The service on the resort from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave is outstanding. Every employee goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly and went beyond. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the Japanese Restaurant staff made it fun for us. Loved the pools and the bars. The rooms were great, but some need some upgrading. The plug in our bathroom didn't work too well, and we need a strong fan. There was a bit of mold on the ceiling. Overall, we would stay here again.

The wife and I went to Cancun for the first time and this hotel was recommended to us, since it was an all-inclusive hotel and adults only. We upgraded to an ocean view room which was a good call. The room itself was large and clean. Overall the property it ok, the beach and pool were amazing. Staff was nice, helpful, and kept the place clean. Some thoughts. Overall the good was good. Not amazing, just good. )The exception was the breakfast buffet, which was very good.) The air conditioning in the room was weak and did not work very well. We report it, but it never got better.

Good resort, beautiful beach and pool areas. Downside is the restaurant food. Buffet is good but main restaurants are not good. Food taste and quality was just a 3 out of 10. Even the Mexican restaurant (in Mexico) felt like I was in middle of nowhere Nebraska. With that said, it was overall a good stay.

Rooms were nice, fantastic view, AC worked great. Room service was horrible. Very little to choose from, mostly sandwiches that tasted like they came out of a fourth grader's lunchbox. And they would not bring you ice. But they were nice polite and cheerful though! Everyone that works here genuinely welcomed you, human interaction is rare to find in many hotels these days, but you get it here(They didn't just point to a QR code when you asked questions about the menu or amenities) Shout out to Abu in the lobby bar💚! The hotel section itself is very spread out, l was probably a quarter mile away from the elevator. But the pool area and dining options are all very close to the main building.You don't need a golf cart to get to dinner, which is a nice change from many other larger resorts. There are liquor dispensers everywhere, you want a cocktail, but there are not a lot of top shelf brands available.24 hour snack lounge was convenient- junk food, booze and ice😄. Nice breakfast buffet. This is a great option, for a stay in the Cancun Hotel Zone. So many other resorts are REALLY showing their age, leftovers from Spring Break, in the 90s with a little touch up paint, but still charging $500 a night. Value for your $ here is excellent. Beautiful facility,nice beach, great people.

The hotel was incredible! It was clean but n every respect, efficient staff, choice of food and restaurants brilliant and very friendly. My only gripe was booking the free shuttle through Expedia and Service Destinations. Our BA flight was 45 mins late and Service Destination couldn’t be found so we had to pay for a taxi costing £130 to the hotel. I tried explaining this to Service Destinations and they told us we were a no show!!!!
