I think is too expensive the room needs to update the windows needs to be replaced all the water was coming in when it was raining the ac not working properly overall on this royal suite is disappointing I will rated at 3*** needs to be improved or I never go back

Dated property with not so good food options. We only got reservation for 2 nights at restaurants although we stayed for 5 nights. Multiple people in our group of 9 got sick with stomach flu. Will not come back to this resort again.

I loved how close the hotel is to xcaret and how accessible everything is. The only thing that I would say was not as enjoyable was how much we could hear from our neighbors . The shared door allowed us to hear everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff gets a 5 star. Hotel needs to be kept kept up in some areas like in the pool and restroom in our room.

The property was gorgeous! Very clean with a friendly staff that was always ready to ensure it was a great stay. There are lots of things to do and see on the property with wildlife everywhere. This in combination with the amusement/wildlife park next door make it a great place to stay as a couple or a family.

A must go experience. Loved that it was attached to one of the Xcaret parks. They provide transportation to and from any of there other parks. Staff were really nice and friendly. There was some form of entertainment every night. You'll definitely have something to do everyday. The only thing I didn't like was having to make the reservations for the restaurants. They give you a time frame, but once booked it's not available, so the earlier the better, on top of that you have to walk to the area to make the reservation.

The food was so-so. Many of the staff members were incredibly rude! This is one of the lower costing resorts. The grounds were pretty, but the rooms needed some care. Expedia books this as an all inclusive trip, but that isn’t necessarily true! I met my family there and although we all booked on Expedia, we didn’t seem to get the same benefits

This place was perfect for my family of small kids (3 years and 7 months). This resort is huge but stroller friendly. It was perfect for my toddler who loves to run everywhere. The people there were great and the food was delicious. Many options for swimming. We got the unlimited Xcaret experience, which was perfect for small kids to do everything slow vs jamming it all in one day or two. The park is literally attached to the resort so walking in and out is only about 5 mins with two entry points. The entertainment, the beach lagoon, the pools, it was all great. The buildings are a bit older and more ecolodge feeling (which is perfect for this place that is all nature) so if you have accessibility needs, make sure to highlight those as there is no elevator at the individual hotel lodging buildings. Lots of wild life and lovely trails within the resort. We loved that we were able to snorkel and see beautiful fish in the freshwater beach and pool. Beautiful Mayan landmarks to discover. Expedia has its own building (building 22 which is closer to the beach and one of the Xcaret entrance) and Booking through Expedia has its perks like making sure all your a la carte reservations are done at once vs waiting in line each day to book them. There is also a common room in the Expedia building with coffee and breakfast treats (for a quick start to your morning). Make sure to talk to the Expedia customer service to know what perks you have as an Expedia member.
