Staff was not accommodating, called to try to pay for early check in as we were in at 7am. They made us wait till 3 after they had told me the soonest would be 1. Also you need to use the app to reserve dinner reservations we stayed for one week and nothing was available till the Friday night when we left. If you are not a VIP Member you are not treated the same. (time share member) they will try and sell you a membership. Have stayed at bigger and smaller resorts in cancun /playcar and have never had such a horrible experience as this. WOULD NOT RECOMEND AT ALL.

The food was excellent and the staff was so friendly, everything was really great!

We were actually moved to azteca under the misleading info that it was a upgrade..it is not a upgrade its smaller by alot.

Stayed more than a week for the second consecutive year. The food sucks. The bedding will destroy your back and your day. The entertainment was mediocre! The Only positive thing about this resort is the staff.

Property itself is okay. The area it’s located looks very bougie up until you get to the resort itself. Check in process took FOREVER. There is only one line for check in and a long line at that too. Staff was friendly, for the most part. Except when it came to the restaurants. Sometimes it felt like they would look past you, not even acknowledge you. Unsat. The buffet…was so UNORGANIZED! They have a hostess at the front door next to a podium who doesn’t really serve a purpose because it’s a free for all. She did not even greet us. We walked in and asked where could we sit. She said anywhere. We would show up to tables and not know if they were being used or not. It was unclear if we were taking other peoples tables? Just weird. Cool part is they have a Cafe that’s open so if you like iced coffees that’s included! All in all, we WOULD NOT come back again at all. Spend your money elsewhere where they’re more organized and treat you with hospitality.

The repeated notes the return to the guest services was annoying and their feeble attempt to rectify it was insulting. The shows are awesome The cleaning staff bar tenders and wait staff were great always smiling and friendly

This was our 4th trip here in the last 2 years. Each time we came because the price was low. Each time the food, service and cleanliness has degraded. When it takes 2 hours to check-in with 10 people in line there is something wrong from the start. When you make dinner reservations and HAVE A RECIEPT and they still tell you there is no reservation something is wrong. When you cannot get a chair after 7am something is wrong. When YOU HAVE TO GET NEW KEYS EVERY DAY (and not they were not by our phones EVER) something is wrong. Bottom line....this place is the WRONG place to visit for numerous reasons. Read my prior reviews and you can see how it has degraded. Love the location but wow, it is just not the place it used to be...not even close.

We had a great stay. It’s our second time here. Overall the resort is great, however, the rooms are a bit outdated and the food in the buffet could be better. We love the beach here it’s fantastic. The staff is phenomenal and overall it’s a wonderful resort, we had a great time!

Check in was very cumbersome. The resort is very welcoming to European visitors less so to American visitors i found that if I told the staff that I was from Canada they were very friendky.

Loved the beach and pool areas. Restaurants require dinner reservations and even at checkin they were ALREADY booked up till the night before we left, so we had to either take a cab and go eat out or eat the buffet or hamburgers from the snack bar. We spent hundreds eating dinners out. Could be great but isnt. Stay elsewhere.

The service was excellent . The specialty dining was very good

We loved our stay. Everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. The resort is directly at the beach and offers lots of fun activities.

The proximity of the poll and beach. With small children, it was the perfect combination.
