I can't say enough how AMAZING my experience was here. The staff, the food, the location were all incredible. The staff were very hospitable and always checked to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. I'll be back for sure.

My stay at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort was overall okay, but not as impressive compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve experienced in the past. There were plenty of food options available throughout the property, but the taste and quality could definitely be improved. The service was also just okay—acceptable, but with room for improvement to make the guest experience more seamless. I initially booked the King Suite with a beachfront balcony, and later upgraded to a suite with a beachfront plunge pool for the last two nights of my stay. Both rooms were spacious and very clean, which I appreciated. However, I did have to request basic amenities such as slippers and the Enclave tote bags, as they were not provided in either room upon arrival. In terms of activities, the resort didn’t offer as many daily options as I’ve seen at other Hilton all-inclusive properties, especially compared to Hilton Tulum, which had a more engaging and active schedule. Overall, the resort was decent, but there are several areas—food quality, service, and activity offerings—where enhancements could make the experience significantly better.

IVE BEEN TO CANCUN TOO MANY TIMES AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME A HOTEL CHARGE ME DOUBLE AND CALLING TOO MANY TIMES AND SENDING EMAILS AND THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. FRONT DESK SUCKS , EVERYBODY ELSE SUPER NICE .
