The reception and concierge has a lot to be desired I was given the incorrect rooms and went back Nicole did not even say sorry or even talk to me just ignore me mind you the rooms were given late no water or sodas the ac was not working properly the elevators were not working my mom who is older had to walk a lot with her walker. The servers and entertainment was good. The concierge when we ask a question jut pointed to the app. I will never stay at this resort even if is for free. I also find out the hotel was understaff Hate it.

La comida muy mala el bufete repetitivo...

I did not like the service that I got in the time of check-in. I was platinum guest and I was 2 hours in check in at main lobby, I was suppose to have preference because I was platinum and have my service at platinum lobby. Also, I lost 2 things and the service for the process was bad and long.

Check in at the front desk was very unprofessional. We had originally made reservations for Grand Sunset Princess and front desk was accommodating us Grand Riviera Princess because it was close due to covid and didn't get notified(emailed) when booking. I had called a couple days prior arrival because I wanted to book a massage and they can't reserve once we were physically there. We had also ask to check in earlier (10am) and couldn't cause there wasn't rooms available till 3pm (only one room) and original booking was 2 rooms (nonsmoking). They said both hotels were the same and because of covid they were moving people to theirs (Grand Riviera Princess). They had given us a room out there but rooms and all hotel looked abandon and rooms smelled like cigarette. We ended up finding out Grand Sunset Princess had just opened that day when they had said it was close. They wasted 3 hours of our time when we could've avoid all wrong information from the begging. Never had issues with orbitz and its very disappointing.

We stayed here for about 7 nights for a family trip. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly from the cooks, cleaning staff and hotel staff everyone is adamant to help answer questions. A few things that are lacking and need improvement. For the star rating of this hotel I expected the food to be much better for the all inclusive accommodation. We have traveled many places and are foodies and we’re disappointed in the buffets of this resort. Many times the food never tasted that good from cold eggs to undercook pot roast or bland desserts. We we came at Doug tent hours throughout the day. The only thing we really enjoyed we’re the cooks who cooked on the grills for fresh items like breakfast or pastas. The reserved restaurants in the resort were also lacking. The Asian Miso place was not that good as we have tasted real Asian. The Italian restaurant food was also not that good and it was salty. My husband didn’t care do it either. Also if you are traveling with children there will be lots of walking involved and lots of stairs unless your on a ground level. They have trollys to take you around but sometimes it’s packed and hard to catch it unless you wait awhile. My husband had to carry the stroller up and down the stairs with the diaper bag, towels beach stuff and anything else my baby needed. The entertainment shows we’re nice. The outside music on the court yard was also nice for families. The pools were great!

Awesome stay the staff was attentive & helpful, very proactive about important things such as arranged transportation & safety. Very clean & I didn’t get sick! I didn’t want to leave.

The beach was dirty which was disappointing the pool closes at 8 food was not the best not the staff was super nice the alcohol wasn’t the best

I loved the grounds and the pools, both large and clean

There was lots of pool space and areas to sit up to the pool bars. The beach was nice and there is a bar and food area right there

We stayed here for about 7 nights for a family trip. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept and clean.
