The buffet has the same food everyday, the entertainment guy Billy was awesome great guy

Just great had lots of fun and it was just what I needed

We stayed in one of the villas close to pool and beach. It was perfect for our family of 5. It was very spacious and clean. Beds were ok, could have been a little softer for my liking. Food was always available. Buffets changed daily. Staff was very kind and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend

We stayed for vacation 9/4-9/7/17 & upon entry of the resort we were pleased how beautiful it is. There are several pools, the beach is awesome, rooms are nice however the buffet is extremely small as there were lines most days just to get in. You have to pick something from the very limited food selection just so you don't starve. We ate at the Italian restaurant the 1st night & was extremely disappointed. The 24hr snack bar is a joke. The drinks are watered down & tasteless. There is little to no entertainment other than maybea bingo game at the pool & a 9:00 show at night If you're not spending time on an excursion you'll get bored here really fast. We will not stay here again nor recommend this place, my suggestion is to go with a better establishment.

Very clean place, bartenders are a bit overworked, the rest of the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and it was right on the beach. Wish there would have been shade on the beach and outdoor seating at the restaurants. You could rent an umbrella on the beach.

My overall all experience here was more stressful then fun due to front desk staff. On the day of my arrival there was a mix up of the booking due to Orbitz. So there was an outstanding fee of over $3000 on the room when I arrived. After traveling all day jet lagged this was the last thing I wanted to hear. Frustrated and tired I tried to explain my situation to front desk with no avail. So for the First day of my vacation I was arguing with Orbitz and hotel management. Overall the food was bland and the liquor was watered down and not worth the price I paid for it. You could find something even better that closer to the nightlife and for a better price, The only high light of the hotel was a bar tender named Max, and he was AMAZING. He was polite, kind, and just a great guy to be around. A person with this much potential deserves to work at an establishment that embodies his attitude and care for his guests.

We spent four nights. Enjoyed the beach and ocean views. Also ate at the Italian and Mexican restaurants. Went shopping at the mall Saw the Tequilla museum. Did not enjoy the sales talks. enjoyed the entertainment.

The hotel was very visually pleasing. From in the room to the views. The food was below average but we survived. Room service was the best food available. The buffet was even better than the "restaurants" in the hotel. The staff was choosy over who to serve based on who tips the most, and it took a while to get any services done. Sometimes we just didn't get what we ordered to the room at all. Will definitely be returning to Cancun but at a different hotel.

For the mony that I paid my vacations was real nice

The hotel was beautiful. There was 5 restaurants in the building. Buffets for breakfast lunch and dinner. Spa, gift shop. Plenty of activities throughout the day. Great view. Entertainment every night. 3 pools. Great expierience!

Staff is pleasent and helpful, food is good, facilities are in descent shape. The most unpleasent aspect of my stay was some of the other guest.

Customer service is definitely the best. I love that it had 4 restaurants. Keeps a variety of different food available. I loved the 3 different pools with a bar on each pool. What i did not like was that they did not have umbrellas at the beach. Or palm trees that work as an umbrella like the neighbor resort. But other than that it was perfect.

Overall the staff was incredibly friendly. We did have a conflict in our reservation through Orbitz which the hotel lobby staff was unwilling and a bit difficult to work with. But overall, still a good experience. Food was good for a buffet, but it was the same type of stuff every night, even when they changed themes, you really could not tell. But the food was pretty decent for a buffet style. Also, the orbitz website conflicts with the hotel website in terms of whats included, for example, wifi and non motarized water sports. The room was not anything special, but it didnt really matter because the hotel itself, outdoor pool area, and beach were amazing and well kept. Although a couple of hiccups, I would still recommend.

The food choices were not that good and 3 of my friends "lost" their phones and one lost his wallet.

Loved the beach front view but the hotel itself definitely needs an upgrade. The rooms have great views as far as 5th floor open beach front view, but the room decor was very outdated and old! They need to modernize their rooms and make it match the view. Food overall wasn't AMAZING just ok. The whole staff however was amazing, such great services and friendly staff. If your okay with beach front view nice pool and okay room, for the price this is your place.

the hotel overall need an update, also food is good but it can also be improve to have a bigger selection, snack are routated every other day it can be better. drinks are okay. premises need abit of a make up here n there. for family and coupple that want to getaway is great.

great hotel right on the beach.

Great hotel and it was right on the beach. Wish there would have been shade on the beach and outdoor seating at the restaurants. You could rent an umbrella on the beach.
