My family stayed at this hotel, and they told me that besides the room being expensive, they charge USD 10 every time you order room service. Also, if you don’t book activities upon arrival (when you don’t even know yet what you’re going to do), they later cost almost double.
Be careful when booking because it said ocean view, but they give you a pool view, claiming it’s a partial ocean view. The full ocean view costs more.
The reception staff, bellboys, and security do not seem to have good customer service toward locals. They attended to all the Americans first and left my family for last. And if you step onto the sidewalk, the guard tells you that you can’t be there because it’s “for guests only,” even though it’s a public sidewalk.
Mi familia se quedó en este hotel y me comentan que aparte de que la habitación es cara, les cobran 10usd cada vez que quieren room service. Además de que si no quieres reservar algo a tu llegada (cuando ni sabes qué vas hacer), después te sale casi el doble. Tengan cuidado al reservar porque decía vista al mar y te dan vista a la alberca porque es vista parcial al mar y la que está vista al mar cuesta más. El personal de recepción, bellboys y los guardias no tienen el servicio arraigado con los nacionales, atendieron primero a todos los americanos y al último a mi familia. Y si pisas la banqueta, el guardia te dice que no puedes estar ahí, solo para huéspedes, cuando es pública.
