It started with my check in the guy refused to give me my room because I didn’t want to upgrade! I told him I booked a room with balcony and two beds and he said they have the right to change resvations Based on availability! Mind you it was a Tuesday at 2pm when I was checking in. I told I just want what u paid for and he told me I have to wait because the resort was completely sold out! After I Threatened him with the review I walk away couple minutes later when my friend went up there and gave us the room! Some staff is nice and the other half is horrible

Nos vamos muy defraudados de ESTA propiedad, Al principal ibanos a estar en otro hotel pero nos cambiaron por que teniamos a una menor de edad, y nos mandaron a este hotels in saber lonque ofrecia nos dijeron que era El MISMO servicio del otro hotel que teniamos a principio pero no, El primer dia la cafetera malograda la caja fuerte ,El telefono , y Al Segundo dia encontramos la habitacion llena de agua,nunca lo solucionaron , me cobraron de gimnasio, y no pude entrar a comer carne's ni langostas por q era extra pago, nosotros venimos 3 veces a cancum nunca nos paso esto, y tambien estoy muy enojada con la compania Orbitz ellos fueron quien nos cambio a este hotel nos mintieron nos dijeron que era igual Al otro cuarto Estrella's y media q teniamos reservado Todo incluido, voy a tomar medidas con ellos , gaste mucho dinero para nada bueno, tuve que comprar otras diversiones fuera para que mis hijos y mi esposo no se aburran , donde me gaste mas de 1500 dolares , ESO no es justo se supone q El Todo incluido iba a ver muchas diversiones en El hotel y nada , terrible.

It was okay, not bad and at a great place

The property was not how it looked on the website the adult area of the resort had kids in pool. The cups were reusable cups and not properly sanitize or clean. The food was small portions and not warmed. The staff looked for tips. Will never go back to Cancun based on this experience!!

Property was very clean. The staff especially Erika, server at the pool and Juan the property rep for excursions were wonderful. These two were extremely considerate and always ready to meet our needs.

I am going to give my honest review of this place ( pros /cons) Pros: The place overall is nice. The staff is nice and fun, and the view is amazing, but you can get that from any hotel. The hotel is pretty clean, and I have no complaints about this. Cons: Although the rooms are very nice and well designed, the beds are cheap, and I've gotten much better beds at motels, and this is a 4-5 star hotel. The pools are nice only issue is there isn't enough space to cater to the number of guests the hotel has. You need to wake up like 5 am to go down and get your pool chairs/ Cabanas as people wake up and place their towels on the chairs, and they don't even use them all day until they are ready to show up (which left me most of the time walking around to find for a good 30 mins or more to find a space where I can park my stuff and chill. I think the hotel should implement a system where people can use the chairs if they are there. The big issue that I had with this place is FOOD. Expect very cheap food and not very tasty the best thing I've had there is a hotdog, and that's because you can't screw up cooking a hotdog. even the burgers looked so weird to me.. the pizza is Mexican cheese on bread, and it tastes nothing like pizza. the buffet is very basic and expects to have a bunch of pasta most of the time with tasteless cheap canned sauces. The hotel is not all-inclusive as you need to pay for the GYM and the steak house $40-$50 for lobster or steak. Not worth the $$$

The ac didn’t work only blowing air I called few times to fix it and never solved the problem. The food wasn’t good.

The buffet was to die for - Ican at breakfast was bomb! Luis at night was superb! Alicia from the beach was there and kept the drinks coming as well as Damian from the pool! Amazing experience! Angelica kept our room very tidy!!

Great fun for family! Definitely would reconsider when returning to Cancun. Only downfall at least for me is having to wear pants and no kids to certain restaurants within the resort. It’s hard to enjoy those restaurants when your visiting with your kids…. But other than that the resort is a great stay….

Staff was very nice when they weren't trying to sell us time shares. Property was clean and very beautiful. Pool was great. Bartenders were great. Food was awful, even at the restaurants that required a reservation.

Pros - Facility - Clean Room - Beautiful views of the ocean Staff - Very Friendly and helpful Food - Prime Rib (which is not included so you need to pay extra about $45 USD per person plus wine bottle $75 USD) was excellent and the Asian dinner was good. Bars - Service was good, fairly quick and good drink options. COVID- Scheduling COVID test was easy - 3 days in advanced from leaving. Cons Vacation Plan - From the time you check in they push you into a vacation plan presentation early the next morning. They promise to keep it to 2 hours and no pressure just keep a open mind. The actual experience was 4plus hours and had to say NO to 3 different people during the sales process. Room - There was a storm that passed when we were there and for 3 of the 5 nights all we heard while sleeping was the wind blowing through the room which made it hard to sleep. In the morning the room floor near the windows was covered in water making it very slippery. Service - Our room key stopped working on 3 different occasions so we had to go to the front desk to et them reset. 2 times was late at night and since there was only one person working at the front desk we had to wait in line for 45 minutes before we could get back into our room. Food - Buffet food is OK at best Beach - Is pretty but covered in seaweed near ocean edge. Reservations - We attempted to book reservations 3 days out and all days we booked solid except for 1 night. the other night we paid to go to the Prime Ri
