Great place for a family with a small kids !!! We have 2 and 4 year olds and everything was perfect and easy!

Beach was beautiful. Would have enjoyed another pool for so many people and some of the staff weren’t very friendly.

The food and service was excellent! We enjoyed our stay

This hotel had everything needed to enjoy your stay. Food was good drinks ok. Activities team was very friendly especially Johnny. I’d definitely stay here again. It was a very relaxing experience although the spa was a little pricey the services provided were phenomenal. A variety of food options were provided with as a privileged member, being a privileged member also gets you close to the pool and beach which was convenient. One down fall we’re the mosquitos and the buffet breakfast opening 10 minutes later than when they said, as we were on a tight schedule the morning of our flight.

Excellent staff, very friendly, very clean. The food is excellent, buffet as well as the restaurants although we preferred the variety at the buffet. Had an excellent experience eith the concierge Enrique, he's wonderful, great customer service and an asset to the hotel! Attended our situation promptly and was very generous. They do their best with the seaweed problem the beach is facing but that's totally natural and not the hotel's fault. We spent plenty of time just taking in the sun and enjoying the view at the beach and then just got in the pool to cool off. Some days the beach is better than others, just depends on mother nature. Overall a great hotel, great for families, we loved our 9 day stay!

We liked the availability of the restaurants without reservations. The buffet seating was always slow with short staff hostess. Staff very friendly. The maintenance crew worked very hard keeping the beach clear of seaweed.

We've had great time at the property. There is everything you might need, except affordable sea water-sports. (Jets, Boats, Sea Parachute, etc). We liked the swimming pool, but didn't like the water temperature in it 90F+ (32C+) in July. Beach was nice, food was great, drinks were watered down including beer which is maybe not too bad in the hot weather. I didn't like it is too far from everything including Playa Del Carmen (30 mins by cab and $25 one way) Overall it is great for families that don't want to go out of the resort, except for planned excursions. I don't refer it to singles.

The staff was extremely friendly and the food buffet at the main hall had many selections to choose from. This resort had beautiful walkways lined with foliage and palms. The animal life was great! The coati's (Mexican raccoons) are adorable especially when they had their young run across the trails.

It’s a beautiful small resort that attracts a mostly European families. Beaches were pristine. We went mid April. Food was a nice variety and the restaurants were top notch. One small complaint was the constant pressure to sign up to hear a presentation about timeshare opportunities. Apart from feeling guilty saying no to a staff that worked off commission, it was a nice place. Make sure you stay “privileged”. You get better towels and a whole beach area to yourself.

great location, nice beach, however lots of waiting times at some of the restaurants up to one hour, room service its a hit and miss. hotel staff wont stop trying to sell you the timeshare option.

The resort grounds are very beautiful. The mangroves and flora throughout resort create a wonderful ambiance. The palm tress on the beach are a great asset for those who prefer some shade while on beach. The resort is on the smaller side and none of the buildings are over 3 stories so they do not overly impose on the natural beauty of resort.

nice beach. Japanese restaurant was the best. clean pool areas

It was great, not really big resort but cute place!

Basic resort, older, even on Priviledge side where we booked. Honestly we expected a little more quality for the price. Nothing fancy, but it has everything you need for family with small kids. If you are on a budget, it is not a bad choice. Pool is nice, plenty chairs. Beach is gorgeous, no rocks, water beautiful, plenty of chairs. What i liked the most was the fact that they had snacks, hot dogs, tacos, and crepes for hungry kids and parents, open grom morning to late afternoon, for a quick bite. Concierge was awsome, spoke English very good, and very helpful. When my little one got a very red and swollen eye from sand rubbing, they help me get over the phone an eye drops antibiotic that was delivered in 1 hr from a pharmacy, without paying for a doctor consult. Also, when i run out of diapers, they help me and order it through that pharmacy as well. They were very helpful and attentive. Food was not great at the buffet and minimal variety to choose from. Tapas, Grill, and Japanise Restaurants were good for donner. So, overall, it is a basic resort , if you want a getaway in Riviera Maya, its not a bad choice, but from my many all inclusive resorts that i' ve been, this was the most basic one. If they would do some remodeling and improve food at the buffet, it would be a great resort, since it is small and you dont have to walk much, and has a gorgeous beach and water.
