Good food at the restaurants. Quiet. Clean rooms and pools.

All staff are very polite. Like the mini market inside the hotel. The hotel is rundown but is manageable.
We did a late check in (around 6) They were very fast and friendly and even gave us an upgraded room facing the ocean ..
Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Maya. Will definitely be back after they have remodeled.

All staff always very friendly and helpful …overall property needs update … outside palapa for lunch and dinner dining by beach was nice but restricted women in bathing suits entry ?? But not men !!
Friendly ….but too many rules to into outside b beach palapa to eat …women had to put in shorts over bathing suits when men didn’t???
Staff were friendly. Buffet was pricey and the food was not very good, everything tasted the same each night.
Had Everything I needed and was very comfortable and clean.
I got a room upgrade from Mr. Reyes at front desk that I never going to forget. I booked small studio, because it was the last room available and I end up in an amazing suite. Thank You so much Mr. Reyes and the staff of the hotel Casa Maya.
