Loved the all-inclusive. Sitting at the beach and having someone go get drinks and food. Staff was friendly and flexible making sure we got everything we needed. Beach was outstanding. Close to lots of dinner options. We went there to dive so it was close to our dive shop also. We took the bus everywhere. 1 $ / ride. Very convent. Already talking about going back.

It was nice to have a convenient store on property. Wish more restaurants were on the property instead of a need to take a shuttle.

Loved pool, beach access and staff was very attentive and friendly!

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and fast and the service was excellent. We will be coming back and bringing friends as long as we don't have to be vaccinated.

Public bathrooms at the one pool were only on one side. There should be one on the other side that would help.

How clean it was and friendly. They push the time share promo to hard for the discount and didn't apply them all.

Property was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to downtown. Shuttles available to take you downtown.

Staffs are nice. But drinks are just so so.

From 7-29 to 8-5. The hotel is great, pools are amazing but not muck entertainment. Got all my drinks at the swim up bar, I didn’t like that kids were playing at the bar. Bartender was great everyday but drinks were soft. The hotel rooms are ok i find the rooms small ( good size) compared to other resorts and we stayed. I didn’t like that i had to change room on my last day due to time shares. The buffet is good but limited. The restaurant i did not like the food and almost everything on the menu was not included. We went all inclusive but most items on the restaurants menu had an extra charge. If am paying for my meal I would not had gone all inclusive. The Seisal is the only restaurant we loved and again many items had an extra charge but the restaurant was walking distance and food was good. We would not be coming back to this resort, the people is great but the food and lack of entertainment.

The rooms were the size of a small apartment. The pools were large,

We barely slept. The rooms above us and next to us were loud late at night and we couldn’t sleep. They need to put pads/sliders on the bottom of the chairs and tables because guests that use them cause extremely loud noises that you cannot ignore even with ear plugs.

Enjoy returning to Royal Sands for the 6th year and it truly is another home.

It was great!

My friend and I chose this resort based on amazing reviews. I would recommend going anywhere else but Royal Sands. This place was made to be a time share and therefore we had to change rooms after 2 nights. The staff were not friendly. The food was disgusting and made my friend and I sick. When we called for room servive they limited how many water bottles and alcohol we could order despite us paying for all inclusive. The room was nor stocked with waters and room service told us 2 bottles per person. The staff demanded tips. Even when you tip some bartenders they wont make your drink any stronger. Majority of alcohol like malibu and even bacardi was considered top shelf and not included. They didnt have enough staff to provide beach service. So if you were hungry it would be 2 hours before you got your meal on the beach. We tried restaurants of the sister resorts which tasted just as awful. We did not have one positive thing to say about Royal Sands and we are not picky travelers.

I never will go back to this hotel, the room service is awful, the staff is so rude, the food is stale and cold and not tastes.
