Close enough to the airport and has a shuttle. Takes several days to get this arranged though, and the man if you call to tell him you are at the airport is exceedingly rude.

I was there for a day there and I had nice time. Decent accommodation....cooperative staff.... complimentary breakfast....mmennities could have been better including a place to seat at reception...all in all value for money. Thanks.

The shower was very weak. Not hot enoght and not strong enough.

The hotel is outdated shows it’s age, uncomfortable beds! No airport return service. We w Most likely won’t stay again and won’t recommend it.

The only thing is the towels needs to be update. The shower have a funny smell.. like humidity but strong ***the food in the restaurant is delicious 😋

Very close to the airport, good restaurant on site, very clean

Location location location, don’t like parking it’s to dangerous go in and go out

The third floor and our room smelled like a broken sewer, toilet was leaking. Overall an ok experience since it was just for a few hours before catching our flight.

Reached hotel around mid-night. The check-in process was very slow. There was no room service available at night. Came down to the desk to ask for the glass, but the staff was not very cooperative and made me wait a long time for something that took him less than 30 seconds. The breakfast was too basic. Parking wasn't that great either.

Lo unico que no me gusto es que hay mucho ruido... puedes escuchar el ruido de el cuarto de alado, ruido de los carros de afuera, etc etc

Came in made us wait for check in time of 3 pm in very underwhelming “lounge” area. Room was basic not much more to say about that. Not so much comfort involved due to the constant knocking downstairs due to work being done.

Room is nice. Car service is a ripoff. Do not use hotel car service. Talk to taxis outside instead. Airport shuttle is only pickup at airport, not back to airport. They overcharge you for that service.

Unhelpful 4 shuttle. Bery rude when I called and didn't

I really liked the breakfast . My room was fine. Water hot and AC worked.

It's important to note that the airport shuttle only runs from the airport to the hotel, and never the other direction. There is a transportation service counter in the lobby, and many of us had to use it after this misunderstanding....seemed like a racket. It's a 400 peso cab to the airport. The hotel was clean and I have no complaints, but I wouldn't have picked it if it weren't for the thought that the shuttle to the airport would be provided....there are nicer places to stay for the same cost.

There were hairs all over my bed and pillows, blood or feces smeared in bathroom walls, rude staff was greedy with towels(they only provided 2 and we were 4 and was imposing a optional tax about 10 pesos a day and when I deliver he whites out the charge on my documents. The area was sketchy and the receptionist gave me a bad vibe and was rude. My autistic son was playing on his phone and the receptionist called and he said the neighbors were complaint and turn it down now!(even though the same neighbors were making lots of bed room noises and slamming their bed against our wall and the hallways don’t have ac so it’s gross and hot and the hot tub is a joke. Should be renamed discomfort inn. They neighborhood looks sketchy, for the same competitive rates, stay at the ramada in centro Cancun it’s so clean and hot water works. The comfort inn’s shower has not pressure

Hotel was fine, rooms basic but clean, beds comfortable enough. Rooms were 100 dollars a night which was more then I was going to pay but I booked it because it was close to airport and I thought we could get a one way shuttle ride to airport included. Beware, the one way ride is only from airport to hotel. So we had the hotel book a ride for us and were informed that 400 pesos was the lowest we could get it for and that was a small car. Larger one for 5 cost 700 pesos. Our friends who left later, walked out to the street and booked a ride for 100 pesos. Hotel staff were also rather rude but maybe they were stressed since so many people were complaining about the taxi costs. I would not stay again.
