This hotel is very good, the staffs are very friendly and the food are very good. Although, i had problem with checking In, the room was not ready. Also, no space in the pool or in the beach to sit on especially when you go there at around 10am.
I only spent one night coming from Playa del Carmen because our flight was very early. The hotel is at convenient distance, the room was nice and clean. The bathroom had a nice big shower. What was surprising was that there were no hand or face towels, neither a mat towel for the shower. When we ...

Booked there for a week trip 4/18-4/25 and the experience was great. The staffs were friendly and the whole resort was clean. The best resort I have ever stayed in. There were still constructions going on at the Grand side and the water slide was not open as of yet but that didn't bother us at all. ...
Cancun is the major gateway to a region rich in the history of the ancient Mayan civilization. It is framed by well-known archaeological sites and white sand beaches, making it an impressive vacation destination. The natural beauty, warm climate and local hospitality provide the ultimate vacation retreat.
Cancun beaches are divided among north and east locations. The northern beaches surround the water of Mujeres Bay. One of the best choices for families is the Playa Caracol. The water is shallow, and the location is flat. The east side borders the Caribbean Sea and offers windier conditions with big waves. Diving and snorkeling are great ways to experience the northern beaches' beautiful coral reefs. Other water activities include waterskiing and sail boating. It's also common for visitors to enjoy an adventure in the Nichupte Lagoon.
”El Rey” is an archaeological site nestled among the resort areas. Here, you will get an inside look at the ancient Mayan civilization. The ruins represent Mexican history at its most authentic.
One of Cancun's most popular family attractions is the interactive aquarium. You will enjoy an open-air facility where it's possible to touch stingrays, conches and sea turtles. Submarine tours are ideal for observing underwater creatures without getting wet. Since the Caribbean water is extremely clear, you can view a variety of tropical fish and other deep-sea wonders. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to play a round at a first-class course. Some top names in the sport have created challenging courses set against the gorgeous tropical backdrop.
Cancun is filled with multiple shopping opportunities. There are designer stores with famous brand names, flea markets and various souvenir shops featuring handcrafted items. Since shopping is duty-free, you will be able to take advantage of some great deals on jewelry as well. La Isla Shopping Village is filled with trendy shops on the banks of the Nichupte Lagoon. The overall theme is a Venetian paradise. Market 28 is a large flea market in the downtown area. It is the perfect place to find souvenirs and handcrafted wares.
Restaurants at Avenidas Tulan are popular and lively. Fine dining is better on Avenida Bonampak. Budget travelers will enjoy the tacos at El Centro's Avenida Yaxchilan. For fresh seafood, Market 28 offers a wide range of eateries.
Approximately 150 Cancun hotels are located along the Zona Hotelara, or “Hotel Zone.” You will be able to find luxury all-inclusive resorts and smaller inns throughout the area. Live Aqua is an adult-only resort that provides an entire sensory experience. To save money, consider staying in the downtown area. Although you will need to take a taxi to the beach, room rates are cheaper, and the hotels feel more intimate.
Thanks to the warm climate, Cancun hosts various events throughout the year. Carnival is a national tradition that celebrates the days leading to Ash Wednesday. There are parades and parties all around the area. On April 20, the residents of Cancun celebrate Cancun Day, the day when the city was founded. In November, the annual Festival Internacional del Caribe Mexicano is a one-month food festival that allows visitors to sample some of the finest area dishes.
Peak travel season to Cancun is December to April. Crowds are thick, but the weather is ideal, and vacation packages are cheap. It is wise to avoid March, the time when spring break travelers are most prevalent. Summer is quite humid, and temperatures approach the 90s. However, room rates are extremely low. Fall is the least busy time in Cancun, as the weather can be stormy.
We first arrived early, room wasn't ready (understandable), but we were able to get access to pool etc. Once it was time for check in, room was not ready, they gave us room key and the housekeeping was still cleaning. About 30 min later, it was ready. Everything was fine. Coffee thing in room they charge FYI. A few days later we ran out of toilet paper. I called 5 times. They answered but no one came to bring some all night. We called the next morning 4 times until 2 hours later nothing. We were calling to have our room cleaned and nothing. Called again. It wasn't cleaned until 5pm. We found a cockaroach too and a few anst. So be careful. Otherwise it's a great location close to food and bars etc. Walking distance of it.
very clean hotel staff was very friendly. small beach next to harbor. but local beaches near by. staff was very good arrived later than 12 am due to plane delay was taken care of night staff was great. the whole experience was wonderful. my wife and I travel a lot and this was a great time. stayed 6 days would recommend this hotel. when we go back will stay their again. I read all the reviews before booking this hotel most were good the bad ones I found they were not correct.
It's a beautiful hotel. Rooms are very nice. One of the nicest I've stayed in. Free room service all hours. There were a few things that failed because I believe they are new and are still trying to get organized. We went 5/11/17 to 5/14/17. Short trip for a wedding there at the hotel. I had told them our flight was leaving at midnight and would like to stay in our room till 10pm. They said no problem it would be an extra charge which I didn't have a problem paying. So the day of departure after 12pm noon our card didn't work to get into room. Had to go to front desk and get it re scanned. Then a half hour after I was in the room and the cleaning guys came to the room while I was there. Got a call from the front desk and I had to explain to them again what I thought I had already set up before twice. Ither than that it was great. The food is really good. The drinks were good. If you want your drinks more prompt go up to the bar and order. There's bars on the beach in the pool, everywhere. The servers that walk around it takes a while for them to get back to you. We had a pool view room with king bed. Very nice. Theirs drinks in the fridge that are free. My wife got a latte from the ice cream parlor that's free and good. They made it with Almond milf if your trying to be kinda healthy or are lactose intolerant. It was pretty awesome. We were at the Dreams playa mujeres golf and spa resort. Kid frien Very large resort plus you can walk next door to secrets adult resort as well.
We for This hotel to spend a night before we got to our all inclusive resort... the shuttle service is very convenient went you travel with kids.
