I didn’t like that the restaurants didn’t take reservations. It was ridiculous that you had to wait on line from 3:00 to put your name on a list to eat at the hibachi restaurant when it doesn’t open until 5:45. The restaurant on the golf course wouldn’t allow young boy to wear shorts. The restaurant on the golf course should have been a French restaurant or a steak house not Mexican as kids enjoy Mexican restaurants.

The service was great and the hotel was clean. However, the floors were slippery. The tub was so high and slippery that my husband needed help getting out!

Great food. Great service. So much to do! We liked the sunrise over the other 2 towers but def visited the other 2 towers.

We had an amazing time for my niece wedding Stacy Castor & Will Sanchez. The staff were very helpful, friendly and great customer services except the staff at the excursion. They were too aggressive and did not give us the correct price and tour. The room were very nice and clean. Love the tub to take a bath. The bed were comfortable The restaurant were very nice. Love the bugabellas restaurant for breakfast/the staff were excellent services & very friendly, Gondola, Ariestas at Nizuc Hotel, Momo. The restaurant by the pool were delicious and all the bars by the pool services were very nice although you have to wait a little Pub in Nizuc had a great time, the singers were amazing, bartender know how to make mojito. When we got there at 8am, spoke to Ceasar or Julius I think that was his name. He made sure that we got a room right away (excellent services) although we were suppose to check in at 3pm. He made sure we were closed to our family. Overall the services were excellent. Had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone (family, relative, & friends, coworker). Wish I could have stayed longer

This place is a truly family resort with tons of non stop fun for kids-- water park, wave pool, arcades, minigolf, bumper cars, bowling,etc. cannot ask for more! Spa experience was also very good. Would definitely be back again!!!!

I booked two rooms. When I got there one room was ready and they forgot about the other room. I had to bug them several times but when the room came through it was nice, it was clean, and we had a great vacation. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I would go back again some day.

Staff was very friendly. Felt safe the entire time . Food was great !

Amazing resort! New and very impressive. Includes good food and high quality drinks. Double bed is too small for two adults to sleep in comfortably

Beach was awful could not swim in the seaweed also the smell was horrible will not stay at this Hotel again for the money not good. The restrooms in the pool area need to be more easily identified and the place could use some music out by the pool area and even inside by the lobby bar etc. . Perhaps roving mariachi's or just some good music . Had to unnessac wait for every thing very annoying not on vacation to wait in a line . Waited 25 minutes for a bus that was empty 10 feet away just idleing and the drivers just conversing at the door very bad .

Moon Palace staff made the stay wonderful! Hotel was very nice. We ate way too much on this trip as the food was excellent. Beaches are not great but a quick day trip to Beach Palace will satisfy this need. This is our second trip here. We are not members but will consider coming again in the future.

All inclusive is the way to go had the best time I ever had the Hotel staff live up to there 5 star rating and 4 Diamond rating.

I enjoyed a lot. The Staff were very friendly and well behaved. The food were very good. I liked the resort a lot. I had a very nice time with my family. I would recommend to go this resort.

We were misinformed by Orbitz about our room. We ended up having two rooms joined together by a door, totally misleading. We did NOT receive the two room suite as we booked.

Rooms are luxurious. Comfortable beds with soft pillows and rain style showers with great water pressure and endless hot water. Staff attentiveness is great and activity options are many and quite fun. We had a very enjoyable vacation.

The only problem is that the water park close too early, it's like everyone is forced to stop swimming after 8pm. Other than that it was a great hotel.

Excellent hotel but the checking was the worst, we waited almost 2 hours before they gave us our room and it was a mistake on the hotel The first impression always counts and our first impression was the worst

I stayed in Moon Sunrise, which is little old. There was no elevator to 3rd floor. But that was okay for me. Also the mattresses are saggy and uncomfortable. Next time I would like to stay in their new Grand section. The resort credit is not 100% free to use. I paid service fee on the credit which I didn't like. There are lot of limitations in using the credit. So, I couldn't utilize my resort credit fully. The transportation from/to Cancun airport is not included in the price. If you book through Orbitz you have to arrange your own transfers from/to Airport which is an extra cost. We reached Cancun airport around 10.30PM. The private shuttle transportation took more than one hour to the hotel. The restaurants in the moon palace were closed at 11pm. So I ordered 24 hr room service which took 1.5 hrs to get me the food. The room service food was not so great. Very few items were available at night. Apart from few small things we enjoyed staying in moon palace. I love the food in their Italian and Thai restaurants.

Absolutely gorgeous location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive and professional staff. Our daughter has a tree nut allergy, and all of the restaurants inquired about if anyone in our family had a food allergy. Even in the buffet, my daughter got a sesame seed bagel, and a staff member came to our table to make sure that she was not also allergic to seeds. The food was great. It was very convenient to have 24 hour room service with our all-inclusive package. Get a side of spicy mayo with the hamburgers! Pools were fabulous and the ocean water was crystal clear and as warm as a bath. Fish and stingrays swim right past your feet! The Moon Palace Sunrise was a perfect place for our family vacation. Couldn't have asked for more for our money!

the resort is too big.

athe floors were ryan slippery.

The service was great and the hotel was clean. However, the floors were slippery. The tub was so high and slippery that my husband needed help getting out!

rough start - great vacation

I booked two rooms. When I got there one room was ready and they forgot about the other room. I had to bug them several times but when the room came through it was nice, it was clean, and we had a great vacation. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I would go back again some day.
