The resort was very clean and the staff was very helpful and provided great service. The food was average, but the servers were top notch. Rita the server on the beach was beyond exceptional. She went out of her way to provide us with friendly and sincere hospitality and service. She is the main reason for my 5 star rating!! The beach was clean with spectacular color.

The whole resort was spotless and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was well laid out and the best shower and water pressure. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, pool and we could watch the shows at Chala Sky Bar. All staff was very friendly and the food was very good. We ate in every restaurant! Special mention to Fernando Zavales in the La Luce Bar, Server - Daniel in La Luce Restaurant, Ricardo in Guest Services and Donovan and Esteban in Mexal who made our last night so memorable with an amazing dinner from Tequila tasting through to a Mexican Coffee like no other! The shows were entertaining and the resort was lively but not crazy, respect for all guests, families with young children to couples and singles. We didn't use the pool as we go for the beach and sea but the pool looked well maintained and had a fun kids area, plenty of lounges and outdoor snack area. We will definitely be back!

Such a clean hotel, attentive staff, quiet, calm, peaceful. There were some mosquitoes in my room the first night and some staff came immediately to spray inside and outside my room. Problem solved. So thankful.

There isn’t anything to complain about that comes to mind. Staff were well trained and so nice. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean (a must for me)! Grounds, pool area, and beach area were very well maintained. Restaurant selection/available choices were balanced with good options. Definitely had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Will visit again.

Check in staff initially said services and amenities are available on day of check out while waiting for transportation back to airport but then wanted to charge additional. My transfer was in 30 minutes and just wanted a light snack.
