Don't buy the all-inclusive package. Apparently, it's really "selective" all-inclusive. On their advertised menu at the check-in counter, I noticed in all CAPS that sushi for room service was 24hours. On a late night (11:20PM), I called and ordered sushi......the attendant said in an annoyed voice, "COME ON MAN!! We don't do that at this time. They only thing we have is hamburger and sandwich." Their Las Vegas restaurant is not all-inclusive as you need to make reservations in advance for dinner or else they can't serve you. Natural coconut water is not part of the all-inclusive, it's $5USD. To summarize, I probably would have been better off paying for the room and just eating out.

Rooms too old need upgrade, hotel location perfect. Beach view excellent. House keeping very poor service for a 4 star hotel.

Great room, great location, awesome pools! Check in was a nightmare. Room wasn't ready, had to wait in two separate lines at two separate times for longer than 30 minutes each time. Staff was real 50/50, some were friendly some were rude. Overall loved the hotel and amenities but that check in was super brutal.

This is a very beautiful property in a great location!

service was excellent! we thank all the staff but especially Reyna from reception, Christian from pool bar, Mauricio and Isael from rest, Hector, Ricardo, Guillermo and the security guards at the pool who were very fast to help us whn my mom fell near the pool. Thanks

Great views and clean beaches. Disappointment with organization. Fridge didnt get stocked unless we asked for it, AC didnt really work in the room. The hotel was fairly clean but could use updating. The activity staff ..didn't work too hard to engage people or try and get participation. Breakfast was great as was lunch at the fiaheria, stay away from the buffet for dinner though...cold, cold, cold!! Get your reservations for the Mexican restaurant just off campus! Very worth it. If you eat at the Italian restaurant in the morning for breakfast (buffet style), beware of the time share trolls! Wow, were they out in full force.

Service is terrible. 2 star hotel. Everything was a struggle and had to go through upper management

great view and great location. However, staff is not helpful and the room needs renovation badly. room facilities are very old: the hair dryer in our room doesn't work. We stay there for three days, there is no hot water supply for about 2 hours in the evening on the second day and no water supply on the third day morning.

The staff was very attentive and helped to best of their ability. As for room and bathroom, some of the fittings looked worn out.

Poor service from all staff,Great location! Limited food service

Front desk personnel that primarily help us needs additional training regarding customer service. Waiters and waitresses are always mad or with attitude. The same food everyday- very poor selection, no variety. We signed up for all-inclusive, but the food is not available all the time. They have slotted time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want snacks in between breakfast and lunch or dinner, it’s not available. Restaurant reservations, they always tell you it’s full but if you check it out it is only one-forth full. Whichever restaurant you go to they have the same excuse. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anybody I know. My wife wanted to talk to the manager on the day of our arrival, the manager himself refuses to talk to her per the attendant she was talking too- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They gave me the wrong room and acted rude when i asked for the room i had booked. They just said that they did not have it and would follow up which did not occur. The shower in the room does not have a curtain; it has a glass door that only covers half the tub so it leaks all over the place. They would not provide daily towels. They told us that they do not wash them on site and thats why there are no towels. The elevators are slow and usually only one was working for most of my 5 day stay. They asked if we would meet with them to go over excursion packages and we did. This meeting was not what they initially told is it would be. The guy that met with us was trying to sell us an investment/ time share opportunity. They missled us regarding the meeting. Over all the view and beach are awesome but the hotel was not. I will not come back to this hotel nor will ever recommend it to any one. Most of the housekeeping and other support staff were awsome and always whent out of their way to help. The bad staff was the front desk and the staff that was trying to sell you things.

Food was mediocre, hotel staff at front desk not accommodating, rooms were dirty and outdated and shower was leaking.
