Our stay was great but when we arrived we were told that I didn't have the same room booked so we upgraded which cost us a $100 a night. Apparently there is a sale in place and the data was lost so many people didn't have their reservation when they arrived. I felt sorry for the people working there because they were doing there best. Beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing. Felt like to much of my vacation was spent on checking to see where everything stood.

My stay at the Wyndham Alltra in Playa del Carmen was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt easy and welcoming. The resort is beautifully set up, with great pools, beach access, and plenty of entertainment to keep each day interesting. The food stood out for both quality and variety. Every meal offered something different, from buffet spreads to à la carte dinners, and everything was consistently delicious. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always went out of their way to help, creating a warm and personal atmosphere. For this hotel to be an adult only there should be more adult life. The bar should not close at 11pm with a 10:30 10:45 last call depending the bartender. It should stay open to at less 1am.

I went back and forth a lot of where me and my mother should stay in Playa del Carmen! I heard great reviews about the location and staff and this resort did not disappoint!!! We were greeted with welcome drink and received an amazing upgraded which we decided to upgrade even further and received what was definitely the best view at the resort! Food was great for an all inclusive and the location is perfect to explore play del Carmen. They do have a beach but it’s small and you can’t really swim in the water but you can definitely dip in. If you on the fence about booking because of the beach just know that their are plenty of public beaches around!

The staff welcomed me with an ice cold drink in a glass flute. Concierge was very nice and helped me check in and book a massage. My massage was with Julia and she had great pressure. I was solo traveling for a few days and I felt very safe and secure at all times. If you wanted to explore, it was a quick 3-5min walk to the main touristy streets. The onsite restaurants are great and the service at the pool was attentive.

Property: absolutely gorgeous, love the feel of the resort and the pool Staff: incredibly attentive and helpful, the power went out during our stay and they immediately found us a room with power and upgraded us for free Food: pretty decent resort food! But if you want to, there are several other restaurants within walking distance Beach: Rocky! So rocky and painful to walk on!!!!!! We spent most of our time at the pool because the private beach was very rocky and uncomfortable There is a $10 USD room service charge every time you order so be careful that is not included Pros: staff and service, food, pool Cons: beach

Wow so many options for food, we never got bored trying something new. We enjoyed the pool and cabana! Bed was so hard for my preference but my husband enjoyed.

The staff were really great, and the property was in a convenient location. Great location. Had to go off resort for swimmable beaches.
