Very nice overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing terrible I don’t recommend it to no one this resort is not worth . The food terrible, The beach area they don’t have umbrellas , there is no shade they are few palm trees but you have to pay $10 because they are only for club members, Only umbrellas they have are only by pool area, The entertainment very poor. In the morning for breakfast they don’t bring up at a buffet the bacon they keep it under the table.

There was only one working elevator during our week stay. Most of the staff was amazing! We only had problems with one restaurant and it’s staff. Food and drinks were great

They did not have free wyfi. They charged $12 per day or $45 per week.

We’re a family of 4 from Denver, Colorado and we have 3 year old and a 5 year old that travel to Mexico about 3 times a year. We’ve stayed at a lot of resorts over the last 5 years and this was by far our WORST experience. At check in they gave us the wrong room (it happens), but then they refused to give us the room we paid for (ocean front) because they were “sold out” and told us to come back the following day to be moved to the room we paid for (They never moved us to the correct room). As we got settled into our room, the AC didn’t work (we don’t mind that much bc we don’t really use it), however, none of the lights worked in the room and we had to call the front desk to fix the problem. We went to dinner and came back to a completely dark room as they never sent anyone to fix the problem and took them 2 more hours to get the power back on. That was day 1. Other issues: - Alcohol was extremely watered down (Jose Cuervo had almost no color to it) - Only 2 “specialty” restaurants which were very below average and need a reservation made in the morning - Beach was nice and in a good location, but they offered no umbrellas for any of the guests - One of my children spilled nail polish on the bed and the management charged me $75 for “damaged” room items (I’ve stayed at 100’s of hotels and have never been charged for something like that) - The condition of the hotel is extremely old and worn down. Our tower only had one elevator that serviced 8 floors.

The location was excellent. Staff took pride in maintaining the property. We enjoyed the mini fridge being replenished daily.

Too loud music at the pool area.food good.staff very nice

Staff was very helpful and polite. I want to give a special thanks to Dalida and Jairo who went an extra step in making us feel welcome. Our overall stay was magnificent and I look forward on returning soon.

The staff its amazing the property its outdated in comparison with other hotels. For the money you can spend a week relaxing and enjoying the beach but don't expect a spectacular hotel.
