My friends and I stayed here in July 2025. We had the best service! Kevin was very attentive to our needs when we checked in. He was very kind and always checked in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. We had great servers at the restaurants and bars also. The beach was clean and the entertainment was awesome!

This property is kept to an “okay” standard. The room was clean but I felt it could be sanitized better and not feel so sticky even after cleaning. The air conditioning was appropriate and kept the room cool. Dining areas were warm for the most part. The food was not up to standard in my opinion. Everything was bland and always seemed picked over at any time. Very disappointing because I chose this resort due to its proximity to the airport and the adults only option. Alcoholic drinks were the usual watered down variety. Wine by the bottle (only) was incredibly expensive and over priced for cheap wine. Restaurants could not be booked unless you are a Privilege member so if you wanted to dine at one of the three options there was always a lengthy wait. If you care about the quality of food make a different selection. This is not a place for flavorful cuisine. Entertainment needs to be improved all around. The staff are nice enough but not overly enthusiastic about the work they do in a tourist-based resort. I will not return nor would I recommend this place. It was just okay!

Staff were friendly, on top of things, and easy to make requests. Although it would be easier for the staff if rooms had bins for recycling instead of them sorting through the trash bins. Also, our washroom keeps getting a pool of water whenever we shower because the door doesn't close or seal.

The spa was amazing! The events team does a good job of making things fun. The food was very average and I felt disappointed the buffet was only open once for dinner in the week we were here. Kendall leading the foam party was a highlight for us. Oscar was the best server we had and we actually chose restaurants based on where he was working for the night. We would come back but only if we can find a great deal.

Worst all-inclusive vacation I've ever experience. Booked this resort because of the Orbitz VIP access guarantee. We arrived at the resort and checked in, were quickly driven to our room via golf cart. When we got to the room, we realized only the hall light worked, and none of the other lights worked. We tried calling front desk to inquire, but the phone lines also were not working. We ended up having to walk all the way back to front desk to be told that there was an ongoing power outage. We interacted with several staff members from the time of arrival to the time we arrived at our room and not one staff member informed us of the power outage, until we came back asking for answers. We checked in at 3pm, the power did not return until 10:30pm. We showered in the dark with our cell phone flashlights. We had hot water the first night, then proceeded to have NO hot water for the rest of our 5 nights. Each night required us to call down to front desk, wait another hour before they could rectify the situation before we could shower for bed. Our last night, we called front desk at 10:30pm and was asked if we were sure there was an issue as no one else in our building had reported an issue "in the last 27 minutes." We were repeatedly told that the hot water should return in 20 minutes, despite MULTIPLE calls to follow up. We eventually demanded a room change at 12:45am and was not moved until nearly an hour later. Not once did any staff members apologize for the inconvenience.

Rooms were quiet, cool and tv channels were nice but a room was a bit dated and sliding door did not lock, which would have been ok but other attached rooms had access to our balcony. The beach was immaculate, beautiful property with lots of wild life to admire. The mosquitoes however were a nuisance every night...too many to allow you to enjoy the evening out. Entertainment staff was good but the shows were not as lively as ive experienced in the many times we visit Mexico. We will however consider visiting here again on a last minute quick getaway.

Rooms were ok. Looks a little dated but well maintained. Common areas and restaurants lack of air conditioning. Variety of food really poor, but what they offer was good. No food around the pool really sucks and the only restaurant.. very poor in options. For us that leave early morning before 7am was nothing to eat. Small resort but nice. Shows very poor in quality. Yes we had a good time.. but would love to have more food options and 24/7. Entertainment was funny, fun and a little bit too noisy if you wanna have some quiet time.. it is hard cause music is loud. It is not bad.. but I have been several times in Cancun and different resorts and this one has very good potential.. but is isn’t the best. A lot Of Mosquitoes (not their fault) to the point the even offered bug spray to the guests. Beach is clean, small and beautiful. Luckily there was only to the 35% capacity.. I can’t imagine having more people around cause the space was just enough for the amount we were. French restaurant was good! We got involved without complete knowledge into a invitation to a membership to their time shared program. Cafe Mikes was really good. Cleaning service was good. Comfortable beds. Main restaurant or the buffet one didn’t have air conditioning, or just running low.. the only place with excellent AC for the very hot weather and high humidity was the coffee shop “cafe mikes”. I will not return here. Again, we had a good time. Resort has good potential.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to playa del carmen, the staff was great specially a young man called Francisco a barman, he made some great cocktails.
