I like the property, the food was good, lots of options. But- I wouldn’t stay at the property again. A high pressure sales pitch during our vacation to save a couple hundred dollars on an excursion wasn’t worth it. The swimming pool temperature is extremely hot, very uncomfortable. The bar and restaurant staff are awesome. Hands down the servers and bar tenders are wonderful. One change needs to be made, even if your in security, got to be nice. Leaving at 5am, I thought I was going to get gunned down in the lobby for not “checking out”. I don’t ever check out, they just charge the card on file. If you want a great all inclusive experience, I’d go elsewhere until they drop the 30,000 vacation club sales pitch, just not a good idea.

We loved the resort! We stayed in a villa with a family of 5 and it was so nice that everyone had their own bed and it was nice having that many showers. It was much bigger and nicer than I expected. Cleanliness was really good. Staff was really good and helpful for the most part. My only issue which really isn't even a big issue but after staying at other resorts who had more food options and restaurants I didn't feel like this was as much. But we definitely still had plenty to eat so like I said it's not even really a complaint just a comparison to others we have stayed at that had more options. We would definitely stay here again. Also the beaches were nice and they tried really hard to keep up on cleaning the seaweed. I was super impressed.

The property was kept impeccably clean, the staff worked very hard at it. We were treated very well from the time we arrived to the time we left. The only downfall was that to take advantage of some of the activity discounts offered, we had to attend a 2 hour “sales pitch” on buying into Wyndhams “vacation plan”. We did not choose to join and did receive the discounts just the same but, we won’t get that 2 hours back as vacations do only come once a year for my wife and I. All in all, a super nice place and can’t stress enough how great the whole staff was.

This was our second stay at the Wyndham, and it was even better than the first. This time, we followed the schedule and participated in the daily activities and evening entertainment—which really enhanced our experience. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff are extraordinary—always attentive and friendly. The food was overall delicious, though we were a bit disappointed with the steakhouse. Please bring back the Brazilian Steakhouse—I waited an entire year for it!

The entire staff was super friendly. Everything was very clean. Good food. I would return. Just for one issue. The entire staff was super friendly. Everything was very clean. BUT, THIS IS A SPOT IN THE REVIEW There's just one issue, which I think you should think of something: separating the beach chairs (with towels) is getting ridiculous. My wife and I were going down at 9 a.m., and almost all the chairs were separated by towels. We were there for almost two hours, and in that time, not even half of them were used.

I did not like at all that the first interaction with staff upon my arrival was a time share employee. Poor taste in my opinion and was a huge turn off for me. She continued to bother me every time she saw me to discuss time share options. I probably will not return.

Loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand Cancún. The resort was on the smaller side which was great for us with children. The rooms are modern and clean. The food is great. The staff is very hospitable. Noe in the breakfast buffet and Luna in the Piña restaurant went out of their way to make sure our experience was exceptional. We appreciated the amenities like the café and the Teens Club. Can’t wait to return.
