Our stay was great but when we arrived we were told that I didn't have the same room booked so we upgraded which cost us a $100 a night. Apparently there is a sale in place and the data was lost so many people didn't have their reservation when they arrived. I felt sorry for the people working there because they were doing there best. Beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing. Felt like to much of my vacation was spent on checking to see where everything stood.

Just left Alltra. What a beautiful hotel. I loved all of the architecture and the grounds are very clean. We upgraded to an ocean view with a nice big balcony. The room is really pretty and very clean. The bathroom was very nice and a great shower. Hot and lots of pressure. The foam party was so much fun. The pool was the cleanest pool I’ve ever seen at an all inclusive resort. The service at all restaurants/bars/pool was excellent. The location is perfect. 2 blocks off 5th Avenue. The small beach was nice and cute bar on the beach. We had to search for it at first but once we found it, it was great. Roof top pool also. We didn’t get in. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is perfect. My only complaint was the guacamole was made with oil. Who puts oil in guacamole?? Apparently people do that in Playa at a few restaurants. We just asked for no oil. Enjoy Alltra

My stay at the Wyndham Alltra in Playa del Carmen was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt easy and welcoming. The resort is beautifully set up, with great pools, beach access, and plenty of entertainment to keep each day interesting. The food stood out for both quality and variety. Every meal offered something different, from buffet spreads to à la carte dinners, and everything was consistently delicious. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always went out of their way to help, creating a warm and personal atmosphere. If you’re looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway where everything feels taken care of, I highly recommend Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen.
