answered but no one came to bring some all night. We called the next morning 4 times until 2 hours later nothing. We were calling to have our room cleaned and nothing. Called again. It wasn't cleaned until 5pm. We found a cockaroach too and a few anst. So be careful. Otherwise it's a great location close to food and bars etc. Walking distance of it.

We understand about check in policy; but if a room is reserved more than a month in advance, staff should try to have room ready a little earlier; at least when there are kids coming. Our flight arrived at 7:00 AM and we were at the hotel around 9:00 AM, check in time was 3:00 PM; we had two kids (7 and 10 years old). Check in was around 3:30pm.

Location was amazing, but the staff and service were just ok, and the maintenance was horrible. The AC didnt work, after calling about it three times. We were hot and sweaty the whole time, The water would change from too hot to too cold. And the two ice machines in the building werent working.

This is a well kept hotel with beautiful views and great pools. I will be returning again next year and will book another room with and ocean view. This hotel is walking distance to some resturants and most of the stores in the area.

Hate to say it, the room dirty ,rip curtains, no safe dirty wall, noise guest we call to complain never showed, let me tell you they did come and clean change curtains and this was my second time staying at this hotel I had no problem my first time that is why I went back don't know now shoot I deleted the photos. After I complain

Nice vacations I will return to the hotel. The service and the employees are very helpful and polite.

Great budget hotel with nice clean beach and has best location to all the big named bars and restaurants.

Great experience the food great he staff are very friendly and very helpful. I will go back again next year. I love the room and the pool so pretty

Birthday celebration week in the heart of Cancun, hotel zone. Clubs, bars, parties, shopping, mall, supermarket, beach and more.. You name it and it was all within 30 feet from the hotel. It was my sisters 30th birthday and we had a blast. We called it the Mexican Vegas. So happy. Hotel was very accommodating and the full fridge in the "family suite" came in so handy. The staff at the hotel were very eager to please and help. Beware of the time-share crew, they could be a little overwhelming. Room was HUGE and exactly as advertised in the pictures. The pool was a bit small compared to other hotels in the area. Very few lounge chairs and people hogged up the huts and beach beds all day long so get there early. Overall well worth the money. The all inclusive drinks were WAY watered down (we expected that) but, we actually witnessed a bartender pull out a new bottle of alcohol, pour half of the new bottle into an empty bottle and filled it with water from the tap and the new bottle as well. Lucky we hit the duty free shops at the airport before heading to hotel. New GIANT/CLEAN/Amazing supermarket a few blocks away came in handy. Especially for the $3 six pack of Corona's.

Room was filled with bugs, AC barely worked, and the gift shops will cheat you out of your money when changing dollars to pesos. Close to the clubs but that is about it. Hotel has nothing else to offer.

Friendly staff, beautifull beach. Nice environment.

The costumer service is excellent. I was so comfortable at this hotel, the buffet is really good. My kids enjoyed the time at this hotel. All the employees at this hotel are friendly and ready to help. I am planning to go back next year.

if you love raves then this is the place for you. Loud all night.

-Location is perfect for all those who want to party. Right next to all the clubs and bars. -BEACH is amazing! Really clean. Wake up early in order to get a bed or layout chairs by the beach. -the staff is amazing!! Patricia whom is located in the 8th floor whom we checked in with was wonderful! She was so nice and thoughtful! it was my dads birthday and she sent a slice of cake to the room. They also give a complimentary wine bottle. -if you don't get all inclusive make sure you go up to the 8th floor for the happy hour 6-7pm. All you can drink wine and beer and some appetizers. -also make sure to stay away from the people selling those timeshares. The reason we did it was to get a discount on the tours but also we wanted to get informed about how exactly they worked. Little did we know that they expected us to sign and put down $10,000 down. When we told them that it sounds like a good deal but at this moment we are not in the position to put down that amount of money, and it was something that required time to think about and not just sign right away. They got really mad and the lady came back to us trying to make us feel bad saying we are wasting her time and her job is really serious. We had about 5 people trying to convince us to invest. In the end they were all mad. The lady didn't bother looking at us, hence she was right next to us when we left on the stairs. Besides those 3hours we dedicated to the timeshare people the rest of our time at the hotel was amazing!

It was ok just had to keep telling housekeeping to bring me wash clothes every day but all else was good food is ok

It's a beach front hotel with a beautiful view. The only bad thing was, I was closers to the street side and I could hear the club music all night. But otherwise it's it the center of everything in Cancun.

Hotel staff was amazing, very friendly. Food was great. The pool area and beach are spectacular. Kids club was great for our 5 year old. She enjoyed going there when she needed a break from the sun. The workers were very good with the kids. Room was clean and nice, however there is a disco next to tower B that plays music until 4 AM. We were in a first floor room and the music started playing around 11 PM very loudly and went until 4 AM. We complained to the manager and was moved up to the 5th floor the next day. You could still hear the music but not as loudly as the first floor where it sounded like they were literally next door in the next room. Only certain days of the week, I think they were closed on Sunday and Monday.

We loved this spot. The placement of this beach almost makes it feel like its own little cove because of the rocks that extend out into the ocean. Pool on the beach, swim up bar, cabanas, and walking distance to lots of bars, clubs and a shopping mall.

The only thing that hotel is located close to everything. Food is horrible . Drinks no good , alcohol is cheap. Pillow are cheap . Towels were not too soft .

No lounge chairs on the beach like all of the other resorts, if you try to use the ones in the neighboring resort "Krystal Grand", you will be approached and told that the seating is for Krystal Grand guests only. Very busy beach area.
