Loved 1) the 10 restaurants that was a part of the all inclusive resort, 2) the 2 play houses available to drop of our 6 and 8 year olds so we can have time alone, 3) the beautiful pools on site which were the perfect depth for my girls who do not swim well.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Awesome trip! Wiould recommend for sure.

Property was beautiful. BUT..we called for room service told one hour it was 2 hours and I had to call 3x to check. Also called the desk for refill out refrigerator everyday, which it should have been stocked when room cleaned. I had to call to remind them because it was not re stocked when I called first time, which each time was in the morning

Excellent resort, very friendly and helpful staff, would recommend to anyone.

Rooms are very small for family with kids, would recommend getting a suite.

The hotel needs to be updated. The condition of the room furniture and mattress were worn out. Some couches in one dining room were torn. We had multiple other problems with our room so they moved us to a different room. That took multiple hours and much frustration to accomplish this. Then they didn’t offer anything to make us happy. Also had money stolen from our kids room that they brought with them ($180). We were told that without proof there was nothing that could be done which I understand but it still left a bad taste. This is not what I expected at a 5 star resort. It is 3 star at best. We will not be going back.

You would have to wait for a golf cart to show up or otherwise walk a long walk to the lobby and back to rooms. Ocean view wasnt really an ocean view that i thought i had paid for and it qould be nice if there were elevators once you got out of the lobby to go to the rooms to carry your luggage down instead of having to carry them down the stairs. Lastly, there wasnt much of a selection for vegetarian food, no cheese enchiladas, no vegetarian beans, etc. Didnt really get much food to eat. 😑

excellent service, personnel was great, hotel very clean and beautiful, food was delicious. Overall the personnel made us feel like home, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff and facilities were top notch. The pool area is awesome but gets crowded quickly because the beach has so much seaweed no one wants to hang out there

Too big never again you have 15 ninutes for the golf cart to take us around annoyoing

The only bad thing currently in Mexico is the beaches. You can’t swim due to the amount of seaweed. Gave the hotel a bad smell.

small issue- when we got to our room there was one king bed. Problem is there were 4 of us. I called the front desk and they tried to tell us that the issue was with Orbitz and not with the hotel. I showed them my confirmation email which clearly shows two double beds. Had to go back to the lobby and after an hour we had the room we paid for. Why did they give us one bed knowing there were 4 of us... why did they not tell me before we got to the room? Everything else was great. We stayed on the Nizuc side. Food was great, service was great, very clean everywhere. A/C was cold everywhere, even on the pool side rest rooms. The Brazilian steak house was great (no reservation needed). I was not a big fan of the Italian restaurant, but the Mexican restaurant was great. Given that everything else was great, I'm willing to ignore a bit the room issue and give this Hotel an overall great rating.

Great staff, food was excelllent and the choices were great. Would definitely come back or try the other resorts

This resort has take the All inclusive to another level. It was really awesome. The hotel staff, the buffet, the all types of drinks they offer. My family loves the stay.

Beyond our expectations. Will definitely return to this hotel.
