Property was nice unfortunately the ocean had a lot of seaweed and we did not go into it. Be careful of the umbrellas around the pool twice they blew off and hit us. Entrees in the buffet were very good however the side options were very limited The make to order omelette station was the best but the pancakes were stone cold Room was wonderful with a great ocean view and a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The best food for quality and options and drinks and service was in Vela the buffet restaurant. The steakhouse could use some help with ambiance and service. Almost tried the Mexican one, but it was almost dead (few customers and not very lively) so we opted for Vela again as they had Fogo style meat service in addition to the lovely buffet. The on demand omelettes were great and a server called Alex was great fun and attentive

First, we’ll start with the good. The staff were very nice and friendly, especially the servers and cooks. I booked a deluxe room, which is bigger room with an ocean view. I got an obstructed partial ocean view, which is not what I paid for. Our room was very far to walk from and to the main lobby, which was inconvenient. I called the concierge, and was told they would try to get me another room, but never did. Food was ok and there was a limited selection at the restaurants. We had better food and a true ocean view at our previous all inclusive hotel. The sheets were dirty. Last but not least… do not stay here if you don’t wanna be around dozens of kids everywhere. Kids aren’t bad, but not good on vacation, especially when everything is left messy from the careless parents.

Dining options and generally the food was good. I had a quiet room, but the loud music could be heard until 10:30 every evening. The hotel was crowded so beach chairs were hard to get. Towel and drink service was nice at the pool/beach. A shout out to Enrique (Steak Res). Ivan, Gerardo, and Fanny (Italian Res) & Ignasio (Lobby Bar). The staff were all helpful.
