The resort in general was ok. The staff was helpful sometimes. Good activity for everyone. But the teens club close at 8pm kinda early for kids Who literally have nothing to do after 8pm. Food was bad. I had to go out for dinners almost everyday. Only 3 restaurants and the food quality was not so good. I would go to different resorts next time. I hope they can improve their menu and make it more diverse.

I recently stayed at Wyndham in Cancun and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff immediately approached us trying to sell packages and extras we didn’t need—before we even had a chance to check in. It set the tone for the entire stay. We booked two rooms for 10 nights and paid a significant amount of money, so we came in with high expectations—but the stay did not live up to them. The food quality was below average and lacked variety, which was frustrating for such a long stay. Room cleaning was also only provided every other day, which was inconvenient and not what we expected for a hotel at this price point. One of the biggest issues was the staff constantly trying to upsell and push additional services. It made the experience feel uncomfortable rather than relaxing, which is the whole point of a vacation. To make matters worse, when we requested just a one-hour late checkout, we were asked to pay $300. After spending so much already, this felt unreasonable and left a bad final impression. Overall, I would not return based on this experience and would not recommend it to others expecting a relaxing, high-quality stay.

It was ok. The group that I was with said they’re never gonna come back because the service had gone downhill. They had come here every year for about five years. They said the hotel cut back on just about everything. The drinks were a week and the food was just OK. There’s no full day buffet like other all inclusive, but there are other restaurants. The beach were nice.. Unless you like soft drinks, they don’t cater to nonalcoholic customers.

I spent my vacation at this hotel feb.2026. There were lot of disappointments The first one is food but there not many kinds.it didn't taste good either. Second .i grew up this hotel. Thiird. Great service! Clean comfy room. A variety of restaurants. It would be very hard to navigate for people who have accessibility needs. I was 12 weeks out from hip surgery & had trouble with no bars in washrooms & just getting to beach was 5 flights of stairs! There are ramps but they are steep w/o rails.
