Staff is amazing. Pools are wonderful. Many restaurants to choose from. Good for families and friends

Service, food, drinks, golf all are first rate. Cannot wait to go back.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the days and nights there.

Everything was great but we needed more excitement, more entertainment. Too mellow for us.

For the third year in a row we have thoroughly enjoyed. Due to size of resort it has child friendly areaa as well as quiet adult areas and everything in between. Lack of pristine water at beach is only downer.

Amazing resort, very clean, everything that you may need for a pleasant vacations; My only complain is the credit that they advertise with the room is a trick and is not worth it; you can not use the credit how ever you want, and the only things that you can use your credit, they charge you the taxes base on the unbelievable prices that they have, that way nobody use the credit. Since all the food and drinks are included, you don't really need the credit unless your looking for souvenirs, which you can find them outside for less than half price, and if you try to use them for a tour they trying to sales you a different and more expensive one for the same place.

Great location, great beach, staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, great rooms.

Pleasing experience overall. Very professional staff at the resort earned my loyalty for the future trips to Palace resorts. We were skeptical about going to Moon Palace even after making the reservation, based on the fact that the resort is away from the hotel zone in Cancun and the beach at the resort is not a great one in comparison to hotel zone beaches. But the resort look and maintenance, very attentive to detail staff and the food choices won our hearts. The flexibility of visiting other Palace resort in the hotel zone area made up for beach part.

At first, I would like to mention if I knew 3 buildings with the different style in Moon Palace, it would be better to plan this trip. Unfortunately, I had naver found this information in Orbitz or Moon Palace website. The other things are good. Specially, Martin in the front desk was very kind and helpful. One mire weak point is the food quality. The variety is short. And several restaurants reqired to be waited long line. Some shasimi was not fresh. (Smell fishy) I think if Moon palace gives the advise of which building stayed and makes the variety of the food and better quality, I will recommend this wonderful place to my friends.

We don't usually do resorts. This one was lovely. The entire experience was gorgeous. I am not sure though the all inclusive lifestyle suits our sensibilities though.

Could not beat the ocean view from the room unbelievable!!

We enjoyed every movement of our stay. May come back again.

This was the first time I have ever gone on an all-inclusive holiday and it was wonderful. I truly felt like I was in a whole other world where I was pampered and spoilt. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel is beautiful and although it is spread out, there are golf carts to take you wherever you want to go. The staff truly treat you as though you are special: offering you rides if they see you walking; carrying your plate for you from the buffet to your table; offering special drinks and desserts; and always greeting you in passing. There are chairs and umbrellas on the beach and by the huge pool area, with an abundance of towels for your use. There is plenty of entertainment in the form of music and games; a show nightly which is always very good; and activities for the kids. This was a wonderful, relaxing vacation! I highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best all-inclusives I've stayed at so far. There were a ton of activities for all ages, the resort was beautifully kept and manicured, the food was great (and there was plenty of it!), and the staff was friendly and courteous. If you want a great beach/ocean experience, this isn't the place for you though. There was a lot of seaweed in the water that would wash up on shore daily. They tried to keep it at a minimum but there was only so much they could do with it.

Beautiful grounds, fantastic food and great variety! The staff couldn't do more for us. Our room was clean and well appointed. Lots of activities for every age group. Beach is nice but the water has a lot of seaweed. There is an area where it was cleaned out to swim. The hotel was completely booked during our stay but we didn't have to wait much or at all for a table. You need to hold your pool chairs very early in the morning but we're able to keep them all day. The spa was wonderful, I highly recommend it! We would go back in a heartbeat!!

I would try other beach palace next time , as I couldn't enjoy the beach , can't go in the beach so much seaweed . Hotel was very perfect for a peaceful vacation. So many things to do at the hotel itself . We were at sunrise close to all kids activities. We had blast and relaxing vacation We used their other properties , beach palace and plays del carmen. Very very convenient that they let us use their other properties Resort credit - didn't use them much except for Isla mujree and swim with dolphin program .. Wasted our time in the presentation won't recommend it if u have limited time Overall came back very happy .

Enjoyed stay at moon palace. My only complaint came upon checkout. We scheduled a bellman previous day for 5am that morning. He arrived late and asked us if we could walk to main lobby. After beating him to main lobby, and arranged transportation waiting for our bags, he showed up at 5:25 with our bags and giving another family a ride with their luggage. Obviously we scheduled for bells man earlier than other couplease and had to walk. Bells man also told us we were gonna be late, we should've done cheked out. If only he would of gave us a ride and led us in righthe direction, we would've had plenty time. Other than this experience the other 99% of staff was wonderful.

We were very pleased with the staff's desire to please the guests. Everyone was pleasant and always made every effort to grant our requests.

I've been to Cancun five times, butthis was my first time staying at Moon Palace. At the Sunrise section Grounds are beautiful, but it is HUGE! A little too big for me, but definitely nice. There are 3 sections of the hotel so you should know which one upon your arrival. When we checked in, our chosen room of 2 double beds wasn't available but they were offering us a King and a two roll in bed. I didn't pay to have my kid stay on a roll in bed. They offered to change our room the next day (due to availability) which I wasn't thrilled about but was tired from a long day of traveling and agreed. Check in took forever but by the time they were almost done, a room of our choice became available. Hooray! A rep approached us and told us we had $1500 in resort credits (amount dependent on nights of stay). Cool deal, but be warned you have to pay all taxes on services/purchased. Either way, nice incentive. We tried making reservations to the restaurants that require one, they were all booked until Saturday, the day we were set to depart (got there Sunday). All other restuarnts are a la carte, first come first serve. Food and service was excellent at all restaurants and buffets. Ice cream, panini and crepe deli type station.m was yummy. You have to get up early to reserve a spot with shade at the pools. Lots of pools, but only one area has music and fun. Huge connecting pools and the flow rider (a wave simulator) are available. Beach is not pretty as rest of Cancun.

In one week my family and I couldn't swim in the beach because of the amount of seaweed that was in there. Also the transportation isn't that handy because of how the drivers are limited to where they go around the hotel, and that makes you walk more than you expected. The activity called "Garrafón" I wouldn't reccomend for any families, because of how you can't swim in the beach, without having to do an activity(snorkling, kayaking, etc.). In the kayaking there is only six boats that hold two people and have to seis ch with 400 people you have to rotate with, leaving you with little time to enjoy the activity. The transportation back to the hotel is terrible and unplanned.
