The beds were hard

The Property was paradise we stayed in the Royal Towers our ocean front room with jacuzzi tub was exactly as pictures on your website posted, every day our fridge was stocked. We enjoy the pool with swim up bar the view from the pool over looking the ocean was absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I did a photo shoot and the photographer added our wedding song to the video of the pics. I couldn’t ask for anything better the restaurants were delicious and presentation of the food was top 10. We will definitely book again through Orbitz. We love the package deals with air fare and hotel including.

I loved and enjoyed my stay the staff was not nice for tips they were nice to give excellent service. Everyone was help in guiding me on ware to go things to do suggestions to make my stay memorable for those that did speak good English the did a wonderful job trying to communicate effectively two thumbs up to them. Only thing I would want to see differently would be given a map and a tour of the property and to be told in the beginning of check I. That we had a Butler service to assist if Yomelle was the absolute best and many other staff who names I can’t remember thank you

Negatives : Says family friendly but it is not. Kids can only go to the old pool and not allowed in the nice new pool . Buffet food was terrible and service matched . If you want to reserve to dine in one of the 3 sit down dining restaurants, kids under a certain height are not allowed . Plus all the reservations were full so we were stuck eating the buffet . We originally booked for 2 adults and 3 kids so we’re charged $500 for extra all inclusive person . One of the kids was not able to attend within the cancellation period . We called to inform them and got the run around about getting our refund . We were then assured we would get our refund if we get confirmation from the hotel after we only check in with 2 adults and 2 kids . We checked out today and still fighting for the refund . Alcohol is no name brands and terrible . Dining was terrible at all venues . We finally went out to dinner and paid to enjoy a meal . They charge you $8 a day to use small gym that doesnt have a working air conditioner! Pros: Delicious cappuccino Omelet level bar was good Our room was serviced regularly and clean . View and beach access is great . (Unfortunately when we were there the sea weed took over the beach )

The pressure to join the membership program is overwhelming! The resort is beuetiful but the food is just okay. The room we stayed in was nice but the bed was very firm to the point of being uncomfortable.

I like the staff esp the people that works in. the buffet and the room cleaner. I don’t like the fact that they don’t have lots of amenities like tennis court or basketball court and arcade. The lobby is small. The people in concierge are so annoying. I was so disappointed that i have to pay 8 $ just to use the gym so annoying.

Everything was amazing, the only thing I will say is that I wish y’all had different varieties of food at the restaurants, but other than that, I had an amazing stay. Thank you
