It was a beautiful palatial property full of granite, marble and soaring columns. It has spectacular pools and beachfront. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our room was gorgeous, a junior suite. The staff were friendly and abundant. A great place!

Room was dated and trying to get drinking water would cost me a lot of time when we ran out in the room. They weee stingy with water. Beach and lunch tocos and coffee bar were awesome. Fun atmosphere and fun people. It’s a good time and I’d go back.

The suite was enormous and gorgeous. Two televisions (neither were turned on during our stay). The staff was super attentive and friendly. The service was excellent all around. The booze was free flowing and the room was stocked with alcohol in case we were too drunk to go to one of the bars. I didn’t have any alcohol but drank plenty of fresh fruit juices which were amazing. No problem at all getting a lounge chao either on the beach or beside one of the gorgeous pools. Activities were fun and nighttime entertainment was amazing. Very talented crew!!

Wonderful hotel and staff. All the restaurants are great. My only complaint is they say all restaurants are first come first serve and there was a night- Christmas Dinner- we could not get into the restaurant we wanted to because we weren't on the "list'. Tell your guests they can get on the list as soon as the restaurant opens to ensure a table. Don't leave your guests guessing!

The activities were great, options to go to other RIU’s was also nice. Hotel staff super helpful, and accommodating. I’ll return here on my next stay.

I never said " great stay ". the room had a constant leak ; one of the two elevators was down the entire time we were there . The restaurants were mediocre at best . The buffet was good . There was a guy in reception who could use an attitude adjustment . For the price of this hotel it needs some work .
