The staff at this resort were beyond hospitable and it made for an extremely comfortable and pleasant experience. The facilities were extremely clean and there were always many options for dining. We stayed at the resort for our trip, and we did not feel like we missed anything. We bought a couples massage and this was a 10/10 experience. Entertainment was constant and it helped to meet other travelers and connect with the staff, only making our stay more enjoyable. Our only hiccup occurred with our shuttle back to the airport, when we were accidentally placed in the wrong van, but this did not impact our travel in any way and was an honest mistake. Would definitely return to this facility should we return to Cancun in the future.

The view is wonderful and the service is good. excepted only be a member that allow to book the Italian restaurant. That waste my time to make a booking.
I liked the Brazilian steakhouse and Italian restaurant! The lobby bar was great and had the best service and drinks! The coffee shop was great, too! Easy beach access and fun pool activities also.
Love the place and staff we have an amazing experience definitely if I come back it will be here.
Property was fairly priced all things considered. Abraham at check-in was a little pushy wanting someone from our group to meet him for breakfast one of the mornings. He didn’t want to accept no for an answer, but I understand it’s his job.
Staff was always extremely helpful. Many different areas to enjoy on this resort.

All the staff is amazing!!!!! Go to alex by the beach and thomas is inside at the bar! Loved it here . Food was also amazing

I will start with saying my wife and I enjoyed our stay here at the Wyndham Grand, however, we had one MAJOR issue here, for us it was anyway. I’ll start off with the positive and report on the issue we had at the end. We stayed from a Thursday through a Monday. The resort is clean, rooms are decent, pools galore, and for the most part, most of the wait staff was friendly. The bartenders did a great job keeping the liquor flowing. And, it is not watered down like other places. I found that out the first night when I had way too many Singapore Swing’s that one of them suggested (delicious mixed drink by the way, highly recommended). The buffet food was good and had a good sampling of a variety of food to choose from. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the snack place near the main pool. There are 3 restaurants that you have to make reservations for, and good luck with that! They want you to use their app to make reservations but, it showed every restaurant was full for every night. A walk down to the concierge took take of that. They were able to accommodate us in the 2 restaurants we wanted to try Thursday and Friday night. The Brazilian one was good, the Italian one, was just OK. There is not much night life here, other than being at the bar. There was a duet playing a variety of music. Cumbia, salsa, rumba, even country. They were awesome. However, the hotel only has them for 2 hours. If I remember correctly from 8-10. They need to be playing at least until midnight

Not pricey. Several food choices. Chairs and shade available on beach and several pools. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was damp. Much of the food lacked flavor.
